I have submitted a delete review request, and do not know why the review is still active. However, it's incredibly unprofessional to share details on who has and has not toured the facility. From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

The people at the front office are so nice and really good understanding needs. Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. I'd love to be able to control my payments, and see documentation, etc. Overall great experience for the kids. 10 stars

Probably one of the only few preschool I've found that aren't afraid to disclose the tuition fees upfront online and are a very organized church preschool who have their curriculum together. They are involved in other outside organization such as additional sports activities and also has scholastic book clubs that I take advantage of. No complaints so far and as long as my daughter is enjoying school, I will give 5 stars.

The director, Amanda, is unresponsive and dismissive, which sets the tone for the entire operation. Communication is inconsistent, and the operation is disorganized. The handbook lacks clarity. Policies contradict each other, and important information is often passed by "word of mouth." I liked most of the teachers; they genuinely cared and kept my son safe. However, the constant turnover made it difficult to establish a stable environment. My son had three different lead teachers in just five months. Safety concerns and inconsistencies. It was revealed to me, quietly of course, that there had been no fire drills during my son's time there. The hours changed from 7:30-6 to 9-4 unless paying extra. I also think there were time that the ratio wasn't correct. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members, the leadership and organization issues make Green Space a place to avoid. I wasted time, money, and peace of mind. If you value stability and clear communication, look elsewhere. The Texas licensing page says that they provide snacks and the handbook says that they provide snacks. Apparently that's only the toddler class and older. And my final complaint, I sent an email to the owner at the end of October, three months after my child had started there, expressing all of my concerns and feedback. She never responded. Now that I have experienced a different daycare, one right across the street, I see how much Green Space was lacking.

I spent 3 times more here at primerose expecting they'd do the same since obviously I'm paying more. So disappointed! None of the teachers would greet my daughter when she arrived at school. My mom would be the one to pick up my daughter but she couldn't locate the teacher anywhere in class. I never got pictures of her or even knew what she did daily. Mrs. Cain- Preemptively enrolled my children in this daycare even though my ex and I share 50/50 custody and everything went down hill from there. ( They are only profit driven at least at this location) The kids continue to tell me that there is never any soap refilled in the dispensers and therefore my children were coming home sick every other week because basic safety features were not followed. Moving forward- The accounting department knew we were 50/50 custody and I asked a number of times to type up two different accounts so my ex (The FBI Special Agent) and I can keep our billing different. Things got progressively worse here and we came to a head when Mrs. Cain didn't know my children's whereabouts, even though they ride the CLA busses. How is this safe?? I own and operate a small business myself and I would never care for my patients the way CLA care for their children and respective families. I am a doctor and I am appalled that Mrs. Cain did not follow the divorce decree from day 1 and went by the verbal consent of my ex Mr. FBI Special Agent. I cannot speak any worse of this facility. My girls were called into the office and nothing was ever documented if it made the center look bad. Clearly, this business is profit driven and I will not cower to speak my mind just because my ex-husband Mr. FBI SPECIAL AGENT TRIED TO TRUMP ME and the school didn't follow our divorce decree. Ironically- Mrs. Jaimie Cain has stepped down and now they are under a different management. Impressively professional and thorough. The guy George was awesome. They complemented the check up, up front. There aee some good catches that we can get fixed today, and extend the life of the compressor. Heartily recommend. We also joined the membership program to get on the bi-yearly checkups for AC and furnance in preseason times. Incredible turnaround! Well done all!!

