Every time I walk in, I feel like I'm on an episode of "Survivor: Fish Edition," where I'm ignored by everyone and left to fend for myself. When I finally muster the courage to ask for help, I find just one worker in the entire store. Guess what? They're the cashier, too! Apparently, customer service here is a mythical creature, like a unicorn--everyone talks about it, but no one has seen it. I recently went in to snag some new saltwater fish, but after half an hour of waving my arms and making fish faces to get someone's attention, I was about ready to start a campfire and roast marshmallows while I waited. And don't get me started on the tanks. They looked like a scene from a horror movie--each one had at least one poor, lifeless fish floating around like it was on vacation and forgot to check out. If anywhere else in town sold saltwater fish, I'd swim over there in a heartbeat. Honestly, I dread walking in every time. If fish could roll their eyes, I'm pretty sure they would.

Multiple per enclosure, incorrect set up (the veiled chameleons were in a make shift enclosure out of an old lamp?), no water systems and they all looked sick. On top of that they had multiple enclosures that were on the floor all over the store containing reptiles. Please support ethical pet stores, i try to avoid chain stores because they are not so it was very disappointing to see this as well.

Petco sold me a fish they injured trying to catch. We didn't know it was injured at the time. I have vital care so I got a 20% off deal and used our 5 dollar monthly allowance that you get for being a vital care member. but the fish died within 5 mins and we had to turn around and drive back. So we started the exchange process which is supposed to be free. But the vital care messed up the exchange process which made it so the fish exchange was no longer free but 2 dollars extra. so we canceled the exchange and we will cancel our vital membership. Do not get the vital membership it messes with everything regarding fish issues. I will be shopping at petsmart because they honor their exchange policy.

Benefits of adopting from the Puppy Store is he was being socialized everyday with people of all ages, socialized with other dogs, he was used to taking a bath (no anxiety), crate trained, and used to being around noises/a lot of activity. I also bring her in to get her nails trimmed every two weeks. They do have small fees plus a clinic visiting fee of $5 which is nothing at all considering the fact there already fairly low.
