I just love that they are truly bean to bar (you can literally watch them sit and sort the beans, grind them, make the chocolate and all other steps of the process). The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient -- and while prices are a tad higher than your basic chocolates, they are reasonable for the high quality of premium treats you are going to get Just an additional thing I did not mention in my previous review: Their packaging is also great. Not only do they print off the individual names of chocolates you got if you make a box, there is a QR code which when you scan, takes you to the visual and descriptive online guide of all their flavors. Highly, highly recommend, and cannot see any reason why I would not make efforts to continue returning!

When I called him about it, he hemmed and hawed like Ralph Kramden finding out his investment in the uranium mine in Asbury Park was a scam. Yes, I dated myself. It was a fine cookie, even though I ordered 3. Still, one was enough and Door Dash refunded my money. I'd like to say that the delivery experience was enough to turn me off, but brass tacks here - truth is, these cookies seem like a great adventure, but once you've gone there, the novelty wears a bit thin. It's a sexy cover with an average plot. I'll try them again and perhaps give them a better star should an actual visit to their shop render good results. Best, A.

I can come here for lunch for less than $7 and get either a salad or a sandwich along with my choice of a side and a drink. The atmosphere is right up my alley. The seating area is small but brightly-lit and clean with cheery colors. They've also added a small outdoor seating area as well. As for customer service, I have only seen one person in this venue and I believe she is the owner. She quickly remembers your preferences. For instance, during my first visit I ordered a sandwich on rye bread. This visit I ordered a different sandwich but forgot to tell her what type of bread to put it on. When she walked my order to my table she had remembered to put it on rye bread, which made me feel so special. So now you see why I would love to keep this treasure all to myself

Finding this place was like going on a scavenger hunt. All you see is an UPS industrial area. You'd never find it unless you call them. Drive into the UPS parking lot, go over the speed bumps, and you will end up at a white building where they will come out and take your payment for the cupcakes. You can call them to order over the phone or go online. Their online portal didn't work for me though. Anyway, we ordered 2 pink chocolates & 1 lemon. The chocolate cake left a weird taste in my mouth, but my son loved the lemon. The chocolate cake was a bit dry too. I did like their cute little touch on the packaging with the ribbon around the plastic bag & the thank you sticker. The customer service needs a little work because the lady taking the order and the payment wasn't very friendly. We went around 3:30 pm, so maybe she was ready to get off work. Who knows? I think I will go back if I don't feel like driving far for a cupcake. Otherwise, I'm going to the real Smallcakes.

I took one bite of a German chocolate bar and knew right away something was up. Absolutely no taste and was very hard. Then I took a bite of my daughter's German chocolate cake slice. What? Come on now. I just watched my daughter spend $30+ for three slices of cake and a GC bar. That's ridiculous and I'm not sure what this place is trying to pull off but not everything is made there. However, on the slightest chance I'm wrong (I'm not) then their recipes are tasteless. No wait, tastes just like cardboard. Sound rude, do I? Nope, I just don't care for a business to try being something it is not! Opening a box with a cake in it or storing frozen cakes until time to serve is not making everything you sell in your store. I'm German and I'm very upset!
