SITTER EXPERIENCE PRIOR: Sitter 1: Generally unreliable,…read moresuspected neglect/abuse at one point. Sitter 2: Awesome, but moved away after a few months Sitter 3: Wanted to take my daughter to go pick her sister up from the airport on day one and hang out with her sister. Couldn't understand why we were uncomfortable with that. Sitter 4: NCNS first two days I was done with it. Tired always wondering if we'd have a sitter and what condition my daughter would come back in. Enter Bright Horizons. We had toured the Chandler facility when my daughter was only 4 or so months old. They didn't have openings. I called in after the whole debacle above and they luckily had an opening in the Infant room (daughter 11mo at this point). We immediately enrolled. I knew I liked the place but I didn't know how much. Here are some highlights. * They take pictures throughout the day of your little ones - super nice. * They have a running log of what your little one does all day - down to how much they eat - super nice. * They have a plan for developing your little one such as music days, art days, etc. - super nice. * They help your little one develop in areas they need development. For my daughter she needed help eating more solid foods and they've got her eating more solids than we have ever gotten her to (maybe it is peer pressure of other kids, I dunno) - super nice. * They always seem staffed and share kids that are transitioning from one room to another. * They will abide by your special requests such as dietary. They have a nice selection of foods for the little ones to meet your special requests or their special needs - super nice. In short, I feel very fortunate to have been able to enroll here. And on a side note - God Bless those gals in the Infant room. They take all the crying in stride and still smile.

The entire staff is always smiling, speaking positively about the kids, and contributing to the overall welcoming energy of the school. From the first 5 minutes I had arrived, where someone had helped me figure out where to go, to meeting one of their staff, Mr. Juan, I knew exactly that this is where I wanted my child to attend, and that LCPC is where the Lord knew I needed to be! The entire staff is AMAZING!!!! The nicest, friendliest, most positive and supportive group of people! Mr. Juan is the real MVP taking care of everyone! Mrs. Erin, Mrs. Rebekah, And so many more are the most caring and attentive! I have yet to come across anything but a smiling face and uplifting personality! I thoroughly appreciate how much my child learns at LCPC. Not only do they teach English, Spanish, and Sign Language, but every week there is a themed curriculum that truly supports the children's development while keeping it fun and uplifting! If I could rate LCPC 10 stars I would!!!!! 10/10 recommend! THANK YOU LCPC!!!

Premier Learning Academy - My son loves this place!

If I could give minus 10 stars, I would gladly do it!…read more We enrolled our son at Premier Learning Academy in May, after carefully researching various kindergartens. We chose this one because we believed it would help our son, an only child, develop social skills and build relationships with other children. The advertised advanced curriculum also appealed to us, and we trusted the institution to deliver on its promises. Initially, everything seemed great. We loved his teacher, Ms. Jules, who was exceptional. She helped our child stay focused and engaged. Unfortunately, she eventually left due to issues with the administration, which was deeply disappointing. She was replaced by another teacher, who, in my opinion, is unqualified and lacks the necessary pedagogical training. This teacher had no authority over the children and failed to manage them effectively. Soon after, my child's behavior changed drastically. He began mimicking negative behaviors like spitting, kicking, and scratching--things he clearly learned from the environment at the kindergarten. It was shocking because these behaviors were entirely new and inconsistent with how he was raised at home. Instead of addressing these issues constructively, the teacher and the deputy director resorted to blaming my child for his "terrible behavior." Their approach was appalling. They subjected my son to what I can only describe as moral harassment. When I addressed these issues in writing, they ignored my concerns and continued to single out my child. He became withdrawn and tearful, refusing to talk about what was happening at school. Daily messages from the teacher accused my son of hitting, kicking, or spitting, even though he denied these incidents at home--and at 3.5 years old, it's hard for him to lie convincingly. Adding to the frustration, whenever I asked about injuries on my son's face, the staff's response was always, "No one saw anything." It seemed that they only noticed my son's actions when he tried to defend himself. The situation escalated further when the teacher and director resorted to punitive measures, such as taking my son to the office for "explanatory conversations." It's unacceptable for adults to try to reason with a 3.5-year-old in this way, especially when it's clear he was already under immense stress. Instead of helping, they made matters worse. One Friday, after enduring another day of this mistreatment, my son was so emotionally drained that he fell asleep on my lap and slept for 13 hours straight. This level of exhaustion and stress is heartbreaking and entirely unacceptable for a child. Things continued to deteriorate over the next few weeks. Every day brought new accusations about my son's behavior, which only made it clearer that this environment was toxic for him. We finally decided to withdraw him from the kindergarten. Although their policy required a two-week notice, the administration insisted we remove him immediately, further demonstrating their unwillingness to work with parents or prioritize the well-being of the child. We enrolled our son as a happy, well-mannered child, and we left with a child who was distressed, misbehaving, and mimicking the inappropriate actions he learned at Premier Learning Academy. Another shocking observation was how poorly the children were cared for during nap time. The kids were made to sleep in their shoes, which is both unhygienic and uncomfortable. If a child didn't want to sleep, they were forced to lie down and wait. Unlike Ms. Jules, who used to engage with non-sleeping children through activities like drawing or reading, this teacher simply ignored them, often spending time on her phone instead of providing care. This review is long because the level of unprofessionalism, negligence, and bullying--towards both my child and myself as a parent--was staggering. Advice: Stay far away from this kindergarten. While the decision is yours, I wouldn't wish our experience on anyone.

