Although I realize that I'm nothing special, when I walked in the ladies made me feel as though a king had arrived. They are quite poised with each of them demonstrating a beautiful, sweet demeanor. If you're a male, they will offer as much help as you might need in choosing something special for your wife or significant other. Their eclectic inventory is of exceptional quality and appeal. After I had purchased the item that I had decided upon, it was placed into a very attractive gift-bag with pink tissue paper neatly placed on top. It's easy to give J. But that's where the positives end. I've visited the store three times and made purchases on two of those visits. Every single time, I was treated like a second-class citizen. The staff is rude, follows customers around as if they're going to steal something, and responds curtly when you ask questions. If you're reading this review and wondering whether the negative reviews without photos are accurate -- they absolutely are. As an Elite Yelper, I usually know how to filter out unreliable reviews, especially from accounts with no photos or very little activity. But in this case, reviewers like Alex R., Rudy M., Crystal J., Michelle S., Preslie S., Lauren G., and Candice B. are telling the truth. I won't shop here again. I can find the same cute items online or in Dallas, Austin, or LA without having to deal with the attitude. There's no reason to "bow down" behind the red velvet rope after walking through an embarrassingly tacky single-door entrance with terrible signage.

It's great but also gets me in trouble that this location is close to me and to J Roberts (so I usually go to both if I go to one). Francesca's has been the source of probably 60%+ of my jewelry purchases. They offer both trendy and timeless pieces with earrings ranging from $5-$12 and necklaces usually in the $20-$30 range. Definitely not bad. I get lots of tops and dresses here. Scarves are another top seller in my book and I have one small clutch from here. I could spend hours just looking over the tables of knick knacks. The only drawbacks to this location are that it is very small. My husband normally will go anywhere shopping with me because he is a saint. However, he draws the line here because its so small and crowded that he feels awkward waiting around for me while I prance back and forth all over the store. And lastly, the sales staff is so hit to miss. Sometimes they are welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Other times they seem to judge you if you're not looking your best and assume you aren't worth their time. In this case they continue chatting amongst themselves and completely ignore your presence in the store. Which can be really awkward when there's 4 of them and you're the only customer in the tiny space.
