I have submitted a delete review request, and do not know why the review is still active. However, it's incredibly unprofessional to share details on who has and has not toured the facility. From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

Everybody is super friendly, my son is turning 5 and in less than a year with them he can already say some stuff in French and Spanish, he does have homework sometimes which I found fantastic because he can see over again with us on the weekend what he learned and he gets so excited. The people at the front office are so nice and really good understanding needs. Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. I'd love to be able to control my payments, and see documentation, etc. Overall great experience for the kids. 10 stars

Mrs. Cain- Preemptively enrolled my children in this daycare even though my ex and I share 50/50 custody and everything went down hill from there. ( They are only profit driven at least at this location) The kids continue to tell me that there is never any soap refilled in the dispensers and therefore my children were coming home sick every other week because basic safety features were not followed. Moving forward- The accounting department knew we were 50/50 custody and I asked a number of times to type up two different accounts so my ex (The FBI Special Agent) and I can keep our billing different. Things got progressively worse here and we came to a head when Mrs. Cain didn't know my children's whereabouts, even though they ride the CLA busses. How is this safe?? I own and operate a small business myself and I would never care for my patients the way CLA care for their children and respective families. I am a doctor and I am appalled that Mrs. Cain did not follow the divorce decree from day 1 and went by the verbal consent of my ex Mr. FBI Special Agent. I cannot speak any worse of this facility. My girls were called into the office and nothing was ever documented if it made the center look bad. Clearly, this business is profit driven and I will not cower to speak my mind just because my ex-husband Mr. FBI SPECIAL AGENT TRIED TO TRUMP ME and the school didn't follow our divorce decree. Ironically- Mrs. Jaimie Cain has stepped down and now they are under a different management. Only in Texas could this occur- when we all lived in DC things were much more professional and buttoned up. Sincerely, Sandhya Sharma LPC CACII EMDR

All the kids had some great, personal attention. Miss Jenn was helpful with potty training, yummy snacks (and even tied in themes for movie days or weather) and she created a fun and well-thought our curriculum for the kids. Additionally, I felt safe with my daughter there. Jennifer is super organized with all ducks in a row. The play area outside was safe and well fenced in with lots for the kids to do for play as well as learning. Her house was always neatly organized for a great learning environment, and she always had lesson plans and meal schedules prepared. Her crafts and little party/events were well planned out and I felt we're better than we had seen at a regular daycare. The children looked engaged and got to do hands-on activities. Jennifer kept a superb routine for food, play, activities and nap time. Jennifer is well on par with any "school/daycare" for my 2-3 yr old without the high costs. I've seen other in-home daycares and NONE were this organized or engaging. Texas is sad to lose her, but your child will benefit at Jennifer's new location! Highly recommend!!!

Not to mention she is SUPER organized for the parents, such as daily logs for your children, weekly lunch/snack menus, monthly calendar of activities. Our boys thrived in her care and always came home smiling and SAFE. I had used other home daycares prior to finding Jennifer and no one compared to her quality! We were so blessed to have found her. She truly is one of a kind in her ability to care for multiple children at her home.

They wanted us to continue paying full price despite them being closed. I understood. About 2 years later once I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, I called to see if they had availability, they did, then once they got more of my information, they never called me back. I was told directly that they had openings and was scheduled for a tour the next morning. On Friday, I toured the facility, and told them I was ready to enroll immediately so my son could begin on Monday, just as I had mentioned in my initial call. Rebecca suddenly claimed she wasn't sure there was space as 2 children had enrolled on Thursday, even though she had told me there was. I had just saw his classroom and counted about nine children, clearly not a full class, when the student to teacher ratio is 1:11 and there are 2 teachers. From there, the situation became even more concerning. Rebecca went into the office, whispered with Chris, the owner, and returned stating : there were actually no spots available and my son was second on a waiting list. After voicing my concern about being told there was availability, Chris came and spoke with me promising to call me back about the availability, but that call never came. Instead, I received a generic email confirming my son had been placed on the waiting list. This experience was not just disappointing as a single mom -- it was deeply troubling as this is a faith based school. The whispering in the office, the sudden contradictions, and the lack of follow-through made it clear that honesty and transparency are not priorities at this school. I would strongly caution other parents to look elsewhere. If this is how they handle new families at the door, I shudder to think how issues are handled once a child is enrolled.

