To the Management of Wingstop at 100 Quinn Lane, I am writing as a deeply concerned and disappointed mother regarding the treatment my 19-year-old son experienced while working at your location. For far too long, I stayed quiet while watching my son endure repeated disrespect, harassment, and mistreatment from both employees and management. That silence ends today. My son worked hard for this company and genuinely cared about his job. As a manager-in-training for over a year, he consistently showed dedication, responsibility, and loyalty. He believed he had a future at Wingstop. Instead, he faced ongoing verbal abuse, hostility, and harassment from coworkers, including degrading and homophobic slurs. No employee--especially a young person trying to build a future--should ever be treated this way. What is most disturbing is that management was aware. My son repeatedly brought concerns to KY, yet little to nothing was done. There appeared to be favoritism, poor leadership, and a serious lack of accountability. Rather than being supported, he was often left managing employees who refused to work, refused to stay for his shifts, and openly challenged his authority. There were nights employees told him they were leaving and that he could handle everything himself. Instead of management stepping in, my son was left carrying responsibilities far beyond what should have been expected of him, often staying from 5:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m., despite the store closing at 12:30 a.m. Anita from first shift also repeatedly posted pictures of small issues specifically to get my son in trouble. When he brought this to KY's attention, he was dismissed and told, "Don't worry about her, she's annoying." That response alone reflects the lack of professionalism and leadership at this store. He repeatedly asked for hands-on training to improve in his role. The response from KY was consistently, "I'll get to it." That training never properly happened. On June 12, 2026, Daniel instructed that multiple items be pulled out and deep cleaned in preparation for new managers coming in--something my son was never informed about until after his termination. Once again, he was relied upon to stay late and work hard to help make the store look its best. He was there by himself till 3 am Yet on June 13, 2026, he was handed termination papers by KY stating he "needed more training." That reasoning is insulting and unacceptable. How can someone be terminated for lacking training when he spent over a year actively asking for that exact training and was repeatedly ignored? The failure here was not my son's. The failure was management. Leadership requires communication, fairness, accountability, and consistency. From everything I witnessed and was told, those qualities have been severely lacking at this location. KY also needs to understand that allowing employees--and participating herself--in stepping out every 10 minutes to smoke illegal substances while customers wait inside complaining about long food delays is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My son may only be 19, but his work ethic, maturity, and character surpass many adults. Despite being mentally and emotionally worn down by this environment, he still showed up, worked hard, and carried himself with dignity. I am proud of the man he is. People deserve to know what kind of work environment exists at this location. A business cannot thrive when employees harass one another, ignore responsibilities, disrespect leadership, and leave customers waiting while management fails to address serious concerns. I strongly encourage leadership to take a serious look at what is happening inside this store, especially at the management level. My son will go far in life. I have no doubt about that. I only wish your management team had recognized his value before losing him. I sincerely hope meaningful changes are made for future employees and for the health of your business. I came into this Wingstop yesterday, and it was pandemonium. There were like eight people in the kitchen, and no one knew what was going on. The girl at the counter took so long to take my order, I just stepped back and ordered it on doordash. This has been the worst Wingstop since I've moved to Clarksville almost 2 years ago. The only reason I give the service of 2-star, is because today the manager KY. This is the first time I've actually come in, ordered my food, and got exactly what I wanted. I would not recommend this place. It's too greasy and messy. I'd maybe suggest getting plain wings? I ordered two different types and both were too greasy. It gave me a massive stomachache. I have a really really bad concern. I'm new to Clarksville and I really like Wingstop or I did. I stop in at the Quinn Ln., Wingstop and as soon as I go in, I am rushed with employees, screaming, and yelling at another employee. It looked like they were ganging up on him and this poor guy did nothing wrong at all. He was actually doing a very good job now I'm a manager, and we are very big on respect not only to the