Ordered the southwestern chicken salad with crispy chicken. The chicken is really fresh and crispy. Also it is not oily like most fried chicken places. The sauce it comes with is very tasty as well. The chicken tenders here are amazing!! Paired with the house sauce, either spicy or mild, they taste even better. This is a perfect go to meal for the mall if you don't want anything too complicated. The fries are also really crispy, but because the meals available at Chicken Now are largely based on tenders and fries, they're easily one of the more saltier eats you'll have. I really like Chicken Now despite how expensive it is for just fried chicken. The chicken is very tender and juicy and I love love love the regular and spicy sauce. Eaten from here several times and they are generally good with the quality of the chicken. Only sometimes, it is a bit soggy and not crispy at all. The first time (a few years ago) I tried it, it was delicious, I was automatically addicted! The chicken is perfect, the sauce is flawless, both the mild & spicy are great. IMO, the only downside of the chicken is the saltiness, after about three pieces, I gotta chug down a bunch of water. I always get the kid's chicken tender meal. It comes with two chicken tenders and a box full of fries. In the last couple of years, the price of the box has raised but the box has gotten a little smaller. The fries can get super greasy, but those are the best ones! The chicken strips at this place aren't half bad. For $9 you get 4 huge strips, fries, toast, and a drink. However, the fries were mediocre and over fried. I didn't feel too good after finishing the whole thing by myself so it'd be wise to share. I probably wouldn't eat here again because there's way better choices in the food court. My daughter and I went to the mall to go shopping and had lunch at chicken now. I have been there before and love the chicken strips meal, she ordered the ranch blt wrap. Of course the strips were perfect, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and freshly made because they were super hot. Her wrap looked more like a huge burrito, she said it was ok but started to eat my strips with me. We'll be back but next time I think she'll be getting the strips. LOL read more

LOVVVVEEEE THIS PLACE enough that I come to the mall just to order some chicken, eat, and go back home without shopping. They make everything fresh so when your order is ready, your chicken and fries are pipping hot and crispy like nobody's business. Plus their mild ranch is heavenly and I've never tasted ranch like that anywhere else.. it's like not any regular ranch. I can't eat that much so I get the kids meal but I have never finished it. From the 1st time I tried a free sample with the "grandma(?!)" sauce I was a fan. The grilled chicken is healthier but the crispy one tastes better. Absurdly good. I've been meaning to try it for a while and it was stupidly awesome. I ordered the nuggets, and they gave me 20 pieces of giant white breast meat that took three bites to finish. I couldn't finish half my good, I was too full. On top of that, the people working there were really cool. Very nice people and they were all smiles. My girlfriend ordered a chicken wrap that turned out to be bigger than her forearm. Jesus it was big. And oh yeah! Try their buffalo wings! I haven't had them, but I can tell you they're excellent for two reasons: 1) I had buffalo sauce with my nuggets and the sauce was excellent. Perfect buffalo sauce that hits your mouth as very spicy but doesn't hang on too long and destroy your mouth. 2) The quality of their chicken is excellent, it's fresh, and and they make it as you order it and give you large portions. If these two things combine, you're going to have excellent wings. Seriously, eat at this place. I hate it when good food court spots vanish because no one was eating there. Whenever we're at the Santa Anita Mall, we make it a point to grab som grub at Chicken Now. The last time we were there we tried their own chicken nuggets. I had to ask them if they use the smae chicken for their nuggets. You know nuggets give you a different view from some fastfood places. Chicken Now is one of those places that you eat in moderation or the chicken becomes less tasty to me in my experiences. No matter what I order there I am completely satisfied, from their tenders and fries to their salads, its a tasty alternative to all the bland choices around it. It's a definite thumbs up for me. Had very high hopes for this place after eating at the one in the Las Vegas Venetian. After I ordered, I was very disappointed to find the chefs eating in the kitchen while preparing the food. After I told the lady at the counter she told me it was okay because a different person would be making my food. Multiple chefs we're eating. This is basic food prep 101, you don't eat while prepping customer's food! It's too bad to that these employees are tarnishing a good brand. They need retraining for sure. read more

Extremely disappointed. I never write reviews so you could see how bad it was. I love eating here and love the food. I come here often. What I love best about their food is how it is always hot and the chicken is golden and crispy. But today, my food came out 2-4 min after I ordered, it wasn't even that hot (how I always get it), and the chicken looked horrible (As if they threw the chicken in for a couple of seconds and took it out).
