Overall, just a fun, laid-back spot with a little something different. Good drinks, football, food trucks and exotic cars, hard to complain about that combination. The broth could also be less oily and more balanced in flavor. And if customers are paying extra for add-ons like additional noodles, the difference should actually be noticeable. Better portion sizes, a more balanced broth, and making the paid add-ons feel worthwhile would make a huge difference.