Willards should be ashamed of themselves....but they won't be because they are shady and have dragged Top Gun down to the gutter with them. I've had nothing but negative interactions with them since they sold, but I keep trying to give them a chance because of how awesome they used to be. I'll just address the latest one. I called them out to service my mini split. The Top Gun tech that came out was great. But couldn't find the problem because of course the mini split started acting right when he came out. A few weeks later, it started making a noise while it was off. I called again and they sent a guy from Willards. This guy (I won't say his name) told me that my levels (that were just checked a few weeks prior) were low. I said how is that possible. He said there's a leak and it would cost over $800 to find it. So I called the office to complain and the office called him. Mysteriously, the levels "returned to normal". I told the office I didn't feel comfortable with this guy, but they assured me everything was fine and let him complete the work and they'd give me $50 off for the "confusion". This guy proceeds to take my mini split apart and says that my fan was caked with dust (it was) and needed to be cleaned. I asked him to clean it and he says that he doesn't work on mini splits and doesn't feel comfortable doing it. Ummm then why was he touching it in the first place! So, I called the office back, they said they'd send a mini split specialist out on Thursday. Thursday comes and goes and no one shows up. I called Thursday night, talked to what I think was an answering service who said they'd have someone call me Friday. No call. Today, I called again. Now it's some AI answering system answering the phone. The system said they'd have someone call back. Again...no call. I'm livid. This once great company sold out when they sold and now I can't stress enough to stay away at all costs. The original Top Gun techs were awesome and you could count on them. The ones remaining need to leave before Willard's damages their reputation like they did Top Guns. It's very sad what has happened to them. Ever since they were sold I've had nothing but trouble with them.

My girlfriend and I took that opportunity to gracefully exit and try to do so discreetly. This is when I realized we were locked in the store. The salesman had a key-fob that unlocked the door when a customer rang the doorbell, and in order to leave, he had to be the one to let you out. Unfortunately, I had to get the salesman's attention in order to leave. He asked if we were done talking with him, and after my "yes", he said, "well, before I let you out, do you want to come over here and get a business card?" Immediately, I felt trapped inside this store, wanting to leave gracefully and discreetly, but I couldn't. Let me be clear. I do not appreciate being locked in a store and not being able to protect my woman (even by simply leaving the building) when she feels uncomfortable or threatened. I have absolutely no intention of returning. I will add, before we went to this place, we went to Duffy's Jewelry, and had an absolute 10/10 great experience. They were very pleasant, professional, and extremely kind and knowledgeable. What can I say about Children's Lighthouse...... They are part of our family. We have been using Children's Lighthouse for over 11 years. They were the daycare for my 13 and 14 year old when they were 3 and 4, they were the after school care for my daughter when she was 6. Now, they are once again my 2 year old's daycare and I couldn't be happier. This place is not as much of a business in my eyes, as it is an extension of my family. Even when my children had aged out of their care, we continued to have a close relationship with the folks that work here. The caregivers are our extended family, ones we can talk to, celebrate with, cry with, and joke with. The staff always asks about all of the kids (even the one that didn't ever go here) and have vested interests and caring for them with their successes and setbacks, always willing to lend an ear, even though they no longer attend. Now, with my youngest son, they have taken him in as one of their own, providing all the support, caring, and love that my wife and I give while we are working. The curriculum, activities, and atmosphere are next to none. I would recommend this facility to any AND everyone if you are needing assistance while you are away, as they are not just employees waiting for a paycheck, but caregivers and extended family that truly care and love what they do and who they do it for! I could not sing higher praises for any other business, staff, and friends!! read more

Very pleased with the quality of service provided at this establishment. We're enrolled in the Infant 3 Class with Mary and Faithlynn. A month into the program and we're very satisfied with the quality of care. Mary is exceptional. My wife constantly monitors the camera access they provide and repeatedly compliments Mary's work ethics to me. They offer part-time and full time care which is very convenient. My wife has a lot of free time so the part-time program is very fitting for her schedule. Robin, the Director is always at the front desk assisting parents with payments, questions and concerns. Very rarely you'll see directors at the front of line. Stephanie, assistant director gave us the tour. She was very informative and always gives a very warming smile. They offer camera access, the reason why my wife decided to tour this facility. This accessibility gives you peace of mind. 5 Star Daycare! read more

Do not bring your kids here. This place is so unbelievably unprofessional. The assistant director hunter is a bully who harasses people and literally flirts with male employees and sleeps with married men who bring their kids here. The owners are aware and do nothing. They bribe parents with lower tuition just to have good reviews. They hire anyone who will apply even though they are unqualified and are not nice to the kids. They had an employee forget a child in the bathroom for hours! And nobody even noticed until the mom came to pick up and the child was nowhere to be found. They found her in the restroom all alone screaming for help. Strongly advise not overpaying for horrible quality child care service. read more

