This store was better organized and cleaner than the ross that was nearby. The store had good service and a better selection of items to choose from. Also the stuff seems to overall match the value what you pay for here as it can last a long time. Better than most items you can get Ross or Marshall's which is a shocker. I would rather go to this store over Ross as I feel this store is better. read more

Always a pleasure to visit the store. They have reasonable prices for clothing, housewares, bedding, shoes, accessories, purses, hats, etc. TJ Maxx is always dangerous just to go to "browse" because you end up finding things that you convince yourself you need. lol! The store presentation usually clean and neat which is a big plus for me because I hate stores that are messy. read more

Nice TJ Max store with. Good variety of items and nice staff. The kitchen area was a little sparse but the clothing made up for it. The dressing rooms were nice and tidy. read more

The prices are ridiculous! A dress was $28 and a kids clothes set was $30. I came here for clothes for my family expecting to leave with $80 worth of clothes and walked up to the register with soaps, socks and a lipstick. The line was so long I put my stuff to the side and walked out. And you have the nerve to ask people for donations!! to what? Is the money even going to help people or is this another Goodwill situation?? read more

My wife returned a hamper we bought due to the handle being held together by literally two threads. It broke just rotating it off its mount. My wife returned it only to be told that it broke at our home so they wouldn't do anything. She continued to argue and finally was told they would return it this time, but next time just leave it at home because they won't allow another return. That is an easy fix, we won't be shopping there anymore as we prefer to buy quality products from stores that take care of its customers, and stand behind their products. read more

This is one of the most well organized TJ Maxx stores I've been to. It was easy to browse through the aisles and there were a lot of cool fun things to look at in the home goods and pet section. There was also a decent selection of seasonal items for Halloween. The clothes section wasn't very thrilling though so I'd mainly come here if you are looking for items that are home, seasonal or pet related. read more

Came here today to pick up some fall/winter items. I was able find some really cute pieces, mainly long sleeve sweaters. They have a huge variety of things and very well organized. I also was able to buy a new pair of adidas sneakers which was awesome. I bought 5 items and sent roughly around $120 or so. Yes it is more expensive than your average store but they have high end quality pieces that are well made and will last you a long time, so it's worth it. The store itself is really clean and the staff here are nice. Parking lot is plenty even though it is shared with other businesses. Definitely check this store out. read more

My mother had a poor experience today at this particular TJM. She had back surgery recently and requires assistive devices when she's out in public. When she requested a wheelchair or scooter when she entered, she was told "we just don't have those, and we never got them at this store". This was very disappointing as she's a regular customer at this store and loves TJM in general. Yet this is unacceptable and must violate the ADA of 1990. Just beware if you have a disability prior to entering a TJ Maxx. read more

Management seems to be incompetent but unfortunately that's the norm for businesses these days. It starts at the top and trickles down affecting many of the other employees who just want to work their shifts without constantly being called to change their plans and cover for someone else. Beth specifically is insufferable. She puts on a happy face but it's obvious she's fake. I hope one day to change my review and give TJ Maxx more credit but until they put in the effort to elevate their customer service and general business ethic it'll have to remain a one star review. read more

The clothing we were able to find and pick out was good. I really enjoyed the holiday styled clothing that was out. There was a very nice selection. The employees were all very kind and talked with us as acquaintances and polite instead of just like a customer needing served. read more

this tjmaxx is actually really nice. a little disorganized but otherwise great. i had an incident the other night there, i had broken a glass tree ornament in front of an employee. i didn't catch her name but she was very kind, asking if my friend and i were okay, telling us we didn't need to worry about the mess and to continue our night. i thought it was so sweet. we even offered to pay and help clean up but she declined. very sweet employee. read more

Gayle the manager is so rude and unprofessional. I wasn't felt welcomed and was stared at the whole time by her, she even questioned me rudely. Watch out for Gayle she might stereotype you. read more

Unpleasant employees. Cashier did NOT give me my 10% discount because she didn't have the subtotal in when she scanned my discount card. After the purchase, she tossed my receipt at me. So sad, because I love to shop at TJ maxx. Won't shop at THIS location again. read more

Just opened in prescott a few months ago, and I've only been there a couple of times since it's a little ways for me-prescott Valley. The few times I've been there, I've not found a must-have piece of clothing, but I have had luck in their home department. I really scored a couple great deals before Christmas.
