Not great today. This location has two lanes for drive through. I ordered a singular drink ahead of time. They didn't have any signs or cones saying to use just one lane. When I got to where they take your order the lady standing outside yelled at me to turn around and get into the one line and the second line was closed. ( they were standing in the way of me exiting the parking lot) so I had to turn around and go THE WRONG WAY in the parking lot with two other cars in front of me having to do the same. I ordered just a soda. I kid you not, I haven't even taken a sip yet and the cup is 99% ice. For $3, I could have got more for my money literally almost anywhere else. read more

Oh my goodness has the quality gone down as the prices gone up . My wife loves the chick filet sandwich but the sandwich looked like a filet of fish on a burnt bun it was the smallest piece of chicken she had ever received. I called the manager who explained corporate handles the portion with Tyson and that they have had trouble with the bakery burning the buns . Wow this place is busy on a Saturday at the mall! I was in need of some lunch for my 3 year old son & he kept begging for a Starbucks cake pop.. so I promised he could have one, after some chicken nuggets. I dig how you can custom order 4 nuggets even though that number not on the menu. Got that and a water for $2.25 thats a cheap lunch. The staff was nice and I dug how they had free wet wipes for hands pre and post nuggets. Only real issue is after you order the line gets really congested with people waiting-for their orders to be delivered. Probably not much you could do about it since it's in food court style environment. My son dug the nuggets after they cooled down. And he got that Cake Pop dessert for eating all of them.. read more

As a CFA team member myself, I am extremely disappointment in the quality of the food and the way the team members alongside the team leader handled the situation. Back of House was laughing due to the fact that I returned a CFA Original Sandwich back to them because not only was the chicken burnt and hard to bite into, the buns were not buttered, so it was dry and the burger had no pickles. In no shape or form was I being rude to these team members, but instead of speaking to me about the situation they proceed to speak in Spanish debating on giving me a new sandwich and be rude about it, in a language they thought I couldn't understand. Keep in mind, the place wasn't busy and I understand their teens, but in TX we would never handle a situation like this the way these team members and team leader did. Tiffany bullied me away with strawberry milkshake all over my hand. I asked three different times over the course of 10 minutes for my food. The kitchen is busy and staff is running around like crazy.. Not even frustrated. Very understanding of people needing food around dinner time. Especially at Chick-fil-A. Staff kept informing me it was not ready yet. Turns out it was ready the whole time and my milkshake was melting. The fourth time I asked for my food Tiffany hands me my order promptly with a beautiful smile! I noticed the messy cup and ask for a separate bag to put it in. She refuses to give me a bag so I ask her to remake the drink to avoid a mess. She refuses to make the drink and makes me leave feeling stupid. Not sure what policy or why or how this can be explained... bottom line I felt like an idiot leaving Chick-fil-A and the services rendered were not provided. Tiffany made me somehow feel I deserved the messy cup and to stop bothering her with such silly questions. I stopped at Panera on the way out and they gave me a bag for free with no questions asked. In comparison to the only other one I've been to (on Mills Civic), this one is entirely inferior. The people's attitudes were nothing like the MC one (and any other I've heard about in the area), the prices are higher, and apparently a side salad for $3.15 is a meager handful (pic included). I took it out of my to-go bag and that is what I had. Ridiculous. There was twice the amount in the container every other time I've gotten one -- just not at this location. I did order a chicken sandwich, the club. Everything was tasty on there. They also didn't put any napkins or sauces (besides my salad dressing) in the bag which seems like common sense to do so. Luckily I had one in my desk drawer from a previous visit (to a different one of course). I will be sure to avoid this Chick-fil-A. Thankfully we have a few other locations to choose from. read more

The service at this location is awesome. They are so friendly and helpful. Everytime I go there, it feels like I'm entering a sacred temple where everyone is in pure bliss...but i guess that's what their food kind of does. It's fried, so of course it's not something you can have everyday but I do crave for their chicken sandwiches every so often. Their chicken is REAL chicken, not that mcdonalds ground up mush crap. You KNOW you're eating chicken. LOL. Also, if you do make if out there, make sure to try all the different sauces. The grilled chicken nuggets taste really odd, it was my first time trying them so I'm not sure if they were over seasoned but it's more of a grilled chicken breast cut into uneven chunks after being cooked. And, get this- I don't like their Chick-Fil-A sauce. Polynesian though: deliciously GF. The cashier was very nice, prompt and sweet. This was my first time eating CFA because of the previous LGBT issues - but past is past. The cashier helped me with GF choices, gave me a bunch of different sauces to try (that are gluten-free) and overall, it was pretty decent. I have never had an issue before, but on Friday me and my friend went to the mall and did some shopping. She spent over 120 dollars worth of product from scheels. We then went to the food court to get dinner. My friend ordered her food and waited for it. One of the workers was making her milkshake when they poked a hole in the cup while it was in the machine. They didn't see it, or didn't care to fix it and gave it to my friend. When she picked up the cup the milkshake spilled through the hole and all over her clothes from scheels. COMPLETELY ruining the brand new expensive items she just bought. We went up and talked to the manager Kyle and he was quite rude and dismissive. Told us he couldn't do anything. I then asked who I could talk to besides him. He put my number down and was gonna give it to the owner. The owner has yet to call me. I am beyond disappointed. Extremely poor management even for a mall fast food place! They are only kind and "fake nice", but once there is an issue THEY caused they immediately turn offensive and rude. Would not recommend going here! There are tons of better food court options with a lot better employees and management! read more

I LOVE Chick-fil-A. I am not a huge reviewer on chain places BUT...I will say this place has the best service. They were incredibly up beat and all about the service. When I asked for 10 packets of Chick-fil-a sauce...they didn't even blink an eye. Actually the guy was pretty pumped and said, "I am glad to find someone who loves it as much as I do." He even gave me an extra bag. I know this sounds silly but you NEED to get the sauce. Just do it. It is life changing. Everyone was just so happy here, they even said after I paid, and was walking out of the door AGAIN to have a great day, complete with a wave. What?? I was shocked by this. A fast food chain restaurant ACTUALLY trying to ensure you have a great experience??? Regular chicken sandwich, extra chick-fil-a sauce, a fountain soda... what more could a girl want?? There are only a half dozen or so eateries in the food court so you don't need to spend too much time deciding what to eat, if you want Chick-Fil-A you will know to come here. Probably the best chicken sandwich from a fast food place. I enjoy stand alone Chick-Fil-A shops more because they provide excellent customer service. Apparently no one else has ever ordered a dry, chicken free salad from this place. Leave it to me to feel that situation out. I should have known they would be disapproving and incapable of change but I had to go because that's where the meat eating co-workers were going to satisfy their msg cravings. LOVE our local Chick-Fil-A! Better yet, we now do not have to find parking and walk into the mall. LOVE the new free standing drive thri location. My husband and two kids and I, eat here at least once per week. It is great to have GLUTEN FREE nuggets! My 9yr old daughter and i both have Celiac, so it is not very often that we find a GF option that all of our family can enjoy together. The waffle fries are also GLUTEN FREE! Wooo hooo! :0) Also, my kiddos love saying hello to our favorite Chick-fil-a employee, "Pickle". he goes the extra extra mile in making their dinning experience the best.
