the only reason i am posting this is for people getting service be persistent on what you want!!!…read moreTankers did some rerouting on my plumbing for me a few yrs back, and they wanted to go out to the back yard to use same plumbing they already existed! the problem with that was there was 40 yrs of grease existing in those pipes and and i was wanting to avoid the issue of having to snake my sink every few months which i had previously paid them to do?! they assured me they couldn't go out the front! that's when i shoulda ask for second opinion!!! and sure enough several months later and several snaking from several plumbers! i had someone reroute it again this time going out the front to the septic! avoiding the price of digging up my floor to replace the piping below!! i am so mad at myself for not getting a second opinion!!! i will never doubt my instinct again! so please if anyone is insisting one way and u don't believe it 100% please get second opinion! my plumbing works great and its been couple yrs without a issue and i have a clean out installed if i ever need it!!!!

We contracted them for a new septic system and numerous loads of granite gravel dropped off and graded for our road base. Upon completion, one of the tanks was missing a cap and had tape over it. We called the owner , Beto, and he said he would come out in a week or so, and look at it and give us instructions on how to operate the system - which no one surprisingly had. He asked to send pictures which we did. Many weeks went by and we called again. And again. Finally, he called and said someone would come out shortly and resolve the problem. NOTHING Almost immediately, SUNOWER STALKS had started sprouting out all over the work area. When we called and I asked him "what supposed to do with this all on the septic area, on large sections our driveway and aerobic field?" His response, floored me when he said."WELL I GUESS YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO PULL THEM"! WOW There are literally hundreds of them now, 5 to 7 feet tall. After trying myself to pull about 40 or so, I realized how futile the attempt would be. No one has made an attempt to contact us or correct the problems. We are totally DISSATISFIED Aand now, we have an uncontrollably overgrown septic area, aerobic field and large parts of our driveway . The sprinkler heads in the aerobic field are unable to even disperse the elements onto the field. It's overgrown. Thanks for your lack of attention to this matter, Beto. I listened to all that you said, and swe all that you didn't do! (if anyone's interested, we have more than enough pictures to share. ) Keith
