If I could give a ZERO, I would. This stores' service is the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Every time we order, they get it wrong. Missing items, wrong items, out of rolls, substitutions are wrong, they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. It's always a busy signal. The employees wear crocs for shoes and they sit in the cooking area on their phones instead of in a break area. It is so SHAMEFUL that their product is so delicious, yet they continue to SCREW UP THEIR SERVICE. I wish I had an alternative store that would deliver to my area because this store in Quinn lane is AWFUL. AWFUL. We have complained to corporate and got a 10 dollar gift card and STILL...this store KEEPS MESSING UP OUR ORDER. Go with Nuttin But Wings or Pizza Hut or papa John's instead. This store is NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. read more

My first at this wing shop was very pleased with the service and the food the restaurant was clean the employees were polite I will be going back and will recommend my family and friends. Great job Yamarius! I can't post a photo because I ate all my wings before I did my review but they were delicious. Love this place! read more

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Order the group wing deal 15 for 2. Got home and there was a long hair on the fries and two hairs on the wings. I won't be back. Waste of $20 read more

This is the absolute best Wingstop in Clarksville out of all the locations. They are clean and cook your order as requested. They don't skimp on the wing sauce either. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Clarksville, Tennessee

I came to this location despite the horrible reviews. Initially I was very disappointed at the appearance of the restaurant. The employees were dressed in whatever they wanted. They didn't look professional at all. Some wearing Nike slides, crocs, they just all looked like they walked in off of the street and said let's cook some chicken. My order was ready when i arrived however, it looked extremely undercooked. The cashier told me it was because it was cooked in fresh grease. I've been eating wing stop for years and I've never had that problem before. And to top it all off, i didn't see a single person using gloves. AT ALL!! And one of the employees was even sitting down eating chicken near the fryers. It was just overall an unpleasant experience. As close as this location is, i will not be coming back. read more

We walked in an hour after we placed the order worried the food would be cold. Instead, it seemed they hadn't even started the order. No body came to the front when I entered. They just looked at me and then looked back at the floor in the back of the kitchen as they were blaring hip hop music and smoking vapes. One of them inhaled a large vape, and then Blew it all over the kitchen. Finally one person slowly shuffled to the counter while sucking on a Lolly pop. She looked at me and waited for me to say something. "Do you have an order for Kerianne" I said. She didn't reply just turned around immediately and walked to the back. Either way the entire experience was miserable and I waited for 30 minutes after I had already arrived an hour after the order was placed. This is unsatisfactory from a customer service stand point and the health and safety violations I just witnessed. Do not visit this disgusting establishment. read more

OMG my chicken was raw!! I hope I don't get sick. I will never go to another Wingstop because of this. Mostly sad not mad read more

Soooo I stopped by there lat night after failing attempting to order online walk up to the door locked...people inside with a sign that says will open at 5. Looked at my phone it's almost 6. Wave inside to get a cut off hand sign from female employee inside. Yes I understand businesses have issues but really a cut off hand sign? Rude af. My business went to nuttin but wings and OMg it was good af!! Way better than here sorry!!! Not sorry read more

Meh, place still have kids running the place. What I didn't like is how much sauce they splatter onto your wings. Just check out the pics . I only ate like 5 out of my 10. Not only that but it could of been in fryer a lil longer. Their fries are unique they are kinda sweat but I nearly murked them..... I would say this place is behind all the local wing spots in Clarksville, I mean they are better than wings you get at Pizza Hut but other than that just got to BWW or Nothin But Wings down the road read more

Every time I come here I'm upset about something and it makes me laugh cause I keep coming back to give them another chance cause they are the only close place with wings but they keep forgetting things to my order and getting it wrong. Some wings taste undercooked and workers will be on you phone while you wait at the register like I did today.... go to nuthin but wings. Just saying read more

Worst service I've ever received in my life. This location is full of unprofessional kids who just throw random orders together. This location has never got my order correct. Please save your time/ money and don't order from here. read more

August 10, 2023. Around noon. We approached the counter and waited for an acknowledgment of our presence from the girl at the register. Nothing. Finally, we volunteer that we'd like to order the 10-Pc. Classic. She mumbles something. "Excuse me?" we say. Mumble mumble, accompanied by annoyed expression. "You really need to speak more loudly," I say. "It's very noisy in here." Eye roll. Jaw clench. Husband says, "Let's just leave." I say, "Wait," and thinking maybe she's just been yelled at or something I say, "Are you having a bad day?" Then a second young lady nearby says belligerently, "Are YOU having a bay day?" My husband and I look at each other in disbelief and I say, "I'd like to see the manager." I AM the manager, says Miss Belligerent. "Unbelievable," I say. We ask that our order be cancelled and leave. Note: I haven't yet mentioned that Miss I-don't-want-to-be-here cashier asked for (mumbled for) and forgot our drink order three times. This, in addition to making her loathing of her job and her customers abundantly clear. But with a manager like her's, I can see where she gets "F--- customers" attitude. This was not the first time we'd experienced poor customer service here, but it was definitely the worst. NEVER. GOING. BACK. EVER! read more

