This Wingstop location has failed me for the THIRD TIME. The first time I was told that per the manager they do not and are not allowed to do the flavor "hot lemon pepper" I found that very odd but just said ok. I then went to pick up my food and asked the employee at the register if they had hot lemon pepper flavor as an option and he said they did. Second time I ordered my food was dry, cold and did NOT look good at all. You would think I learned my lesson after the second time but I did not I tried it one more time I ordered through the app and called to confirm my order and asked them to put lemon pepper seasoning on my hot wings since the app does not allow me too he said that was fine and he would note it down. I then showed up to get my order 5min prior to pick up time I get the food head home just to see the disappointment in my family's face the food was burnt and was not what I ordered, we were missing half our food and what we did have was not what we ordered. I called the restaurant and was told I NEEDED to take the full order back to get a remake or a refund and on top of all that I was told it would be a 20-30min wait because they were really busy. So on top of them getting my order wrong I had to wait even longer to get the correct order I asked her for her name she said she was the manager and did not "feel comfortable giving me her name" or the general managers name. So I then drove to the restaurant with all of the food and asked for a refund after my refund was processed another employee came up to the "manager" with the remake order and asked if i still wanted it my response was "yes you already processed the refund can I still get it?" the "manager" then turned around and whispered to the employee and they both walked away without saying anything to me. I was a restaurant manager about 4-5 years ago and I get it gets busy but at least own up to your mistake and try to fix the issue instead of being rude about it. If I could give a ZERO, I would. This stores' service is the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Every time we order, they get it wrong. Missing items, wrong items, out of rolls, substitutions are wrong, they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. It's always a busy signal. The employees wear crocs for shoes and they sit in the cooking area on their phones instead of in a break area. It is so SHAMEFUL that their product is so delicious, yet they continue to SCREW UP THEIR SERVICE. I wish I had an alternative store that would deliver to my area because this store in Quinn lane is AWFUL. AWFUL. We have complained to corporate and got a 10 dollar gift card and STILL...this store KEEPS MESSING UP OUR ORDER. Go with Nuttin But Wings or Pizza Hut or papa John's instead. Finally, we volunteer that we'd like to order the 10-Pc. Classic. She mumbles something. "Excuse me?" we say. Mumble mumble, accompanied by annoyed expression. "You really need to speak more loudly," I say. "It's very noisy in here." Eye roll. Jaw clench. Husband says, "Let's just leave." I say, "Wait," and thinking maybe she's just been yelled at or something I say, "Are you having a bad day?" Then a second young lady nearby says belligerently, "Are YOU having a bay day?" My husband and I look at each other in disbelief and I say, "I'd like to see the manager." I AM the manager, says Miss Belligerent. "Unbelievable," I say. We ask that our order be cancelled and leave. Note: I haven't yet mentioned that Miss I-don't-want-to-be-here cashier asked for (mumbled for) and forgot our drink order three times. This, in addition to making her loathing of her job and her customers abundantly clear. But with a manager like her's, I can see where she gets "F--- customers" attitude. I came to this location despite the horrible reviews. Initially I was very disappointed at the appearance of the restaurant. The employees were dressed in whatever they wanted. They didn't look professional at all. Some wearing Nike slides, crocs, they just all looked like they walked in off of the street and said let's cook some chicken. My order was ready when i arrived however, it looked extremely undercooked. The cashier told me it was because it was cooked in fresh grease. I've been eating wing stop for years and I've never had that problem before. And to top it all off, i didn't see a single person using gloves. AT ALL!! So my family had two separate orders and the total came to over $60. One everything was cold from the fries to the rolls. Second my husband order cajun wings and he got atomic. Then they didnt give us the full order so we had to go back. My husband goes in and all these young teenagers just looking at him like why you here? No greetings no how may I help you, service was awful. Of all fast foodish wing places I loved wing stop and could have mainly first been because of Rick Ross. So before I didn't notice many things but became much more aware having asthma living in this Covid crisis. I've heard and seen all the conditions that people were doing to keep your food safe so I wasn't worried. Ordered before I ran out to do some errands and they said pickup in 20 mins, I was there in 25. I came with my mask on and many people didn't, no signs on the ground which is fine I know what 6 feet looks like so i can stand back. There was a wait and the orders were pileing up so i didn't think it would take long after i paid. Moved up to pay 1st thing i noticed no one working had gloves masks or even hair nets! I was really shocked and thought to ask for a refund as i waited for my food. 30 min after the 20 min they said it would be done and the 10 min i stood in line i had to ask how much longer my food would be after seeing numerous people come in and pick theres up. Finally i got it, just a 6 piece, and gave it away. I was already pissed because of the wait but the longer i watched them without any cover of no kind i just couldn't eat it. Understandably, this store was very busy it being a huge bowl weekend. However, I placed a pickup order and my wings weren't cooked to my specified liking and just weren't good overall. I called this store after getting home and asked if my order could be remade. Michael was on the other line and made every point to fix my order. When I arrived back to the store, he made sure my order was correctly prepared before I left and was such a gentleman about my matter. I apologized to him for being so particular about how I like my food prepared and he was so understanding and ready to help even in the midst of football-chicken wing pandemonium. So I've passed by this place many times and my wife was going to get a haircut next door so I was excited to finally try the place out. First ordering I noticed their was only two people making food but at the time I didn't notice anyone in line so I ordered my food a small wing combo half original hot and half Korean spicy with fries and a drink. Cashier looked at me funny after I paid and I asked can I get my drink? She gave me my cup and I went to the drink station to notice the bottom portion was held together by duct tape and no ice came out of the machine. Drink choices very limited. We sat down and waited what was mostly about 15-18 minutes then finally got the combo I asked for. Excited I immediately open it in the car and I find the fries to be very sad. Some overcooked and some undercooked. Ranch was good but then I went to start on my wings and I notice right away how the wings looked rubbery and old. After smelling the hot ones my stomach turned as I've had food poisoning before and instantly recognized the signs. I took one bite out of one Korean wing and decided to throw it all away. I eat at this Wingsteet location a few times a month as it is close to my job. The food is always prepared great and the staff is friendly and the store is clean. My only complaint is sometimes the music or TV audio is at a ridiculous loud level - like the staff is trying to hear it in the back. Overall great experiences. read more

Called my food in around 9:15/9:20pm. They told me it would be 20 minutes until my food was ready, cool. I go in at around 9:40 to check to see if it was ready, it wasn't. No big deal. I take a seat and continue waiting. I noticed two officers, who came in some time after I called in my order, had gotten their food. I then see those same two officers, walk out of the restaurant because they had finished their food. I was STILL sitting there waiting for my food. Then I see another gentlemen who had gotten there/ordered after me also get his food. At this point I'm like wtfff? So I go up to the counter and my food was ready the whole damn time. Mind you, I was sitting at a table RIGHT by the counter, they saw me sitting there the whole time & didn't even tell me my food was ready. Cashiers don't repeat your order so they get your order wrong and don't even give you a receipt. The ice machine is always out here and there are never any lids. Even on a slow day the wait is about thirty minutes. The wings were undercooked and under seasoned. They were soggy and had no crunch. My vote is right in the middle because that's exactly the service and quality you get here. Very hit or miss on quality. I eat here more than I normally would simply because they have a sauce that is actually spicy (atomic), and they are the closest to my house. If the person who is creating your order is trying to serve good wings, then you will get good wings. If he is more concerned with his cell phone, cutting up, or high school life, then your will probably get half sauced wings that seem like they have been sitting out for a bit and soggy fries, just as you have saw and read in the other reviews. This is a fast food chain restaurant and that's what you should expect from the food and service. read more
