When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the smell, and it didn't smell like a pie shop at all. It actually smelled more like Indian food. I love Indian food, so that's not the issue, it just wasn't what I expected from a bakery that specializes in pies. I was looking through the options and asked the employee what their most popular pie was, pretty normal question, I think. But the response I got felt rude and kind of condescending. I was told, "Everybody has their favorite, all items are popular," in a tone that just made me feel like I shouldn't have asked. I'm all for supporting local spots, but customer service really matters. That interaction alone made me feel unwelcome, that will be my last time going there.

We ordered a slice of apple and the butterfinger one. The worker was not friendly... not rude but just didn't look happy and didn't really greet us. He also grabbed the pies from the fridge with his bare hands and placed his thumb on the pie and never cracked a smile. Anyways we got our pies and left. I warmed up the apple for me , and the apple was alright, it was super tart. The butterfinger one was really good! Not sure if I would go out of my way to come back.

I looked at a couple reviews I went inside and I asked them what kind of cakes they had and how much it would be (so CHEAP lol they should charge more ;) and I just thought on the spot that it would be a good deal and I was hoping it would be a yummy cake. And yes...yes it was delicious! Also, I just have to say it was so easy and the guy was really friendly. I ordered the cake on maybe Wednesday? and I needed it the following Saturday morning and they said yes... I told them I wanted the white cake with fresh...and I'm serious FRESH strawberry filling and it was amazing!!! I got the largest sheet cake that they had and that filling was so good and everybody loved it so much. I asked them to put a picture of my mom and they did and it came out spectacular; I really could not have asked for a better cake for that price. Even though there was two full tables full of desserts at the party, once I started to cut that cake it was gone in seconds. Everybody loved it! Somebody mentioned that they loved how it wasn't too sweet, but just a perfect amount of sweetness and that the fresh strawberry filling really made it an amazing taste. I'm so glad that I just randomly drove by and popped in because now I will always get my cakes here I hope they stay in business for a very long time :).
