He explained each step of the process, the expected timeline, and even offered me coffee. About 45 minutes into the alignment, Frank called me over to let me know that because of the prior work done on my SUV, some issues needed to be fixed before he could properly complete the alignment. Instead of being frustrated about the lost time, he remained kind, professional, and patient the same way he had treated me when I first walked in. Issues were connected to my air conditioner and had a 3.5 hour drive ahead of me; had AC on the whole way and didn't run into the same problems.
