10 piece chicken. Half lemon pepper dry & half mild with fries with added seasoning.

My husband and I randomly went here and I would def recommend it. There's not much seating but We took our food to go. It feels like a hole in the wall type place, somewhere people wouldn't think to get great quality chicken (at least this is what I thought as I passed it the first couple of times). It's so casual. It's always pretty busy when we're there but we never wait too long. The service was pretty good. Their wings, fries, tea and lemonade are so good! I'm terrible - I can't recall what my husband got but we've been there three times & each time both of us enjoyed our food.

One question, when was the last time you cleaned your fryer grease? I ordered the 5 piece tenders and they had burnt crumbs from all of the other things that's been fried for days. First and last time visiting a chicken exit. I had never seen one before and wanted to check it out and it left a bag burnt taste in my mouth.

I am surprised I haven't done a review on this place but this spot is my go to chicken spot over all the wing places in Clarksville. It is a hole in the wall spot and the first time a chicken joint served fried rice. I always order chicken and butterfly shrimp but this time i gave the fried rice a shot. This place can get busy so i would call ahead and everytime it's a max of no more than 15 min wait. I never got my food more than 15 min. The chicken fried rice.... I can see why it's ordered a lot. IT IS GOOD!!! I will order it from here on out. It taste better than 99% of the Asian restaurants here. The honey garlic wings are my favorite. It is my go to wings. The chicken tenders are super juicy. I added the honey garlic flavor and it was . The lemon pepper wet was okay. I wasn't a fan of it but it was flavorful. The fries, they don't salt them but however, they have fries seasoning when you pick up your food so you can season them as much as you want. Highly recommended. The peach juice is good too. This is the spot of all spots.

I'm usually pleased with the food from Chicken Exit. I bought fish and salad from here for the first time in a long time. I've never really cared for the chicken but the fish was always amazing! Now I won't be back for fish!!! I almost had to use a spoon to pick it up. The breading was falling off and the fish crumbled between my fingers, almost as if it was thawed in hot water. It was horrible!!!!! I'll go get Arby's as my husband suggested next time.

To the Management of Wingstop at 100 Quinn Lane,…read more I am writing as a deeply concerned and disappointed mother regarding the treatment my 19-year-old son experienced while working at your location. For far too long, I stayed quiet while watching my son endure repeated disrespect, harassment, and mistreatment from both employees and management. That silence ends today. My son worked hard for this company and genuinely cared about his job. As a manager-in-training for over a year, he consistently showed dedication, responsibility, and loyalty. He believed he had a future at Wingstop. Instead, he faced ongoing verbal abuse, hostility, and harassment from coworkers, including degrading and homophobic slurs. No employee--especially a young person trying to build a future--should ever be treated this way. What is most disturbing is that management was aware. My son repeatedly brought concerns to KY, yet little to nothing was done. There appeared to be favoritism, poor leadership, and a serious lack of accountability. Rather than being supported, he was often left managing employees who refused to work, refused to stay for his shifts, and openly challenged his authority. There were nights employees told him they were leaving and that he could handle everything himself. Instead of management stepping in, my son was left carrying responsibilities far beyond what should have been expected of him, often staying from 5:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m., despite the store closing at 12:30 a.m. Anita from first shift also repeatedly posted pictures of small issues specifically to get my son in trouble. When he brought this to KY's attention, he was dismissed and told, "Don't worry about her, she's annoying." That response alone reflects the lack of professionalism and leadership at this store. He repeatedly asked for hands-on training to improve in his role. The response from KY was consistently, "I'll get to it." That training never properly happened. On June 12, 2026, Daniel instructed that multiple items be pulled out and deep cleaned in preparation for new managers coming in--something my son was never informed about until after his termination. Once again, he was relied upon to stay late and work hard to help make the store look its best. He was there by himself till 3 am Yet on June 13, 2026, he was handed termination papers by KY stating he "needed more training." That reasoning is insulting and unacceptable. How can someone be terminated for lacking training when he spent over a year actively asking for that exact training and was repeatedly ignored? The failure here was not my son's. The failure was management. Leadership requires communication, fairness, accountability, and consistency. From everything I witnessed and was told, those qualities have been severely lacking at this location. KY also needs to understand that allowing employees--and participating herself--in stepping out every 10 minutes to smoke illegal substances while customers wait inside complaining about long food delays is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My son may only be 19, but his work ethic, maturity, and character surpass many adults. Despite being mentally and emotionally worn down by this environment, he still showed up, worked hard, and carried himself with dignity. I am proud of the man he is. People deserve to know what kind of work environment exists at this location. A business cannot thrive when employees harass one another, ignore responsibilities, disrespect leadership, and leave customers waiting while management fails to address serious concerns. I strongly encourage leadership to take a serious look at what is happening inside this store, especially at the management level. My son will go far in life. I have no doubt about that. I only wish your management team had recognized his value before losing him. I sincerely hope meaningful changes are made for future employees and for the health of your business. Respectfully, A very disappointed and protective mother

