My son has been attending child care here for just over a year. It was a challenge to watch my son go from not want to go to child care to eventually not wanting to come home... lol The staff at Tots are friendly and knowledgeable. They treat all the kids as if they were their own. The best thing about Tots is their flexible payments. You are able to pay daily, instead of having to pay by the week or month. My daughter started at this Tots Unlimited almost 4 years ago and I recently started my son in the infants room. My daughter has loved going to Tots Unlimited and was sad when she started "big girl" school, but loves to go and visit old friends and teachers. They have really helped her blossom into my little social butterfly and gave her an edge in pre-k. Tots has also been super helpful and flexible with my sons transition into daycare. He had been with me for his whole first year, so it has been hard (probably harder for me than him) to send him to daycare. But after a few weeks now, he is doing so much better. The girls in the infant room are very loving and patient with him and it makes me feel at ease while I have to go into the office. The directors, Katie and Jennifer, are sweet and always there to answer questions or concerns and also help in getting your children the best care possible. Thanks Tots! read more

Son has had 5 gashes in his head over 4 year period and you pay extra on federal holidays when they are CLOSED. JOKE.

I would these ladies 6 Full beautiful stars if I could. We have been to most other day cares in this area and THIS Sunrise preschool is the best. The staff is caring and very attentive. We get the feeling that they all truly care for the kids because the are consistently engaging them not to mention keeping them safe (which is probably most important of all). I will say from a parent perspective we really couldn't ask for more because we always know what is going on in class. Keep up the great work! read more

This "school" is amazing. I have a (almost) 2 year old there he is still in the one's room and loves his friends and teachers. he has gone there since he was 3 months old. He comes home with new words, sign language skills, and has really transformed from being a baby to a little man. he loves to help out in class by cleaning up and it has followed him home, which mommy loves :) Jennifer and Stephanie are amazing and so flexible. the rates are amazingly affordable. they always seem to be so personable and ask about how current events in our family are coming along, so sweet of them! As a single mom of triplets, you don't want to worry about your kids in daycare. The women at Sunrise are wonderful - they are loving, and great teachers and caregivers. My trio run into school - hug their teachers when they leave. They just turned three and already know their colors and can count to ten - their vocabulary has exploded under the care of these great ladies. read more

Actually negative stars but have to give 1 to do a review. Run fast from here. Is the only requirement really a finger print clearance card? Wow watch the new teacher in the 3 yr old room she snaps with the slightest question regarding compliancy. Every parent or guardian has that right to question the person or people watching your most precious commodity. Bring up my concern has taught me that they internally cover up and concern before corporate gets involved. But the best part is corporate is a bigger joke. You are going to have good and bad reviews but if you are considering this location be warned fair and just is not in their vocabulary. Safety first and that definitely not their motto internally. read more

These women are mom's and they help me take care of my baby like she's theirs. I would recommend this location to any mom.

My experience with this location and daycare has been absolutely horrendous, a real life nightmare... my child received a staggering amount of incident reports which included biting, hitting, scratching and pinching. My child received 12 incident reports in a 4 month period of time. He was the victim. This is excessive. I began questioning the daycare and the director about the safety, health concerns, as well as developmental concerns I now have for my child, as my child also became the culprit after being attacked by other children for months. He began coming home and displaying this behavior on myself and my other children leaving marks and drawing blood, which is heart breaking as my child has never been aggressive prior to this horrible business. I picked up my child one day to find him laying on the floor completely out of both teachers sight, playing with a hole in the wall as other children were pulling dirt, hair, drywall, etc... out of the hole and we're pushing, kicking and hitting one another to get to the hole. I had to remove my own child from the situation without any explanation from the teacher. My child has had incident reports that I never got a copy up as well as multiple marks at pick up with no incident report and no teacher explanation could be given even with cameras in the classroom. This place is filthy. I have picked my child up with dirty black hands and extremely thirsty and hungry beyond what is normal. I have filed formal complaints at a corporate level and with no improvement. They put 16 kids to a classroom, the classrooms are extremely small and they often have the kitchen staff caring after the children as they are short staffed with "teachers". This place smells like a dog grooming facility and rotten milk. He also contracted impetigo and was allowed in their facility for 3 days without medication and a diagnosis. The director, Stephanie and the assistant director Sabrina are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you want your child cared for and safe, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!! read more

I would not recommend this particular Sunrise to anyone. Some of the staff were unprofessional and one was rude for no apparent reason. One became angry when when weekly payments were late, maybe a couple of times. I would give half a star. read more

I found this facility 2 years ago when I was pregnant with my 3rd child. I was impressed with the cozy but educationally stimulating environment. My kids and I have been treated like family by the staff and I feel they are in safe and nurturing hands. I have experienced all levels of their program from infants to school age and have been pleased. read more

Have been taking my kids here for years. The teachers are all good, for the most part. We have had some 'hiccups' over the years with a few situations and concerns, but you will have that anywhere. Overall, a good place for the average working class family. read more

My child has been attending Sunrise for 10yrs! I absolutely LOVE the teachers and management!! They make us feel like family! My daughter can't wait to go to school and see all of her friends and she absolutely adores the teachers. I know she is receiving the best care possible! She learned so much and her kindergarten teacher was impressed by how much she knew when she started "big girl" school. Now she enjoys their summer program and loves going on all the field trips and getting to hang out with all of the wonderful friends she has made over the years. The staff at this daycare is beyond caring!! From the director to the teachers everyone loves the children and makes sure they are being safe in their play and teaching them many, many, wonderful lessons. I have been taking my children to the center for about 1.5years and I will continue to take my children to this center for many, many, years to come. read more

I would give this preschool half a star. Certain staff members were rude. I heard a daycare staff member yelling at a child on 2 occasions. Things belonging to other children were sent home. Certain items I purchased never came home. read more

My son has been going here for about 2 months. So far I like it, and he seems to also. I like that they send the children home with a weekly curriculum and he's only in the 1 year old room. My son really seems to be learning a lot and developing good social skills. read more

When my daughter was enrolled back in early 2015, the infant room teacher never had anything positive to say about my baby. Every time I picked her up the comments were that. "She spits up a lot, do you know that if I sit her in one spot she won't try to crawl, we are working on her legs because she just won't crawl" she said all of this with a dirty look on her face. When I enrolled her I told them she was sitting up and not yet crawling. I checked how much they were feeding her and they were doing 16oz of jar food and 4 oz of bottle at one time!!! I told them she's spitting up because she was eating too much. The girl rolled her eyes and didn't do anything about it. I had to go the front office and explain and give guidelines for eating. They later called me and said we spoke with her and it was just some sort of misunderstanding... Wow! Long story short, I'm a stay at home mom. I recently called trying to get tax papers and the girl on the phone said she could print them and my mom could pick them up. My mom calls me saying that they told her I didn't call and they can't give them to her. I spoke with the woman and she had the worst attitude I've ever encountered esp at a child care center. I asked for the manager and she said she was. I was in the process of telling her that somebody there said it was printed and ready, she screamed at me halfway through, "nobody told you that!!!!! Have a nice day! And gave the phone to my mom. I could not believe this woman was allowed anywhere near kids. My mom saw the whole thing and said the girls there seemed really afraid of her. I called another location, complained and they were emailed to me. I'm amazed every day by people. Happy to be watching my own kids. FYI my baby is now a running toddler :) read more
