Firstly, My daughter has been sick from this daycare since the start of going here. Multiple times a month she would bring something home, which isn't normal at all. I took her to the ER 6 times and she had been sick or gotten a terrible rash 15 times since she started. (A span of 8 months) my daughter had a yeast infection and it was almost fully healed when I dropped her off at daycare. When I picked her up her skin was peeling off and she had blisters. I had to start the process of healing all over again because of their negligence. I asked them to change her every hour and they didn't listen to me. When I asked about it they said they just "didn't log the times they changed her in between". I got calls up to 3 times a week every week because something was wrong, or I needed to come get her, or they would diagnose her with some illness that they're not authorized to even do. I went to the dr. Multiple times because of them not letting her come to daycare due to them self diagnosing her and not letting her come to daycare. On another note, I have picked my daughter up and many times where someone would tell me how they fed her their own personal food for lunch and how much she loved it. THINGS I DID NOT BRING OR AUTHORIZE ...SHARING THEIR FOOD OFF THEIR FORKS TO MY CHILD!!! I also picked her up one time and her teacher asked me if she was allergic to anything.. I said no, why? She continued to explain to me that she had just given my 13 month old a bite of her sonic strawberry milkshake, and didn't think about her being allergic to it until after she gave her a bite. The woman who runs the daycare (Samantha) would tell me how she shared her Chick-fil-A salad with her for lunch... another worker told me how much Scarlett loves pineapple, Olive Garden salad dressing, AND DONUTS. That right there in itself breaks so many codes that this place should honestly be shut down. They also sent her home very dirty every day. They NEVER wiped her face, even when she was sick so many times, I would pick her up with dried snot all over her face. When I had picked her up when they were playing outside she always had dirt all in her fingernails, all over her face.. she had been eating the dirt and sticking wood chips in her mouth. I asked about this and told them to please not let her eat the dirt and wood chips and her teacher replied by saying that "they give them snack outside and sometimes she drops it and picks up dirt and eats that instead." ... I wish I was making this up.. why are they giving toddlers snack outside? They could so easily choke on things so I'm not sure why they're standing up, outside eating their snacks while running around and playing. This daycare is also supposed to take photos everyday of your child, they won't. And when they do submit a photo of them 9 times out of 10 there's a teacher in the background, ignoring the toddlers, on their cellphones. I can't count how many times I picked my daughter up to see both teachers on their cell phones. She would come home everyday exhausted, and very unhappy, I thought it was just because she was tired.. nope. When she started at her new daycare I noticed she's the happiest I've ever seen her, and that lasts until bedtime.. at the other daycare I would pick her up and she was immediately in a terrible mood for the rest of the night. Unfortunately this makes me realize she wasn't treated right..I can't even imagine how she was being treated and I feel awful for sending her here. I've heard them yell at my baby for trying to get something off the counter, and I'm talking yelllll. I should've known to leave then and there but I just didn't and I deeply regret it. She would come home with scratches and bruises and bite marks EVERYDAY!! and apparently every time no one had known what had happened to her. Every time I tried to call or get in contact with the daycare they either didn't answer the phone or when they did it was clear they didn't want to be bothered. And I got the same treatment when and If I had a special request for her... i would be told they would do it for her and then find out they didn't do it at all. I'm really sorry for the long message but parents need to know this before deciding to send their kids to this daycare. It's filthy and the people who work there are negligent and breaks so many codes.. it might be the cheapest option but it's far from the best. We're at a daycare now that is so clean, feeds her three meals a day including snack, and I have access to all the cameras so I can view her at any time of the day now, and they are going to teach her sign language and Spanish. All for $60 more than apex. Please if you care about your babies, look into other options before sending them here.

I started the MDO program as a sub and continued as a full time teacher. I noticed things that…read moreweren't right with the director and daughter. There is favoritism and discrimination. Policies were only enforced for certain teachers. Kids weren't moved up to next class according to their age. Either held back or very much advanced. There is no curriculum or teaching, just free play. I feel as if certain classes there aren't necessarily a safe environment for the children. Also not sanitary. We were never required to mop, clean toys. There's always bugs and rust on the floors and walls, food stuck as well. Very outdated, lots of broken toys. I feel as if the parents that have their children attending this program knew what really went on in the classrooms, they wouldn't have their child enrolled. I voiced many opinions about the conditions to the director and eventually was laid off because of personal differences. I was also called a liar and wasn't being taken seriously with my concerns. The church in the separate building is nothing like the MDO program. Its a very great fellowship with a wonderful pastor. Don't let the representation of the MDO program give you a bad opinion about the ACTUAL church.

