    My 3 girls

If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would! I am a mom of 3 girls ranging from ages 17 to 5. All of my girls have been going to this location since my oldest was 8. Every time having the best experience. My younger 2 girls were put in a preschool at a very high-end facility and they were miserable. I pulled them out after a week because the tears were so much and did not improve. I had to have them go somewhere though (due to appointments and such) so I put them in the preschool program at KidsPark and they thrived like you would not believe! No more tears! My children are always so excited to go and my youngest daughter has been kindergarten ready a year earlier than she should be! All thanks to the wonderful staff that has engaged in helping her learn while having fun and building her up socially to where we have created friendships that are so meaningful I know they will be lifelong. The love and welcoming spirit from the moment you walk in is so heartwarming, your child will feel like a superstar every time they show up. The joy you receive from the staff and how the kids light up when they see each other is honestly nothing short of amazing! The convenience of being offered a drop in care center is an absolute miracle especially for weekend! I now have date nights with my husband again! I can honestly say everyone should have their kids go here because they will not be disappointed and your kids will come out happier than when they arrived every time! The cost is very reasonable especially for everything offered and there is even options to provide meals on top of the healthy snacks provided. However if you are like me with particular food choices for your child, you can bring your own food and snacks and they take it very serious to make sure your child is provided what is requested. Any food allergies are taken with the same level of importance. I am truly grateful to KidsPark for providing us a reliable, affordable, Fun and safe place to take my girls when I had no other options and I am honored to share my experience. I hope this helps anyone who is considering using their daycare and preschool services you will love this place as much as we do, I guarantee it!

I wish there were an option for 0 STARS!!! Last night we took our kids there for the first time. After 7 hours picked them up and our 2 year old had dried snot all over his face from a runny nose. He also had the SAME DIAPER ON!!!. How do I know this...because we wrote his name on all the diapers we took there except the one that he was wearing, and he came home with a diaper on with no name, as heavy as a basketball, and his pants were soaked on the backside. We were told that they would put the kids on mats and watch movies once it got late. We packed there blankets and anticipated that they would be knocked out cold at 11:15 P.M., when we picked them up. However, when I picked them up and they were still running around playing. We will be asking for a full refund and never returning. We feel misled and that my children were neglected, and without appropriate care. Come on 7 hours and no diaper change for a 2 year old. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

From the very beginning, the teachers and staff have gone above and beyond--not just to "watch" the kids, but to truly teach, nurture, and connect with them. The growth I've seen in my children has been incredible. My oldest has graduated out but my youngest comes home excited, confident, and full of new things he's learned. What stands out most to me is how intentional the focus is on true development and connection. They don't teach just about letters, numbers, or milestones--they help each child grow into themselves with kindness, curiosity, and confidence. As a parent, specifically a single parent, I'm especially grateful for how seamlessly their approach aligns with the way I raise my children at home. The parallels between their teaching style and my parenting make it easy for my kids to absorb and retain what they're learning, which has made a huge difference in their growth. It's rare to find a place where you feel your children are not only safe, but also understood, supported, and genuinely loved. That's exactly what this center has given us. I can't recommend them highly enough!

This is long, but I'd want transparency when it comes to my child…read more When we toured in July, Ms. Wilson was the director. She was wonderful--she explained the teacher assignment, said the app included camera access and daily updates, and reassured me they worked with new kids often. She mentioned she'd be leaving soon and new owners were taking over but felt confident we'd like them. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. After filling out the application, I waited a week for the rest of the paperwork. Nothing came. I called multiple times and was told it would be sent, but it never was. The Friday before my son was supposed to start, I went in person. They couldn't even find the forms and spent over an hour recreating my account so I could receive them. My son started on Tuesday, and the school called on Monday asking if I still wanted to enroll him because their system showed him inactive. Not a good first impression, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It took three weeks to get a door code and app access. When I did, there was no camera access after all--"Oh we will fix it". A letter later confirmed parents would not be given access. The code itself often didn't work even when I got it. ACH payments also took three weeks to set up. At first, the director said my balance was zero, then suggested I had given the wrong account, then said my account was closed. Without me changing anything, they eventually "fixed" it. The teacher I was told would be in my son's room wasn't there. On the first day, the teacher didn't introduce herself. Weeks later, I realized someone else was actually the teacher I'd been told about. No notice, no communication--just changes parents were expected to figure out. The handbook says to talk to your child first, then ask the teacher for an update. In our case, a new teacher came in at 2 p.m. daily. When I asked her about my son's day, she always shrugged and said she had just gotten there. There was no handoff from the morning teacher. This was frustrating because this was my son's first school experience, and I wanted to know what he was doing so I could support him at home. At one point, a sign on the door said to check the app for a project due. Since I didn't yet have access, I asked the PM teacher. She shrugged and told me to ask the director, who also didn't know. Just a preschool project--but again showed the lack of communication. Meals were another issue. I noticed many items my son wouldn't eat and asked if I could pack something simple like a banana. I was told outside food wasn't allowed. Staff said if a child didn't eat, they'd offer something else like a sunbutter sandwich--but that never happened. Most days, my son ate nothing at all. Eventually, we decided to move schools and turned in our two weeks' notice. On his second-to-last day, I saw him being walked back to class by staff. The director walked by me to the class. The PM teacher told me my son had been in her office part of the day due to behavior. I got only a one-sentence explanation and was told to "ask the director," but she never came back to speak with me. The app stopped updating at 11:30 a.m., and I picked him up at 3:00. No food, no bathroom notes, no details. No call to me or Dad. If it was serious enough to remove him from class, I should have been called. Once again, he hadn't eaten and was very emotional at home. I didn't send him for his final day--it didn't feel safe. Maybe I'm new to "school life," but I expected communication above all else. Instead, I got excuses. If you want a place to simply drop your child off, this school might work. If you want a place you can trust, where staff truly care about your child's well-being, I'd look elsewhere.

We also really loved the communication tool they use to provide parents with updates throughout the day by sending pics, videos, activity updates, and more. He is an observant baby so he watches the other toddlers learns from them as well as from the activities the teachers do with the class. I also like that they will provide high quality organic food for him and take notice of the things he likes, and asks us what foods they can get for him. We will be keeping him at TinyCare until he goes into preschool.

It's taken me approximately 6 years to complete this review, although it should take you only 6 minutes to decide to bring your kiddos to this place. These folks do God's work, literally daily. I don't have the patience or aptitude to do what they do, and I'm so thankful they're here. I can't imagine managing in this type of environment and the director, Jennifer is masterful. Like most businesses, there's turnover occasionally with teachers, but having had both of my kids go through most of their lives here, everyone has been caring and professional. Now, as you may have guessed, I'm not exactly the type of parent who is overly involved... err, micromanagey, so, I let them do them, and I'll do me. That arrangement seems to produce the best results. Kids will be kids, they'll do what they do, and again, these wonderful people are here daily watching them grow and teaching them stuff. My kids would've basically already turned into Blippi if they were home with me all day, because that's all they would ever do. The classrooms are clean, the grounds are nice and the kids are well taken care of. This place is a hidden gem and it's largely because of the people leading and the teachers commitment to the kids. I hate writing this because, the more people who read it, the more will bring their kids here, thus increasing my cost, but in this case, you have to know what it's like here-- I can't hide this gem any longer. It's wonderful. You would be lucky to find a place that's half as good as Lifeprints, and this place is the whole deal.
