chick tenders always very good, has anyone tried the fish? i dont know if this point is significant but have you noticed all the one and two star reviewers say they are from far away states. those giving 4 and 5 stars are local. it suggests that perhaps that these far away reviews are generated by artificial intelligence and those creators dont even bother to tie their poor review to a local community. there are companies that aggressively post negative reviews on competitor sites. moral of story--pay much more attention to local posts. this is true for all reviews you read, not just ce,, read more

Couldn't get a simple order correct... I paid for sauces and didn't get them. The guy taking drive through orders didn't seem to care when taking my order. This has happened mere then once read more

We realized our order was missing an item and only had half of another item after we got home. Kids were hungry so we let them start eating and went back to get credit for missing items. Since we took it all the way home and let kids eat, they would not give a refund for missing items. Will not go back. AVOID THIS LOCATION! You'd be better off going to KFC or Popeyes. read more

My order was given to the wrong vehicle. The worker went back outside and got it from those people and proceeded to give it to me which is a health code violation. The manager doesn't care and even the franchise owner who is Brad, and can be reached or left a voicemail at 940-452-2561, doesn't care about their violation of health code regulations. read more

We stopped here after someone told me it was good. After looking at the menu, I figured it was just like Golden Chick, which I love. We ordered the chicken tender meal with no sides. I have to say that I think it tasted better than GC. The tenders and the gravy were much better. The rolls were just meh for me. GC's are way better. But since the main part of the meal is chicken, this wins hands down and we will be happy to continue to get dinner here occasionally. I'm happy there's a replacement since there are no GC's here. read more

Who ever said this place was good must be an employee. first off I ordered a 20 piece chicken strip meal which is also number 20 on the menu. not sure how you can get number one 4 piece meal confused but I understand, miscommunication.I explained I wanted the 20 piece chicken strips two mash potatoes and one 32oz tea. The young worker that retook the order was very nice, after she returned with the correct total of $54 dollars I told her I would like to take the extra mash potatoes off. ( I'm not paying $54 for 20 chicken stripes and two sides of mash potatoes.) She looked at me and said " please don't, my manger is already mad because you changed your order" excuse me? I added 16 pieces of chicken to my order. ( what manager gets upset over an up sale?) after getting the GTH look from the manager a few times we get our order. $43, so I saved $9 taking the extra side off. (yes I realized the double charged me on the extra side order) when we got home I started making my sons plate. scoped out the mash potatoes which was brown with black hairs mixed all in it. I threw it away and we all had sandwiches. I don't recommend eating here unless you want to get overcharged and mash potatoes that comes from the trash. read more

This place is terrible! Dont typically eat out, wanted to get some chicken so I didnt mess up the kitchen cooking, just wanted a simple meal. Got the 16 piece family chicken meal with the 3 sides and ordered an extra side of cheesesticks and then 3 biscuits and 3 rolls. First off, there was no biscuits and rolls or gravy in our order. We live to far out to just drive back into town to pick up what they forgot, and didnt want to eat cold chicken. Second of all the chicken was an absolute joke. The only edible pieces of chicken that were in the whole order were two breast and two thigh pieces. The drumsticks I swear came off a baby chicken and the wings had zero meat on them. On top of it there was so much breading on the chicken it was disgusting. Thrid, the mashed potatoes that we got you could have stuck a building together with that stuff it was so thick. The okra we got with the order also has a ton of salt on it to the point it makes your mouth hurt. Absoultley disgusted with this place and will not be going back. Only leaving a review to help out someone else so they dont waste $34.77 on a meal that was terrible like we did. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Went through the drive thru thought I would try the fish filet what a huge mistake ordering fish from a chicken restaurant it came out immediately which was a red flag meaning it wasn't fresh it was cold and rubber Un edible. I went inside and waited in a long line I explained about the fish she asked me what I wanted I said could I just get the same in chicken she was extremely rude and gave me three pieces of cold chicken and a biscuit and coleslaw never going back again read more

Disgusting....the most salty chicken ever. And don't even try their sweet tea, unless you want to go into diabetic comma and this is if you haven't already gone into cardiac arrest from all the salt!
