Visited this establishment for lunch on a Wednesday. It wasn't busy since I arrived after the usual lunch hour. I was promptly greeted, and the restaurant appeared clean. There were other customers but not busy. I tried couple of shushi rolls. It came out in a reasonable time and tasted great. Good quality, neat presentation and great tasting. I really liked their sashimi and their soft shell crab roll. Since I've had lower expectation of sushi around the Arlington I was quite happy with their sashimi quality, was better than most places and the soft shell crab was great. The seaweed shrimp salad was kind of small and not really worth the cost but was good, it didn't have an overly fishy/ocean like taste to the seaweed salad that some places do. went here today to try out their happy hour and first off I noticed how neat and clean the restaurant was, I can in around 4:45 and literally just beat the crowd bc by the time I was leaving, allll of their booths were full. I had a california maki with real crab, sweet potato tempura and a spicy salmon maki. i'll start with the cali, idk if it was the real crab or what but I didn't really enjoy it like I usually do. the sweet potato tempura though????? that was AMAZING! never seen that offered anywhere else so was sure I needed to try it. the spicy salmon maki was also really good, I asked the server how spicy and he gave it a 3-4 and I'd say that's perfect. I don't really eat too much spicy food but that was doable for me. I didn't catch my severs name but he was super friendly and attentive even while taking care of at least 4 different tables. i'd say try this place!! read more

Just moved to the Euless area and noticed this restaurant was right around the corner from me! Literally a 2 min drive. Decided to try it out on a Thursday night after craving sushi, and this place did not disappoint! Every time my bf & i drive past we always notice a filled parking lot, after dining it we understand now! We started off with some drinks. The texas mule was delicious! We decided on crab rangoon, as recommended by our server. We were told it was made in house, and they came out fresh! The crunch and fill was great, not too over cream cheesy, and no skimp on filling. We also order the torched salmon roll, sashimi deluxe, spicy scallop roll, and seabass nigiri. Everything was delicious! The torched salmon roll was our favorite, we love salmon belly anywhere so it was great! Not too much rice so you can taste the filling, and they also put a delicious chili oil crisp ontop. The cuts of sashimi were a good size, and delicate! It came with 3 shrimps, 3 salmon, 3 tuna, 3 albacore, and 3 white tuna slices. And seaweed salad on the plate as well, which was surprising & a great crunch and filler in-between each bite. The spicy scallop roll & seabass nigiri were also great. Everything was great! From the food, to the service/our server, and the live music they had playing! After talking with our server we were told on thursday nights it's live music, and comedy shows on Friday! Also little events get posted on their social media. Another thing we liked here is how diverse the menu is! Not only can you get sushi, but they also have burgers, pizzas, and special entrees! Some friends and I had wanted sushi and the other place we wanted to go to was not offering dining in options. A quick search on Yelp and I found this lovely establishment. The area looks pretty new oh, maybe a few years old if that. The restaurant itself was really pretty, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the options were very robust. I am very particular about my sushi, but I will say I was definitely impressed by the selections and the skill of the sushi makers. All of the rolls are absolutely beautiful, looking appetizing even to the ones who don't like sushi (the 5 year old in the group). I was even adventurous and try day saketini which could not have been more perfect of a cocktail. I think this is going to be my sushi spot from now on. read more

Ordered soft shell crab (6 out of 10) the teriyaki sauce saved it by itself it was bland & spicy edamame (7 out of 10) tasted good but over cooked, as appetizers. We got salmon sashimi (2 out of 10) they were cut so small it looked like one normal piece of sashimi was cut into 3, got the sea bass sashimi (7 out of 10) the cut was a lot bigger than the salmon but it tasted like old fish & the spicy scallop roll taste was 8 out of 10 however it wasn't rolled tightly & I ate a piece & found a hair in it. This place is a gem we did not expect. Just looking for a place to eat before going to the airport but it far outdid our expectations. The menu is extensive but everything was delicious. We got crab ragoons and it seemed like the sweet and sour sauce was house made. Everything came out hot and fresh. The only downfall was some of the maki descriptions where off. The Caribbean was supposed to have a salsa style sauce but it was just chopped bell peppers. The Shrimp Tempura had spicy mayo drizzled on it when it wasnt in the description too. I called to make a reservation earlier in the day, after finding this restaurant on a Gluten-free app. The woman who answered the phone was extremely friendly and assured me that they are able to make almost anything on their menu gluten-free, have a dedicated GF frier, and can even make tempura and eel sauce gluten-free. What a treat!! When my partner arrived before me, the server immediately pulled the soy sauce from the table and replaced it with a GF soy sauce (indicating the person I spoke to when making my reservation notated that we were gluten-free). The server was very reassuring and knowledgeable about the options, and everything was delicious. I didn't have any reactions that would indicate cross-contamination afterwards. We had the calamari, kamikazi roll, David's Rajun Cajun roll, Torched Salmon roll, and the gluten-free chocolate cake (which isn't on the menu we were given but I remembered it from reviews I read online and I think it's on their online menu). Everything was honestly incredible. We have already decided that this will be part of our regular rotation and intend on stopping by a couple times a month. At over 4 stars, I was excited to try this place. Maybe I was there on an off day, but this was the worst sushi that I've ever had. The presentation looked really nice, but the taste just wasn't there for me. They put way to much stuff on their rolls, including drowning it in spicy mayo, that it completely drowns out the taste of the fish. After a couple of underwhelming rolls, I tried some salmon nigiri, and I only ate two of the three pieces. I can see why they try to drown out the taste of the fish. It's just not good. If you're idea of "sushi" is a bunch of stuff piled on a roll so that you can't taste the fish, you'll probably like it here. If you've ever had good sushi before, find a different place to eat. read more

