Finally checked out West Hill Deli! Absolutely loved their food and ambiance…read more For food, we got the adobo pork belly (comes with macaroni salad, rice, and vegetables on the side) and the pandan fried chicken (comes with rice and veggies on the side). Pandan was super crispy and rice was soft, not mushy. Adobo was rich in garlic and in smoky and sweet flavor. Love they kept the fat on some adobo pieces. Each dish was just enough for us to finish for breakfast. For drinks, we ordered the calamansi juice and calamansi iced tea. Both taste great. Side notes: You order up front, bring your table number, and sit wherever you like. They will bring you your food. Once youre done, please put your food away in the back, which is located on the left hand side of the deli if youre facing the deli at the entryway. It was busy on a Sunday around noon. A few were available but was filled quickly after about half an hour of us arriving. People tend to spend time here. About an hour if youre just there to have a quick meal, but families were gathering and spending time with no rush which i loved. No waitress or waiter to check on you, just only to bring you your food which took a reasonable 2 minutes for drinks and about 10 - 15 for food. Overall, we definitely recommend!

Everything we ordered here was so satisfying, but the pork sisig with rice was the standout for me…read moresuper flavorful, perfectly savory, and just hits all the right notes. I also tried the garlic fried rice with longanisa and eggs, which was really good too. The longanisa had that nice sweet-savory balance, and the garlic rice was fragrant and comforting, though I'd still pick the sisig if I had to choose between the two. The ube pancakes were delicious soft, slightly sweet, and definitely a fun treat. Fair warning though, they will leave your teeth a little purple for a bit but honestly worth it. I also got the ube coffee and... YUM. Such a good combo with the pancakes. Overall, everything was solid and full of flavor. I'd definitely come back, especially for that pork sisig. Tita is definitely cooking in the back you can taste it.

My brother requested to celebrate his and his wife's birthday at this location, and I was cautious…read moredue to all the negative reviews I read on Yelp. I will say I am glad we celebrated their birthday here. The person on the phone that took my reservation for a party of 8 made the process seamless, and met his promise of having balloons and decorations, and two high chairs for my sons ready when we arrived. We all showed up at our reserved time and was greeted by a smiling hostess and it was a brief (less than 5 minutes) wait before we got seated. We were then waited on by Sherri, who was very attentive and provided us an excellent customer experience by ensuring our table had enough bread and beverage at all times, as well as ensuring the food we ordered met our expectations. Servers like Sherri is one of the main reasons why Black Angus has loyal customers! Now the most important part, the food was excellent. My brother and I are huge steak fans and frequently go to Seattle Metropolitan Grill, Melrose, and Asaderos, and we were both blown away by the ribeye and porterhouse we ordered. It was moist, tasty, and pricing was awesome. The rest of our party share the same sentiment for their steaks (my mom also loved her lobster tails) and we all plan to come back for Father's Day. I also highly recommend ordering the Brussels sprouts appetizer, yum! Ambiance was nice and the place was very clean. Shout out to the tall manager for also ensuring our satisfaction, and a big thank you to Sherri for all your hard work and making our birthday celebration memorable!

Walked in and noticed the sunken bar and dark lighting and that just hit the spot…read more Service was great, bartenders drinks were on point as well as food recommendation. The star of this place is the great HH menu, special was perfect amount of food. Sides were amazing. Make sure you download the app, you can get dollars off and build points and it's easy to use. First time ever at a black angus steakhouse and I was pleasantly surprised and will be back.