The place has a casual, welcoming vibe -- clean, well‐lit, with a layout that works for both dine‐in and takeout. What I liked: 1. The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful without being overly greasy. We got the Golden Original and Soy Garlic. The Golden Original has a kick to it but nice flavor. The Soy Garlic was a bit garlicky you can taste the powdered garlic. Nice balance of sweet, savory and salty. 2. The sides were fresh and well‐seasoned -- the pickled radish had a nice balance of tang and sweetness. 3. Staff were friendly and he was on his phone most of the time wasn't attentive at all. What could improve- the staff at the counter. There was a guy waiting on his food his food came out and was ready but the staff just stood there on his phone and didn't check. Good thing the guy was cool and didn't complain. Final thoughts If you're in the area and craving good fried chicken with a laid‐back feel, this is a solid pick. It may not be perfect, but it delivers. I'd go back -- and next time I'll try one of the spicier options.

Stopping here for supper, first there were the dark bathrooms that wouldn't light. Along with that electrical issue, an ear-splitting and head jarring smoke or other alarm went off every few minutes for about 15 minutes. Order taking was interrupted often when the counter employee shifted to incoming phone calls. That employee didn't know pulled chicken portion sizes in ounces and approximated with his hands. All of this created a dubious dining experience before we even finished ordering! This spot offers a variety of chicken recipes: roasted, BBQ, Caribbean, pulled, fried, and more. Sides includes Southern standards like mac and cheese, yellow rice, greens, coleslaw, and others. The pulled (shredded) chicken was overly seasoned with black pepper. Roasted chicken was a bit dry. The BBQ chicken laden with sweet sauce was the best of the chicken choices. Creamy coleslaw was 'meh' and lacked flavor. Rice, too, was just okay. Northern beans were nicely seasoned and well cooked. Pita triangles seemed an odd accompaniment since no sauce or dip was provided and they were too small to make sandwiches. Overall, the restaurant seemed understaffed, which could account for the messy tables and dirty floor.

Fat Shack Review - 8/10…read more I stopped by Fat Shack and here's how it went: Wings: I asked for them double-cooked and they came out perfectly crispy--not to mention, a really good size! Definitely not those skimpy wings you sometimes get. I tried a buffalo sauce I wasn't familiar with, but it wasn't bad at all. Solid 9/10. Fries: Also double-cooked, which gave them a great crunch. I love salty fries, but this batch was a little too salty--though nothing a quick napkin wipe couldn't fix. Still tasty. 8.5/10. Fried Oreos: They were warm and sweet, but tasted just a bit undercooked for my liking. If you like your fried treats a little gooey inside, you might love them! For me, it was a 6/10. Overall: Fat Shack is very convenient, 8/10 from me!

Yep. Monster burgers? Absolutely. Fried everything? You bet. The menu is honestly fantastic. Unfortunately, the execution felt like everyone sampled the product before clocking in. Walked in on a Sunday at lunchtime and the place was emptier than my fridge after a teenage sleepover. Ordered immediately and wandered over to the soda machine. No ice. That's a bold strategy for a restaurant whose entire vibe is "we know you're thirsty." Then the wait began. They said 10 to 15 minutes. They delivered on that promise with the dedication of NASA launching a rover to Mars. Fifteen minutes in an empty restaurant is impressive. Even the DoorDash drivers had that look of, "Bro... I could've grown the potatoes by now." Food finally landed. The burger was actually pretty decent. Fried pickles were solid. The breaded fries wanted to be great, but some were cold and the fryer oil tasted like it had seen every presidential administration this decade. The staff wasn't rude. They also weren't awake enough to be considered enthusiastic. The whole restaurant had the energy of a group project where everyone assumed someone else was doing the work. That's really the story here. Death by a thousand little details. No ice. Slow food. Cold fries. Worn-out fryer oil. Dark dining room. Zero hospitality. Nobody seemed to notice, and that was the biggest disappointment of all. Fat Shack absolutely understands stoner food. What it doesn't understand is that eventually the munchies wear off... and people start noticing the service. I'd probably order it again... through DoorDash... and hope they remember the ice.