We ordered a couple of appetizers to start off with to try some of the items on the menu. We ordered the coconut shrimp and the karaage chicken. The karaage chicken is fried chicken with furikake and aioli, definitely recommend getting. The coconut shrimp was flavored really well as well. After speaking with the owner, he had agreed to set up omasake style so I can try an extensive amount of items on his menu. The restaurant setting is extremely well kept and intimate. I came here with my sister and a friend. It wasn't packed at 6:45. We started off with Coconut Shrimp and Karaage Chicken. The Karaage chicken was so yummy. It is made with dark chicken meat. It was tender and very flavorful. The coconut shrimp was really good as well. I ended up getting an order of Volcano roll. The crab meat and scallops were really fresh. This roll was really yummy. There was a great amount of crab meat on top of the shrimp tempura roll. It was very flavorful. We ended up ordering two kinds of desserts. The fried mango ice cream and an order of mango mochi. Both were really good. The mochi were $3 each which is a little pricey in my opinion but it was really good. I am so happy this location is near me. They also have a great happy hour til 6 pm. We are so excited to have this great new sushi place right down the road from us! Their happy hour looks excellent, and I can see us becoming regulars in no time. Our first visit was on a Sunday night after the Cowboys game, and for a while we had most of the place to ourselves. The décor is modern and clean, with plenty of chairs to cozy up to at either regular or sushi bar. We opted for a booth however and were greeted with water and menus promptly. For our first round we ordered the spicy tuna, crazy, and salmon skin rolls along with a side of spicy edamame to share. The rolls were made to order and full of flavor. We both enjoyed the crunchy tempura bits on top of the crazy roll, how fresh all the different components were, but my husband especially raved about the salmon skin. He liked it so much that he ordered a second salmon skin roll, while I decided to try the shrimp tempura one instead. Everything was delicious, and while I may not be the most advanced sushi eater (as I typically go for the mostly cooked and/or fried rolls), I thought it was some of the better sushi I have had as of late. Especially seeing that you can get most of these same rolls for half off during happy hour, plus some very affordably priced wine or cocktails. They have local craft brews on tap as well which is always nice to see. The service was awesome and they could not have been more welcoming or gracious. Imperial in Glade Parks was closed so today was the first time ordering sushi takeout from Chihiro. The sushi was bland and lacking flavor. With Imperial and Lava Grill nearby, I can't forsee ordering from here again. Dear mgmt: Please step it up. If you want to be a serious sushi spot, you need to bring your A game. Visited this sushi place on a recent trip to Dallas area. Located in Euless about 15 miles from Six Flags. Came on a Sunday afternoon shortly after opening. Our server was an absolute gem! Polite, patient, kind and great with kids. We ordered the Boston Roll, Spicy Tuna, and several salmon and tuna nigiri as well as the Chicken Teriyaki. The nigiri and Boston were fresh and delicious. The spicy tuna was yummy as well however instead of mixing the spicy aioli with the tuna, there are just tiny dollops on top of the cut pieces. It wasn't very spicy at all, so just add wasabi or extra spicy mayo for the kick. The chicken teriyaki was plated beautifully and was a good sized portion. My very picky child enjoyed this meal. Lots to chose from off the Menu. I had the lunch Bento Box, plenty of food. Place is clean and staff friendly. The only downside is that they let customers use the dining area as their office space. We were very happy to find a sushi restaurant so close to home. We sat at the sushi bar and were greeted with one of the chefs specialties. A seared tuna sashimi that was amazing. Very fresh and flavorful. My favorite was the cherry blossom. The apple was very subtle, tempura flakes gave a nice crunch. Wasabi cream and sriracha aioli were a great combo and again the fish was very fresh. We tried several items from the happy hour menu. I have found sometimes that happy hour sushi to be loaded with rice and skimpy with fish. Not the case here at all. Appetizer portions with great flavors at very reasonable prices. I ordered to go: steamed pork gyoza, scorpion roll, shrimp tempura roll, tamago nigiri, and tobiko nigiri (they got this wrong and gave me ikura nigiri.. the larger fish eggs). Bummer that it wasn't correct. Was looking forward to the small refreshing tobiko fish eggs that are crunchy when eating them. I didn't notice until I got home.. too bad. I tried a piece anyways because I never had it but unfortunately didn't like it so that's a waste of $5. Besides that the sushi tasted fine nothing out of this world but definitely not the worst I've had. For the Euless area it would be my first pick due to location (5 mins away whereas my fav sushi place is 20 min away in Las Colinas) and tasted good/didn't seem low quality like other places in Euless. I liked that they didn't stuff their rolls with too much rice. The employees seemed friendly and quick to help. The food was prepared quickly as well.
