There was an unpleasant situation going on outside her shop & other shops because someone didn't get enough attention as a child or something, but anyway, she got us in away from the drama. I found a wonderful couture rock shirt that she had made. I just had to have it because I literally just finished a conversation about Def Leppard & being a teenager not even one minute before walking up to her shop! It was like kismet!

Some boxes here, some on another display. But NOWHERE was there a box for the shoe I wanted. And NOWHERE was there an employee I could ask for assistance. The only person I saw working was the customer service lady with a line 5 or 6 deep. Were asked to shop local, keep our tax dollars local and I prefer to do that. But employees working would be more than helpful. Do better. Off I go to online shop.

I asked Teresa and Denise if they would cash me out and they said there's people In line. Extremely bad customer service went to buy the gifts for my grandchildren I couldn't get, very negative shopping experience ever.
