There were only three of us, and after waiting nearly 20 minutes without any acknowledgment, we ultimately decided to get up and leave. It was especially disappointing because we were genuinely excited to try this place. We've been looking for a new ramen spot, and finding one so close to home seemed perfect. Unfortunately, we never even had the opportunity to try the food because of the lack of service. Hopefully this was an isolated issue, but our first experience was very disappointing.