Dad just picked up from trial day, but I thought I would reach out to you as well. It was so nice meeting you today unfortunately, I don't think Ar'mias is ready for a preschool classroom that requires students to be potty trained. After spending the day with him, he definitely needs more one on one attention with a teacher assistant to officially potty train him, remind him to have gentle hands around his fellow students, assist him in keeping his shoes on both inside and outside the classroom for his safety, and to make certain he doesn't rip up books and other classroom belongings. I think you are definitely on the right track with getting him tested for speech and seeing what other ways the school district can assist you in your academic journey. Best wishes to you and your family! I instantly called her as this should have been a phone call and the message could have been delivered better. I'm all for feedback regarding my child but within FOUR hours of a 3 yr old TODDLER being in an unfamiliar place not knowing ANYONE this is what you came up with? there was not one positive thing said about my child in that whole message or phone call! I Wasn't going to write this review but as the days go by the lack of emotional intelligence has became overly disgusting! Choosing to be in the childcare industry....DO BETTER! Respectfully. My child was never asked to leave ANY facility. I withdrew him as the the cost was not equivalent to the hours we needed once enrolled in an actual school district. When we came to tour your "facility" we informed your employee that he did not have the potty training completely down as he still have accidents and needs frequent reminders. Which her response was if he's able to go, pull up his pants, and wash his hands he's considered potty trained. If it was said at the first viewing we would have NEVER sent him for a FREE trail day! But as you can see how she responds she's completely disrespectful and incompetent and so is the staff!!

I was terrified to put my daughter In school as a first time mom. I actually couldn't handle the anxiety so I pulled her out after I was sobbing all day the first day she was gone. Well, penny and the staff were not only empathetic but made me feel comfortable doing things on my own time table. So when I decided to try again a week later I was welcomed with open arms. The quality of the teachers here feels more like a family. Everyone in the school helps each other. Miss Jazzy, Miss Caitlin, really every single teacher I have ever met has made me feel like home. They all know your child and love your child. Miss Wulan and Miss Ann Marie were her home room teachers and wow. These woman.. they don't make them like this anymore! Positive, loving, personal, engaged are only a few ways to describe them. They have been absolutely instrumental to Logan's growth and experience. She has thrived and become a social butterfly. These teachers never look tired and are always up beat. Ms Chrystal at the front desk always welcomes you with warmth and familiarity and never judged how many incident reports my daughter had. I was always met with comfort and understanding whenever I was worried about something my Daughter had done! And the school is owned and managed by Penny who is a GEM of a human being. These women are loving, smart, and are valued so much. They deserve the world and I'm so grateful to have found them. I'm forever in debt to this school and all it has done for myself and my daughter. Also, they know how much I love them and never once asked for a review. But if you are a nervous mom, or want an honest take, please ask penny for my number and I'd be happy to walk you through how they made this experience incredible.

From the very first visit, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. You can tell the team really loves what they do. Our main teacher is always so happy around the children, you can feel her joy, and it really stood out compared to other places we toured. All the teachers are kind and smiling, and they take the time to connect with both the children and the parents. It's such a warm, supportive environment. Literally everyone is so nice! Another huge factor for us was safety and peace of mind. As a parent, being able to drop off your child without worrying is everything, and this preschool makes that possible. The classroom ratios are low, the environment is always clean, the sign-in process is secure, and they're thoughtful about food and nutrition. We've also had no issues with recurring colds or back-to-back illnesses, which has been such a relief. All of that makes a big difference. They've also been incredibly flexible, willing to work with us to make sure our child feels comfortable, whether that means bringing a favorite stuffy from home or making food & drink accommodations. They even have an easy, healthy lunch ordering system, which has been such a plus for our busy mornings. There are always fun activities and themes planned, plus special events like Splash Days and the petting zoo! We get daily updates (naps, meal times) and photos, which we look forward to every day. Our child is always excited to go, and it's clear the other children are happy too. This location has such a cozy, close-knit feel, and the whole team is just wonderful. We're so thankful we found this place, it truly feels like a second home. Special thank you to Ms. Sydni, Ms. Crystal, Ms. Maressa, Ms. Diane, Ms. Caitlin, Ms. Jazmine, Ms. Mahjoba, and Ms. Penny, you've all made such a difference for our family

The new owner never properly introduced themselves to the parents or explained what we could expect under the new management. According to the child care app, his diaper wasn't getting changed until 1030-11am despite being dropped off at 7am. He would scream and cry every time we tried to change his diaper and would also cry "it hurts!" We started dropping off a water each day because we didn't know whether he was getting fresh clean water every day. When we would pick up his water bottles, they would smell funky like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. My son developed a fear of wearing sweatshirts and jackets because no one was taking his sweatshirt off and he would overheat. After a few months we removed our toddler and it was the best decision ever.
