Fresh and REAL food. Its flavorful without being too much pepper or salt. Most people like tooooo much salt or things spicey and peppery and that is just not proper food. Little seasoning with good flavor is the right way to make food for general people. That way people can add what more they want. Iv had food at soul places and other chicken spots that you just cant eat it. Its too salty or too spicey That kinda flavoring is for your personal home not everyone. This place is perfect for seasoning and I enjoyed not choking on too much pepper. Everything is fresh. Soup was good and mashed potatoes are great! I think they really need to do more advertising. It's fast food because everything is cooked and siting in food warmers and the staff serves you what you pick. Decent, but not anything spectacular. I had roti chicken and steamed veggies. I ordered a deluxed chop chop($6.79), that comes with lettuce and tomato + yellow rice - chicken is mandatory of course. The chicken I got was too dry (didn't really like dry food),so overall the food is very dry without condiments. I think the reason why they are dry is because they may want to promote healthier eating habits. I agree, condiments do give more hidden calories than anything else. You never know how much condiments you had. Lucky for me, they have different types of condiments ready for you to pick out by the soda station. They recommended spicy cilantro and curry 'n' mustard. I really enjoy spicy cilantro despite that I hate cilantro so very much... Curry n mustard condiments tasted weird, BBQ sauce they provide isn't good.. sweet and sour is ok, they have balsamic vinagrette as well as ranch.I hope I am not missing anything. My boyfriend got a half breast chicken, and he can only eat it with sweet and sour sauce because it was kinda bland/ dull. Anyhoo, my friend got a oriental chicken chop, you get to choose spicy/ non spicy. It is pretty spicy if you ever do choose spicy.. I would have chosen this one over the deluxe if I know it was marinated with sweet tangy sauce (they call it). Like I mentioned, I enjoy sauce more than I should have... Oriental chicken comes with everything (anything veggies you want) from the salad bar, they will ask what sides do you want. I came here because my colleague totally loves it here. It was similar to what I would expect from 3 minutes at Chipotle but this time I didn't taste any heavy garnishing of the chicken.
