I literally fell in love at first sip…read more A friend had been anxious to get me to visit Lenox with her and when she sent me the notification that Bonhomie was doing a pop up there, it was an immediate hell yeah from me. When I arrived at Lenox, you simply walked up and ordered your coffee before being sat at a table. There were visible menus for the coffee options and it was easy to order. I went with the Haitian Mocha Latte and it absolutely was everything I want my coffee to be. The first sip was smooth and bold at the same time: deep, slightly earthy Haitian coffee layered with a mellow chocolate note that didn't overpower, just quietly lingered. The brown sugar softened everything, adding this warm, almost caramel-like sweetness that wrapped around the espresso instead of sitting on top of it. I don't typically get iced coffees often because I don't want my coffee watered down, but even the ice didn't stand a chance of messing up this golden cup of delight. The latte remained silky throughout the entire drinking experience. It tasted like a slow moment in the middle of a busy day--cool, comforting, and just a little bit luxurious. The barista gave a great rec for which tea drinks each syrup was best in, which was very helpful to me. The drinks came out quick and honestly, if I hadn't had to go to work, I would have sat down for a few minutes to enjoy the gatsby coffee shop vibes. I'll def be back!

I've been attending the last few years, but I only go on the first night, and I know on that night, they offer a few beer options for around $5 so that you can "sip and shop" as you stroll through the aisles. Sometimes it's crowded, especially since the space isn't huge. However, it's a happy atmosphere, you get to support small local businesses, and the prices can't be beat. I always leave with at least one or two items. Because it's so centrally located, it's great to explore the rest of downtown Ballard afterwards!

The store has a crisp and clean feel to it and has all the selection as their other stores. Brands like Labubu, Skullpanda, Dimoo, Hirono, Pucky, Peach Riot, Molly and more! The staff here seemed extra upbeat and engaging, so that was refreshing! I have a couple collectors in my family so I am excited to have a store close by!

This store has a weird way of treating customers. My friend is a former employee and loves popmart…read morebut every time she goes in management immediately approaches whomever she is talking to and tells them to stop talking to them. She been told she's a distraction but she knows what they have to do and interact with other customers and she goes out of her way to make sure she doesn't stop them from doing that when she is there. It seems more personal than it is to really help the store. She's been called disrespectful when she stopped by for only a moment to talk to someone and was not even in the store. Threats have been made as far as reprimanding employees just for talking to her so she does not come in. I won't be spending my money at a location that would treat someone so poorly.