customers but to your fellow employees, you should never walk into an establishment and automatically be rushed with employees yelling and screaming at other employees it's unethical it's disgusting and how would you feel if it was being done to you that employee I believe his name is Braylen is what I heard one of the employees say he should get a raise. Food is good--IF you get it. I hate coming home only to discover missing items. My first order was perfect, good food, all there. The past 4 orders have always had something missing. I even had a 50 piece wing order delivered with zero wings. I can't fault the delivery driver because Wingstop assured the driver the order was complete when they handed him the bag. The driver even asked are you sure it's all here and the Wingstop person said yes. Nope, Wingstop forgot ALL 50 wings. How do you forget the wings in a 50-wing order?! In order to get my missing items I have to make a second trip back to the store. Service: Face-to-face is okay; over the phone is not. Fellow Yelpers, You are ever so wise and ever so helpful....I am so sorry i didn't listen to you. The good: delivery thru doordash was very quick and the carrots and celery were good. The not good: Everything else. For a place that puts "wing" in their name, i expected to be wowed. But the wings were not very good. The lemon pepper wings were wet, not rubbery really but very...chewy for lack of a better word and man was it greasy! My other order, Korean wings, was a little better; Still greasy but not as bad as the first order and the chicken wasn't so....chewy.... The driver said it was busy so maybe they were rushed or understaffed yesterday but it seems from the past reviews I mistakenly ignored, there's an ongoing issue here with flavor and consistency. So the food was good. No complains about that. But the service was horrible and the cashier was so unprofessional. Her name was Myla I believe... she had headphones in WHILE on the register. I was staying there WAITING for 15 minutes until she acknowledged me. She was on the phone with a customer for the first 5 minutes. She got off, saw me and walked away, not even telling me she will be right with me. She then goes and takes ANOTHER call without acknowledging me. I walked into the restaurant and read over the menu. I then waited about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. When I was finally helped I was told that they were done serving people for the night and that the guy in front of me was the last one to be helped. We ordered online from here last night. We had an 8 pc bone in combo and a 10 pc bone in combo. It said 16-21 min. So I get there to pick it up and it was ready on time which was great but I walk in and all of the workers are goofing off and being loud behind the counter not paying attention at all they were more interested in some game on the TV. Incredibly rude. So I'm getting my drinks and there's no ice. So the drinks are super warm and flat which is disgusting. You're telling me they have no other ice machine in that entire building, or were they just to lazy to refill it? Not to mention the entire building reeks but specifically by the drink machine it smells like sour mop water. It's disgusting. Once I got home with our food we opened it up and the corn pieces we ordered were ice cold, the fries were soggy, and the wings were the smallest wings I've ever seen in my life... those chickens must've done a lot of flying. For the price we paid those wings were sorry. My husband had to eat my order and I went back out and got more food from somewhere else just so we could get full. What a disaster! I ordered two large meals and there was SO MUCH grease they were barely even edible. Not to mention the bag ruined my poor grandmother's pants. Not only was the bag so soaked through that it busted open, but when I pulled the box out of the bag, I literally leaned it over my sink, still closed, and oil spewed from it. How does that even happen??? Also, we ordered 3 different flavors total and all the wings were exactly the same. I'm guessing due to all the grease just drowning the flavors out? They were all dry rub flavors. Worst part, if you can believe it, was that the grease smelled fishy too, which means that it is old and needs to be replaced. Absolutely disgusting. I will never eat here again. Staff was also very rude, but as you can see that is the least of the problems. I could see employees inside, laughing and smiling. I was charged for this order. I called this business multiple times. The first time a employee gave a bunch of excuses and said the manager wasn't in and would leave my contact info. Imagine what happened? The manager never contacted me back. The wings I have tried were ok but felt over priced either because they were saugy and cold or lacking enough dry rub seasoning such as lemon pepper. The fries with cheese dip are really good when the fries are fresh which they were half the time. When you complain the management is not cooperative at all and honestly the hassle they will put you through is not worth it.
