Can you ever go wrong with Chick-fil-A? Their food is always the same, which is a good thing. Fresh and hot! My only complaint with this location is a little slower than most. My favorite is the eight piece regular nugget meal. Don't forget the Chick-fil-A sauce. It definitely takes it to the next level. My choice drink here is unsweet tea or diet Dr Pepper. Their tea is really good. Sometimes for lunch, I get the kids nuggets. Here's a secret hack. You can say you would like a cup or small cone of ice cream in place of the toy. Yes, please! I also upsize my tea.

Chicken tenders torn in 1/2 to be passed off as chicken nuggets.

Stopped in this morning to get an 8-piece chicken nuggets for breakfast. Stood around for more than 30 minutes before asking about my order. I was told they had a large order but was making my food fresh. Finally, got my food and when I opened the box the nuggets were cold and half of them were chicken tenders that were torn in half. Extremely disappointed and will not return. I expect this stuff at other chicken restaurants but not at Chick Filet.

I'm really sad about how poorly this CFA has aged. When it opened, the food was always hot, fresh, and well portioned. Now it looks like this. There's about a 25% chance that the food is actually hot when I come here, but it's only the chicken sandwich. The fries are always soggy and barely there, and today was a great example of this, except this time it kind of shows they don't care :( The customer service is great 99% of the time, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back.

The food was great but there was a plastic covering inside of my mac and cheese, tried to call and nobody answered about it after i threw away my bag.

    Their nasty drinks!

I ordered around 515 pm through the drive thru on 5/17/2021 it was not busy. All 3 grilled chicken nugget counts were way off (like only half or so). Also a diet coke had a bag in it. Yes a bag inside the diet coke (barely any ice, barely any diet coke, and literally a bag). Yuck! I hope I don't get sick and I probably should call the board of health. Seriously how can that even happen. I called and complained to a "manager" and she apologized a bunch and said a "manager" would call me back. This place is the worst location. I have always shrugged it off because I love their food and it's usually not that wrong. But this time I thought everyone should know.

You walk through a series of gluten-free options starting with a base of greens, rice or noodles. (The noodles are made of sweet potato's.) then you select from a series of warm options, cold options and finish with a protein. Price is dependent on the protein selected. My server, Alan, walked me thru the options to build my custom bowl. The bowl is ready in less than a minute! I selected a lettuce base with chick pea curry, Brussels sprouts, a fabulous pickle onion, kimchi, carrots and topped the bowl off with Korean bbq made from beef brisket. The ingredients were flavorful with varied degrees of spicy heat. The spice levels were perfect for me without added sauce. The curry was tasty and the bbq was tender and juicy. I loved my bowl. I especially liked being able to select ingredients that fit my diet. The dining area has an upscale vibe with six long tables. There were fresh flowers on the tables, probably from last week's grand opening. The dining room is clean and tidy. The manager came over to my table to chat and see if everything was ok. On Monday's, they offer special pricing on Meatless bowls. There was a kid's menu, as well. If you sign up through their App you can get a free bowl and receive other offers (I opted out). I did have issues finding my way into the tiny strip mall. There is a single narrow entrance in the back that also serves as the exit.

I was the only person at the counter, and there was one person sitting at a table. There were three employees behind the counter. My order was simple, just a sandwich and side of mac & cheese. I sat down at the nearest table and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally I went back to the counter, thinking maybe my order hadn't been sent to the kitchen. I approached the same employee who had taken my order, and she asked if I had ordered. I said yes, and she looked confused. I reminded her of what I had ordered. She talked to another employee who looked around and found my order sitting with a couple of other orders. He did apologize for letting it sit there and said they should have called out my name. My sandwich was good but not hot like it would have been if it hadn't been left sitting.

My husband (active duty Marine) and I were visiting from North Carolina and I brought him here because this location used to be one of my favorites when I lived in the area. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect the Hoosier hospitality I used to associate with this restaurant. None of the two employees we primarily interacted with were wearing name tags. For clarity, I'll refer to the brunette employee with glasses as "Sally" and the bearded employee wearing a manager shirt as "Mike." We arrived around 11:30 AM. There was no line. While we looked at the menu for a few minutes, we were asked if we were ready to order three separate times in very quick succession by the same two employees. This alone wasn't a major issue, but it set an awkward tone. When ordering, Sally asked if I wanted a drink. I showed her the water I already had and declined. She handed me a large cup anyway (we were not charged). When I attempted friendly conversation and mentioned we were visiting and that this location used to be a favorite of mine, she did not respond beyond a brief "okay," and did not engage further. My husband ordered a lemonade, which employees fill. He stood waiting with his empty cup while Sally walked away without taking it. Mike then came out and said he would get it after delivering food, but rolled his eyes while saying this. That behavior from someone in a management role was surprising and felt unprofessional. During our visit, Mike personally ran food to nearly every other table and checked back with multiple guests about food quality and satisfaction. Despite making eye contact with us multiple times, he never checked on our table. Notably, our order was the only one he did not run. Sally brought our food instead. She appeared unsure where it belonged, walked around the dining room briefly, then brought it to us. I thanked her and received no response. Throughout our meal we observed Sally looking toward our table multiple times from the counter area and quickly looking away. Mike continued to check on surrounding tables but avoided our entire row of booths, including ours. To be clear: the food quality itself was very good. The concern here is the inconsistency in guest interaction and the professionalism of the service experience compared to other tables around us. As someone who recommended this location based on past positive experiences, this visit was disappointing and honestly a bit embarrassing since it was my husband's first time visiting. I'm sharing this because this location clearly has the potential to be great again, but the service experience we had does not currently match the quality of the food. Edited by CGPT to fit the allowed character limit Photo because I know manager Mike will remember the guy he was clearly so irritated to have to help.