My son started to go here in November it was great at first but after 2 months everything started to go down hill fast. First my son started to not like going to the daycare which was odd because for the last 2 months he enjoyed it and out of no where he hated it . I started to peek behind the door 1-2 minutes before actually opening the door and one certain day the assistant teacher who is in different classrooms had her back turning to the door when all of sudden she slapped a little girl I instantly walked and told her why she had hit a child like that she started to justify herself then as I walk out I told front desk. A few days later the director calls me to justify the teacher and that was her way off taking something from her cheek !!! At this point I started looking for a new daycare it was difficult because I'm a single Parent and have to work during the week so Going to tours was hard and I hated being in the situation where i didn't have a new daycare picked out as I wanted to make sure my kids had a great place to go to and I had to complete a transfer with my agency who assists me. Fast forward my daughter starts the following week (she was enrolled before the incident) My daughter socks were consistently taken off after she had been sick after telling the teachers multiple times. My daughter's diaper rash was worse every time I picked her up and they claim it was me after having photographs that don't lie. I came at 11 am one day my son had no shirt or shoes on after the teacher claiming he had bit his shirt and was wet after my son having an extra shirt. My son had cough for over 2 months !! This explained why! My dad went to pick up my son and since they did not it was his grandpa as another parent was taking their child and my son wanted to leave them pushed him harshly .My son came home with a bruise under his arm on Friday which was there last day my children where there bth the assistant director and director denied me seeing the cameras after offering it on Friday and then when they found out about cps they did not allow me to see them both directors justified the teacher leaving a bruise and my son having no shoes or shirt by saying that I did not saying anything to the teacher only about the shoes lol when I did for both. All the teachers do not have any sort of certifications or degree to take care of young children the lack of empathy and the director justofying her staff and being negletful towards the children. My children were not allowed because I started a cps investigation they state I threatened them because I created a case . The pictures are of the directors who care more about the money than the children but they are prompt to send email about balance but not to Address issues or concerns of the parents. The daycare is dirty ! food definitely not healthy for the children. They have a pending lawsuit from another parent. The director called me extra for defending my child she and her assistant definitely should not be taking care of children Please listen to the reviews and don't bring your children here !!!

That nervousness quickly went away. Stephanie, the primary teacher for her infant room, has been amazing as well as the other infant teachers (I am so bad with names, I'm sorry!!). The center regularly updates their app with what our little one has been doing and we get at least a daily picture of her; which always makes me smile when I'm at work. But on a serious note. most daycares in the metro plex are not going to give your child 4 meals a day and ensure they have gotten a great amount of time outside. Instead they will provide one meal and two snacks and maybe 30 minutes outside. As a parent I'm gauteed a fed child and one who has gotten her movement in for the day leaving me my evenings to do what I need because my child got her needs met. They serve her breakfast lunch pm snack and dinner and they all play outside and I can't forget all the friendships she has made! My daughter can't wait to go to school. She even wants to dress up for her friends.

I stand by my comment that you should be ashamed, not for posting the review, but for name dropping employees AND calling them racist. You do not know these people. It is one thing to leave a bad review since you obviously had a bad experience, but name dropping and calling people racist is a totally different scenario. Your review will follow these employees should they seek other opportunities. And for the record, my granddaughter is not 100% white and we have had zero problems. Sue M's review infuriates me for several reasons. My granddaughter attends this daycare and we have had zero problems. It is diverse and the staff are amazing. If I were Emma or any one else you name dropped, I would personally file a law suit against you for defamation of character. Your child attended this facility for all of two months. You do not know them. At all. You should be ashamed. It is my understanding the management has access to the audio recordings for the classrooms. Have you asked them to review the footage? Have you even considered the possibility that your child is not being truthful? In this review you definitely sound like the "my child can do no wrong" parent. So If they can not even find my child's records or application in the system, how can we rely on them to really care for our children for 8 hours a day?? I worked with Hannah about 2 months prior to starting my child at this daycare and provided her application form, payment details and my child's vaccination records, but she forgot to run the application as well as she forgot to put my child on waiting list. When I called a week prior before starting my child, Jennifer (the director) answered the call and she was not able to find my child's application. Since Hannah was not available, she had me waiting until Hannah comes in. Hannah returned my call and told me that she forgot to run the application and put my child on waiting list so now I have to wait for another two months before my child can start daycare there. With all of that she was not even apologetic and the director did not even have courtsey to call me back or apologize. I was so much relying on them and now I have to look for other daycares who can take my child in just one week. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