Ordered food at 9:20pm, restaurant closes at midnight (pre-paid online). When I arrived, I was told my food was not prepared, they were closing early due to staffing of minors and I could not get my refund until the following day as only a GM can provide a refund. Never experienced this level of incompetence at a restaurant before. Will never go again. read more

Bad customer service. Staff seems outright ghetto. If you want to place an order...you'll have to wait for the workers to finish their conversation and then they'll get right to you. read more

my first time trying this place let me start by saying the fries was so soft oily and tasted old it seems like they were fried a long time the wings was old and dry and super small not worth the money i paid for it ...! read more

Man. I got the worst food poisoning of my LIFE here and the kid overcharged me and wouldn't give me a receipt. Sucked so bad.

Super rude customer service. Doesn't take "walk in" orders can only take online even though that doesn't make any sense. Don't give this place your business. Zaxbys is less than a quarter mile up the road and they have better wings anyway. Hope this wing stop goes out of business. read more

So my family had two separate orders and the total came to over $60. One everything was cold from the fries to the rolls. Second my husband order cajun wings and he got atomic. Then they didnt give us the full order so we had to go back. My husband goes in and all these young teenagers just looking at him like why you here? No greetings no how may I help you, service was awful. I understand kids need jobs too but damn these teenagers today have no work intentions and no drive to do their job to the best of their abilities. Customer service just went straight out the window. But we did get two free brownies for them not having all the rolls I had ordered online. That was about the only good thing that happened. read more

It's a wing stop. I tend to rate higher for chains based on the staff. I liked this one more than the one on Wilma Rudolf. I work right down the street so timely service during my lunch is a must. They had ok time and better workers so that's why I rated higher. read more

This place is crazy they closed the bathroom so they don't have to clean it. I just used it and rite after they closed it so a toddler couldn't use it. They saw us walk in and just stared at us before even coming for our order. Won't visit this place again read more

The wings are ALRIGHT but I swear EVERYTIME I come here their drink machine is WATERED down or something. It's not just the tea but all the sodas as well.. it's just kind of disappointing... guess I'll drive a little further for wings next time. read more

Disaster! Disgusting, unkept place and the workers are extremely rude. I ordered and 20 minutes past the pickup time the employe kept getting upset at me for inquiring about the food. They literally served five people while I was waiting for my food. I asked for the manager and this lady just got louder and tried to get into a shouting match with me. She slammed the food on the counter and I immediately asked for my money back! Ugly place and ugly attitude, never again! read more

I'd give zero stars. Charged me for a combo when I just wanted wings. Ignored me about it then when I got it said it was too late...

Of all fast foodish wing places I loved wing stop and could have mainly first been because of Rick Ross. So before I didn't notice many things but became much more aware having asthma living in this Covid crisis. I've heard and seen all the conditions that people were doing to keep your food safe so I wasn't worried. Ordered before I ran out to do some errands and they said pickup in 20 mins, I was there in 25. I came with my mask on and many people didn't, no signs on the ground which is fine I know what 6 feet looks like so i can stand back. There was a wait and the orders were pileing up so i didn't think it would take long after i paid. Moved up to pay 1st thing i noticed no one working had gloves masks or even hair nets! I was really shocked and thought to ask for a refund as i waited for my food. 30 min after the 20 min they said it would be done and the 10 min i stood in line i had to ask how much longer my food would be after seeing numerous people come in and pick theres up. Finally i got it, just a 6 piece, and gave it away. I was already pissed because of the wait but the longer i watched them without any cover of no kind i just couldn't eat it. Like i said i use to love this place but not anymore...maybe I'll try another side of town. read more

the worst chicken wings i have everrrrrrr tasted, garlic parmesan, wings was so dried up and hard and have absolutely no taste. And don't let me start on the fries. i just waste my money! read more

Understandably, this store was very busy it being a huge bowl weekend. However, I placed a pickup order and my wings weren't cooked to my specified liking and just weren't good overall. I called this store after getting home and asked if my order could be remade. Michael was on the other line and made every point to fix my order. When I arrived back to the store, he made sure my order was correctly prepared before I left and was such a gentleman about my matter. I apologized to him for being so particular about how I like my food prepared and he was so understanding and ready to help even in the midst of football-chicken wing pandemonium. Michael is an exceptional manager and a valuable asset during inconveniencing moments. I'm thoroughly impressed. Thanks Wingstop for hiring topnotch people! read more

Had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful and our potions were better than we expected. Will be returning if only for the friendly service. read more

Don't come here. The customer service is awful, they consistently mess up orders, and they take a long time to finish orders. If they feel too busy, they push away any walk in customers. I ordered louisiana rub and lemon pepper and it came out as wing soup. Covered in grease and disgusting. The first time I ordered, they waited so long to give me my food that it was cold walking out the store. Never coming here again. read more