My daughter and myself absolutely love Children's Lighthouse. she's only been attending since mid September but I've seen so much progress in such a short time. You're able to get access to cameras to check in on your kids throughout the day which is my favorite feature and the staff really cares about the kids and their families. Any time I've had a problem or a concern I feel extremely comfortable speaking to anyone of the staff and I know they'll do their best to fix it and make me feel at ease. i will always recommend children's lighthouse as a great place to take your kids. read more

My grandchildren attend Children's Lighthouse at Heritage. I pick them up several times a week. When I get there, they are so involved in some activity or another that I have to wait for them to finish. The instruction they get there is amazing. The older child will start kindergarten next year and I believe he will be ahead due to the education received there. You know it's a wonderful place when the kids must give hugs and kisses to teachers and office staff before they can leave each day!! read more

My son has been at children's light house for almost 6 months now. I have been pleased with the care each teacher has provided and the activities the day care puts on. Every morning you're greeted with a "good morning" and left with a "have a great day". The full time access to the cameras and the constant updates from the app about your child's day is an added bonus. I put my son into daycare back in August. it's so fun to watch how much he's learned since he started attending (ex: days or the week, counting, all his colors, etc). The staff is friendly, patient, and understanding. they feed the kids to healthy snacks and a lunch. the full time access to cameras gives great peace of mind. The only downside I've seen is some of the staff are out fairly often causing long hours for others. read more

I've been impressed every teacher that my two kids have had in the two and a half years we have been enrolled. They value each child and it shows. Front desk and teachers are very responsive if you present an issue or question. We found this center because our previous prices is out. We were first attracted to the reasonable competitive pricing but stay for the wonderful teachers that go above and beyond everyday. My son loves Ms. Leslie and Ms. Coco and so do I. Michelle, Joanne and all the wonderful women in the infant room have a great bond with my sweet girl. Our daughter has been here since she was 17 months old, she is now 2 1/2, and we have never had any issues. She enjoys attending and loves all of her teachers. They keep the facility clean, feed them quality food, and the staff seems to genuinely care for all of the children and their safety. Would definitely NOT recommend sending your child/children here. Within 9 days of being there my…read morechild had 4 instances; only 1 of which was actually observed/documented by teachers-the other 3 were observed by me watching on the cameras. Well of them my child getting pushed or hit...When brought up to the teachers you could tell they were doing their best but simply could not watch everywhere. I then had a meeting with the director where she told me "we understand group childcare isn't for everyone we don't take it personally"...interesting take from the director when my child has been in daycare her whole life, absolutely no solution suggested. Within hours of that conversation the final insistent happened where my child was shoved and the children got in a shoving match until one was on the ground-again teachers did nothing. We immediately withdrew her from the school, when meeting with the director to withdrawal she said "as we discussed this morning group childcare isn't for everyone" I was so frustrated by this dismissal of the actual problem, the teachers being overwhelmed and not able to ADEQUATELY supervise these kids. Would caution ANYONE looking to put their child in school here that not only the teachers are spread thin the director doesn't know the kids or care to know the kids enrolled. I now have 2 children going there. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone. (Posted in 2014) It's been a while since I reviewed this. I still have both of my children there. My youngest is now 2 and goes there full time. She loves it there. My oldest only attends for the after School program and during the summer. My son had another kid bite him 2 or 3 times, the teachers and some of them are really good would not stay in the room, you'd always see one them assigned to the kitchen to cook meals or at the front office but not in the class room. I had problems with ants in the playground with my son several times, and ok I understand, it's outside but nothing was done "properly" to solve the issues with ants. It's just sad to see some passionated teachers without supPort to do a good job. We moved to another school that we love with several other kids from CCY who also had some of the same problems.

I met a school bus driver and told her that I have an appointment at 3pm. She told me somebody should be with me shortly, I said I have been ringing the bell but nobody come out. Then she said "it's not even 3pm". I was not upset until she said so. I understand locking the door is for kids safety, and I like it too, but at least when they see me ringing the bell, they should come out and ask if I need help with anything instead of turning the light off. No one want to be late with appointment that's why I came 10mins early. And they that was the response I received.

