Most specifically, in March 2023, was for a fundraising event hosted by PS duPont Middle School. They had giveaways, it was my first time meeting the cow, and the food was delicious! I always order through the app and although I'm at the restaurant, it takes an additional 5-10 minutes for the food to be brought curbside AFTER I get a text saying it's ready. My family rants and raves about their chicken sandwiches. I don't see the attaraction! I find even the burgergiants make a better chicken sandwich. I've tried them 4 times now, and no matter how I oreder the chicken sandwich: o 100% of the time I did not get what I ordered o The chicken slug was always skinny, not crunchy, and WAY dry o Noamount of lubricants could help itslide down my throat o Asking for condiments like lettuce,tomatoe, pickle, mao, etc is difficult,costs allot more, and usually don't show up anyway o The food is HIGHLY processed! I am a diebetic, and my blood sugar spikes when I eat highly processed foods. At chik-fool-ya, my BGL goes off the charts o French fried waffles ... really? Wose ide was that! Yuk. Disappointed!! I haven't had Chick-fil-A in a while and really wanted it. I drove 15 minutes for it only to have a small piece of grilled chicken and half of a "medium" sized fries. Terrible service!!! I did a mobile order. I select that I am there in the app once I get there. It tells me that they are getting my order ready and then tells me that they are bringing my order to the pick up location. I sit there for 5 minutes waiting for my food. I then call the store to inquire why it hasn't come out. On the voicemail it tells me they have suspended curbside service. THEN WHY ARE THERE 10 SIGNS AND SPACES FOR CURBSIDE SERVICE?! I go into the mall and there is a huge line and I wait another several minutes for my food. By the time I get my food it is very cold. If you suspend curbside service, then take down the curbside service signs, or place a paper on the signs to indicate service is suspended. Or call your customer to let them know that service is suspended. Really lazy to not take a few minutes to either lay the signs down or type up a note and place it on the signs to inform your customer! read more

I love this CFA! I travel frequently and have the chance to see a lot of CFA stores in action. The employees here are over the top! Most all CFA employees are, but these just go above and beyond! The manager is always out talking to customers, wiping a table or refilling a drink. They are super involved in the community and local schools! They are always promoting a local give back project and I love that! Today, I watched one of the assistant managers give a frequent customer a Christmas card that had a CFA gift card in it. The customer asked why she was getting it, they responded that she is a loyal customer. She said well I just come because you are all so great! It warms my heart! read more

I order from here all the time usually my food is hot and fresh and order is always right. Well the last couple times has been not so good. I ordered curbside and didn't check my bag after I got my order the lady read everything off to me that I had ordered so I figured everything was in the bag and plus I've never had a problem with them messing up my order in the past. I get all the way home and notice my chicken sandwich is missing, I don't feel like going back so I call the restaurant to let them know what happened. They offer to send me free coupons in the mail which I've never received and it's been two months now. And my last order my nuggets was pink and mushy. I love the preface of every Yelpers review of their "secret favorite" chain restaurant. It usually goes like this- "I usually avoid chain restaurants at all costs, BUT when I do eat at one I LOVE ___ (insert fav chain). OH. MY. GOD. Their ___ (insert fav food) is like food crack to me..." Ah-hah. I too can be lured by the siren's call, but I do try to fight it. Every time the kindly old "Nugget Lady" is standing outside of Chick-Fil-A in the Concord Mall, you best believe I am doing a couple of walk bys, and scarfing a few of those babies. Wow. They do know how to fry up some chicken. What is in that seasoning? Seriously, have you had a better chicken nugget or sandwich from a fast food joint? If you have message me, because I have NEVER found any better. OK. I must admit that usually the free sample does the trick, and I break down and order a normal, or spicy chicken sandwich. I do try to limit it to just one on most days. I usually tell myself to take a nice long deep breath after my sandwich, and take a long look around. 9 out of 10 times there is an extraordinary specimen of a creature lurking somewhere nearby that catches my eye. You know what I am talking about. The slovenly dressed behemoth, usually with stains on their shirt, sucking down a trashcan sized soda, filling their face with grease with a minuscule three year old in tow. Why is it that these enormous people have such small kids when they are young? That is my stopping point right there. No more. Even though a Chick-Fil-A sandwich is the best damn chicken samwich ever made. No more. The staff at Chick-Fil-A gets my highest rating for a fast food restaurant. They are always extremely courteous and helpful. I do have to give props to the owner for closing on Sunday. I probably have avoided thousands of calories in my lifetime for that reason. Plus, I kind of enjoy the fact that the whole staff has a day off. Reminds me of my childhood when you couldn't even go to the grocery store on a Sunday. Every one deserves a day off. First time having Chick Fil A ever. EVER. And I ask myself why have I waited this long to try the best chicken sandwiches ever (for a fast-food chain that is). The chicken meat is obviously fresh, tender, and makes you crave for more. Came here three times within a week. The spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and the chicken nuggets are all great choices. You also won't go wrong with either the sweet potato or regular waffle fries. Service at this location is ok. Some of the folks are experienced and some are obviously noobs. This is the worst Chick-fil-A location I've ever been to. Maybe they just stop caring since the mall is going downhill but they gave me a chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun (which I keep in a sealed plastic bag) and the role is frozen solid. They ended up giving me my money back that I paid extra for the role but I still had to eat the sandwich not on a bun and the french fries were barely cooked. This location does not have a break fast menu. It's is by far the worst location I have ever visited. It's basically a room with tables and chairs. It lacks any decor or the typical CF comfy and cozy feel. The service seemed a bit off maybe due to the mall fatigue. Worst location. It's ran by a bunch of children who don't know what to do when something goes wrong. My card declided 3x in a row. When I used a different one. As I'm leaving i get 3 notifications from my bank and all 3 charges are from chick fill a. I literally turned right around, went to the exact same register. They acted so dumbfounded and clueless as what to do so i asked for the manager, she was about 18, very RUDE and blatantly told me I am not getting my money back and I need to call my bank. They didn't offer me anything for free to compensate the fact they charge me 3 times. They did nothing and to me that was very shocking bc any other location would've made sure i left happy. Then I finally got through and they simply put me on hold, then I could hear the employees talking for a couple minutes about what time the mall closes, what people are ordering etc. I guess they finally realized I was still on the phone so they hung up again! Chick-fil-a is an amazing place to stop by to grab some high quality inexpensive food. Whenever we go to the Concord Mall, the first place my family stops by is the Chick-fil-a. The staff there are amazing and are very nice to the customers. The chicken is delicious and is very popular among the customers. The waffle fries are also highly recommended. Also, the milkshakes there are beyond superb and always are a delicious treat after your meal. The customers always look happy whenever we go there and it always brings a smile to my face. Normally love CFA. This one screwed up my simple lunch order literally three ways. Not impressed.

I would like to say that the Owner and operator at the Chicken Fil-A, Kayla Smith, has outstanding management skills, great concern about the customer's satisfaction. I had posted previously a review in which "I felt I had experience discrimination", complained on the Chick-fil-a website and got a response within 24 hours. Ms.Smith called me over the phone, listened to my experience with so much respect, established a wonderful rapport with me understanding my dissapointment, and explained to me her concern for all customer's satisfaction. It turned out, that specific Saturday I had been at her franchise, it was packed (as usual because food is delicious) and her staff had forgotten my order. She apologized for it and even offer me to stop by any other day to meet her. I have not done it yet, but I certainly will and will continue being her customer, not only because the food is great but also because of her excellent efforts to care about her customers. I definetely reccommend everyone to stop by and enjoy a delicious meal! read more
