The female employee working had earbuds in during our visit and seemed irritated when we politely asked about the status of my mom's and my son's meals. Rather than providing an update or apology, her response came across as rude and unprofessional. We understand that mistakes can happen, but when food is delayed, incorrect, and customer concerns are met with poor service, it creates a frustrating experience. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this establishment and hope management addresses these issues.

This place must seat over 100 people. This place has a traditional pizza parlor feel where you order at the counter and they call out your number to come up for your drinks and pizza. There's a window where you can watch the pizzas be made, and there's a half block so the kids can stand tall and watch. I noticed as the workers are making the pizzas that all the toppings go right to the edge, including the sauce. Yep, when it was time to pick up our pizza there's basically no crust, so I got sauce on my fingers just trying to hold up my pizza. The pizza crust itself was not good...it tasted like cardboard and I think it was just there to support the toppings. They do pile up the toppings, but toppings by themselves with poor structure doesn't make a good pizza IMO.
