Instead, it tasted greasy in every bite. The complimentary specialty sauce also wasn't my favorite. Second, I tried the Cheeseburger (no pickles). I was excited for this one, but it ended up being way too salty. The Porker was definitely the standout. Every bite was flavorful, and the sauce was really good. I'd recommend this one. They also have a beer garden next to the food truck where you can enjoy food and drinks. The atmosphere was clean and nice.

We had the Fried Tofu Sandwich: Breaded, seasoned tofu served on a toasted pretzel bun with vegan Dijon ranch, pickles, and shredded lettuce and a side of house chips. AND Crispy Avocado Burger: Breaded avocado fried to a crisp, served on a toasted sesame bun with vegan dill ranch and microgreens and house chips. Both were excellent and we would get them again. With all of this said, in addition to the location challenges (parking downtown, etc.), their hours usually don't work for us (they are only open M-F for lunch), being open at least one weekend day would get us there more often, but oh well. We didn't have to wait nearly as long as you would think, definitely quicker than a sit down restaurant. Thankful that he wrapped my meal in foil within the recyclable cardboard container so I didn't have to worry about leakage or the thing falling apart. I loved this. The mac was creamy and flavorful, the brisket was melt in your mouth and so good. I also appreciated that he didn't drown the whole thing in BBQ sauce (too many supposedly good BBQ places do). Couple things that count against this place - price can be a bit high for people but you really get two meals for it. A somewhat unclear operating schedule.
