Our septic tank reared it's ugly head on New Year's Eve day. After having a plumber come out twice…read moreand 2 different Septic companies come out, we were referred to Patrick Nelson of Integrity Septic. We had been unable to use water for 10 days. In 2 days Patrick had us up and running again. Our solid tank opening was buried underneath a rock stairway. Patrick kept digging until he located the tank and he was able to go underneath our deck to pump the solid tank. He refused to give up and found the tank without destroying our landscaping and rock stairway. We cannot thank Patrick enough for his tenacity and hard work to help us find a solution in our time of crisis. Not only was his work ethic commendable, his pricing is affordable. Now we can celebrate the New Year! Roger Sarsgard and Mary Kline Horseshoe Bay, Tx

I hired this company in the summer of 2012 to replace our septic system…read more They were about a thousand dollars cheaper than other estimates, so I thought I had found a good deal. Not so sure I would do that again. Their work left our home filling with sewer gas on a daily basis. They broke power and water lines leaving parts of the house, and one bathroom without electricity and/or hot water. The same goes to our pastureland and wildlife watering station. They also destroyed a concrete sidewalk, which we had to replace. To their credit, they came and repaired their damage (except the sidewalk) after a threatening letter from me. They did tremendous damage to the land itself. Our pasture now has a one foot differential between high and low spots. They have yet to provide me with legal paperwork detailing permits, inspections or legal procedures, as requested in my September letter. They are great people, but I'm not sure I would ever hire them again.