So disappointed! Her teacher never even said good morning or good bye to her!! Also I've repeatedly asked for the owner of this site to respond to me personally. So disappointing. Just another money hungry preschool who doesn't care about kids... Original post:: Would give zero stars if I could. My 4 year old used to go to a Church preschool that had little funding but the teachers were passionate about the students. I was able to text the teachers whenever and get a response asap and even got pictures sent to me throughout the day. I spent 3 times more here at primerose expecting they'd do the same since obviously I'm paying more. So disappointed! None of the teachers would greet my daughter when she arrived at school. My mom would be the one to pick up my daughter but she couldn't locate the teacher anywhere in class. I never got pictures of her or even knew what she did daily. Quit the place right away since my daughter who used to love school cried everyday she had to go here. Never again! And will be spreading the word to others who live near by!

My son has attended Le Petit for about six months in the pre-K class with Miss Lula who is amazing by the way! She is an experienced preschool teacher, who truly understands how to lead a classroom with multiple children with varying needs. I will also say that the Director, Miss Pauline is fantastic. Interacting with the kids and families. She truly knows every child and each family. I'm a little sad my son is going to kindergarten, because I really felt like he found a place where he belonged at Le Petit. Prior to that he was at Goddard in Keller and that's a different story but I say that to point out that sometimes it's not about the money and facility, it's the people. Le Petit has a state of the art video system in the classroom. Something that the expensive private schools we previously attended, did not have! I can open my app and view my son at any time of the day! I have peace of mind, knowing that if there is an incident, there's video. And they do an excellent job of protecting the privacy of the kids, implementing measures that block anyone from taking screenshots of the video or recording. I would classify Le petites style as more "old school." Which I can appreciate. The only criticism I would give is that the children don't go outside to play every single day. The facility is quite large inside, with an open concept form, w multiple rooms that they move about during the day. But recess is important for some children like my son, who need to get their wiggles out early in the day. But outside of that, we are very happy with everything . My child is fed every day and is quite happy when he returns home.

My older son absolutely loved his teachers, and I could tell they loved him too; I never worried about him. A couple of month ago the director changed and within 2 weeks several of the long time teachers suddenly quit. She is so rude to teachers and parents. These were teachers who had been here for YEARS, one of them over 10 years I think. Suddenly they were under staffed and some of the rooms were closed. I noticed them pushing/violating ratios, rooms were messy etc. Some of the long time teachers are still there, but not in my 2 year old's room and I started worrying about him during the day. The other day I went a bit early to pick up my son and when I went in the room, they couldn't find him, didn't know where he was. I found him and two other 2ish year olds in the bath room playing in the toilet. They had been there for a while as they had moved several toys in there. My son had a split/bleeding lip no one could explain, presumably from slipping and falling into the toilet! The director looked surprised but didn't apologize, when I mentioned my son's teacher was sweet and hard working, but they hadn't trained her enough she proceeded to argue with me about her training hours! I spoke to her boss, who was very apologetic and seemed horrified, but I asked her to look at the cameras to see how long the kids were in the bathroom unsupervised, and apparently it's company policy to only keep only 48 hours worth of video, so if something happens on a Friday afternoon, (like here) your out of luck by the the time they look into it Monday morning. So if Pauline is still the director. RUN. ***Just found out yesterday from another parent, who also withdrew their kid, that a teacher in my son's room had the cops called on her at the school and was charged with abuse and neglect for actions at the school. She has been fired, but I was told NOTHING about this and she had daily access to my child. Also the cameras conveniently "weren't working" on my app while she worked there!
