I had to guess which register to stand at to get someone's attention. They also chatted with each other while refusing to give me my refund. If you are outside of their new 90 day return window they'll call your items "expired" and at most offer a couple dollars in store credit. Obviously, Kohls isn't doing well and you can say goodbye to this long-term customer. Of course I'll use my credit but will be purchasing clothing elsewhere.