Congratulations to whoever owns this Wingstop. You own the worst Wingstop in the entire country. Wingstop in general has some of the best food, but this location is by far the worst. Had so many issues here over the past 3-4 months, with them outright not accepting orders randomly, getting just about every single order wrong, or the insanely disrespectful and rude behavior from the staff. It's as if these people go out of their way to create the worst customer experience possible. If management put just a bit of effort into it, it wouldn't even be that bad. How hard is it to screw up wings? read more

So I've passed by this place many times and my wife was going to get a haircut next door so I was excited to finally try the place out. First ordering I noticed their was only two people making food but at the time I didn't notice anyone in line so I ordered my food a small wing combo half original hot and half Korean spicy with fries and a drink. Cashier looked at me funny after I paid and I asked can I get my drink? She gave me my cup and I went to the drink station to notice the bottom portion was held together by duct tape and no ice came out of the machine. Drink choices very limited. We sat down and waited what was mostly about 15-18 minutes then finally got the combo I asked for. Excited I immediately open it in the car and I find the fries to be very sad. Some overcooked and some undercooked. Ranch was good but then I went to start on my wings and I notice right away how the wings looked rubbery and old. After smelling the hot ones my stomach turned as I've had food poisoning before and instantly recognized the signs. I took one bite out of one Korean wing and decided to throw it all away. I've worked in the food industry for most my life and I have to say this is a sorry excuse of a wing restraunt. Both the staff and management should be changed as even the kitchen looks disgusting. I will not be coming back. read more

It's always the fries here! Either undercooked or overcooked. This time they were spoiled!! They tasted so horrible I was gagging while I was trying to spit them out! My husband order voodoo fries with our meal and all the fries had the same taste. My husband did not want to make a review but this is a waste of money! Seriously who does quality control at this place. read more

I eat at this Wingsteet location a few times a month as it is close to my job. The food is always prepared great and the staff is friendly and the store is clean. My only complaint is sometimes the music or TV audio is at a ridiculous loud level - like the staff is trying to hear it in the back. Overall great experiences. read more

Ordered 15 piece classic wings and voodoo fries. I received chicken tenders cut up into 10 TINY pieces that looked like someone's half eaten leftovers. No fries. Watching the tracking it came straight from the restaurant but was cold and stale like it was from this morning. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I have never had an order from a restaurant sent like this. People need to AVOID any restaurant that thinks this is ok to send to any customer. read more

Since i had a baby in early Oct, I had no appetite for no food but only wings. I think i had wingstop at least 4-5times a week in Oct then in Nov i slowed down but still had wingstop at least 2-3times a week. read more

I love wingstop. Mango habanero is so delicious. My favorite place to hit when I'm with friends. My only beef with this location is they somehow manage to mess up my order. Other than that I still love wing stop. A lot better than overtime located in Clarksville. read more

Called my food in around 9:15/9:20pm. They told me it would be 20 minutes until my food was ready, cool. I go in at around 9:40 to check to see if it was ready, it wasn't. No big deal. I take a seat and continue waiting. I noticed two officers, who came in some time after I called in my order, had gotten their food. I then see those same two officers, walk out of the restaurant because they had finished their food. I was STILL sitting there waiting for my food. Then I see another gentlemen who had gotten there/ordered after me also get his food. At this point I'm like wtfff? So I go up to the counter and my food was ready the whole damn time. Mind you, I was sitting at a table RIGHT by the counter, they saw me sitting there the whole time & didn't even tell me my food was ready. The guys working were very polite but I was there a whole hour before getting my food. And to top it all off, my order was wrong!! Very dissatisfied with my experience. Probably won't be returning. read more

Cashiers don't repeat your order so they get your order wrong and don't even give you a receipt. The ice machine is always out here and there are never any lids. Even on a slow day the wait is about thirty minutes. The wings were undercooked and under seasoned. They were soggy and had no crunch. There were chunks in the ranch which makes me feel like it's spoiled. I don't know why we come back here when it's always like this. read more

I ordered boneless wings from here and they were undercooked. And my fries had a hair in it. Last time I come here.

Very meh. Wings had like no sauce on them and they were dry, no flavor at all. Pizza hut has way better wings in store than yall do. waste of money read more

My vote is right in the middle because that's exactly the service and quality you get here. Very hit or miss on quality. I eat here more than I normally would simply because they have a sauce that is actually spicy (atomic), and they are the closest to my house. If the person who is creating your order is trying to serve good wings, then you will get good wings. If he is more concerned with his cell phone, cutting up, or high school life, then your will probably get half sauced wings that seem like they have been sitting out for a bit and soggy fries, just as you have saw and read in the other reviews. This is a fast food chain restaurant and that's what you should expect from the food and service. read more
