I discovered he used a plastic part instead of the recommended metal (so he could pocket more money of course). When I called to ask if he could honor a 1 year warranty, he refused. He told me that plastic parts are what he uses exclusively and that failure after 1 year is common. Unless you want inferior parts that will fail, do not use Mike Krischke Plumbing.

I'm no plumber but I've had plumbing work done before and the installation looks well done. They weren't the cheapest, but based on their reviews and their work here, I think they stand by their service.