Ladies who care for the babies are always happy to see them when we off in the mornings and makes us feel confident they are well loved here Rome Loves Ms. Elizabeth because she takes him next door to play on the foam climber with other little ones and he gets to do what he loves.. Climbing ! We get daily updates on diaper changing times and the amount of food, water & milk they consume along with photos of activities throughout the day. We were taking their packed lunch and are now having them eat the prepared lunch at Cadence. Knowing the babies are in a healthy loving and professional environment is everything to us as grandparents.

If you are an African American parent considering this school, please read this carefully…read more By the time we pulled our 2yr old out of this school, it became painfully clear that the environment was deeply prejudiced and borderline racist. She started in April 2025 after thriving at her previous Primrose location, where she was confident, happy, and excelling. Within two months at Lantana, her teachers completed an ASQ assessment and rated her as not meeting expectations in nearly every category. Let that sink in. Our daughter, who is bright, energetic, and constantly praised for her intelligence by everyone who meets her, including her pediatrician, was suddenly portrayed as behind across the board. Just before leaving Old Orchard, she had an ASQ completed there and was thriving in every category. When I questioned leadership about these shocking results, I was met with gaslighting. I was told the assessment was different. I was asked to complete one myself. I was made to feel like I did not understand my own child. Her former school was equally shocked. Around October and November, the narrative shifted. We began receiving complaints that our daughter was not listening, did not want to come inside from the playground, and had put her hands on other children. Typical two-year-old behavior. We acknowledged that like many toddlers in the "mine" stage, she sometimes reacts when a toy is taken from her, and we assured the school we were actively working on that at home. Instead of working with us, they escalated it. They began sending behavioral reports home and recommending speech therapy and play therapy for a child who speaks clearly and in full sentences. Two years old and speaking in full sentences. Yet teachers, some of whom are not even certified, felt comfortable suggesting therapy as if something were wrong with her. They started using loaded words like "tackled" and "going after the teacher" to describe a two-year-old little girl. I am still trying to understand what exactly a toddler is capable of doing to a grown adult in a classroom that is supposed to have at least two teachers present at all times. Yet we were told no other child or staff member did anything and that our daughter simply decided to kick and hit other kids unprovoked. That does not align with reality. Our daughter has playdates. She spends weekends with her cousins. We have never witnessed anything close to what they described. I have voicemails from leadership, including the owner Erin Lundie, using carefully chosen language that clearly attempts to label our daughter as aggressive and violent. At one point, I became so disturbed by the sudden change in her behavior that I genuinely started to question whether something inappropriate was happening at school. This is a child who used to love school so much we sometimes had to force her to leave at pickup. Suddenly, she was having meltdowns at morning drop-offs. Another major red flag was a call from their HR Director, Shannon Tilton, about our daughter not wanting to nap. I explained that she is at a stage where naps are inconsistent and she would prefer a quiet activity. I was told verbatim, "We do not force them to sleep, but according to Texas law they are required to stay on their cot for the duration of nap time." That is completely false. Texas regulations require that children who do not sleep be offered quiet activities. So not only were they mishandling our child, but they were also misrepresenting state regulations to justify it. I could go on, but the bottom line is this: the leadership team and teachers either failed to properly do their jobs or were actively shaping a negative narrative about our daughter. We were paying over $1,600 a month, they were not doing us a favor. Since removing her, she is now attending a new daycare, and she is thriving once again with only positive remarks from her teachers so far. Zero issues. No behavioral labels. No therapy recommendations. No exaggerated reports. Just a happy, intelligent child in a supportive environment. That tells us everything.

From Laurie, to Linda and Sarah, my baby boy has been taken care of so great, as if he is one of their own. They are very easy to get ahold of throughout the day, keep constant updates of daily activities for your child, and they have fun days for the kids like water day, pajama day, etc. Their price point is the best in the area, and they operate through a Christian church. They have prayed with me and for me and my family which means a lot. I can't express how grateful I am to really God for leading me to them, to take care of my baby. Highly recommend.

Instead they will provide one meal and two snacks and maybe 30 minutes outside. As a parent I'm gauteed a fed child and one who has gotten her movement in for the day leaving me my evenings to do what I need because my child got her needs met. They serve her breakfast lunch pm snack and dinner and they all play outside and I can't forget all the friendships she has made! My daughter can't wait to go to school. She even wants to dress up for her friends.
