Time it took to process a sandwich.

This is the absolute worst location. It took 20 minutes to make a chicken sandwich and the system (or lack there of) is just pure chaos. You order at the register and then they send you over to a window for pickup where every food delivery driver is literally jumping overtop of each other shoving their phones in the employees face. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered only a small size key lime frozen lemonade to go, perfect for a hot day like today. They didn't have the peach milkshake, which was my first pick! There was no one in line so I was able to order right away. I paid with the app, which was quick and easy. Given that they weren't too busy and judging by how many employees that were standing around, it took far too long to get my beverage. Regardless, it was worth the wait! The key lime taste was excellent---delicious flavor, sweet (but surprisingly not too sweet), good texture, and overall a good value! It didn't really taste like a key lime pie, but it got me to the satisfied place I needed to be.

The group consensus was a four star experience. The place was pretty busy as usual so it could have been much worse if the staff wasn't on top of things. I saw them wipe down tables twice while we were eating needless to say it was a clean four star experience. Took a long time for our shakes to come out, well after the food but alright. The peppermint chocolate chip shake was good actually I'd get it again. Also, the chicken fingers were tasty.

Why? I'm not sure what it is with the culture out here on the east coast but Chick-Fil-A's are just not what they are in the South. It's the strangest thing. Seriously? Are managers not able to find happy go lucky people out here? Maybe I need to offer my services to help find them good people. Good people make a difference in your business. I got such terrible service in Bowie, I've never been back. Seen this location and since it's in a good area I thought, let's try. But nope. They gave me a salad with no fork and no napkins. Had to send my kid back in to ask. Then they didn't put ice in the drinks when we asked for only one to not have ice. Fast food can't be that difficult. Can it? Well. Maybe I won't eat at this franchise again. Truthfully the more you don't have it and venture out, you realize it's not that good. I'll take Corner Bakery over this, even Chipotle. Bad customer service will do that. Throws up the deuces.

I am consistently impressed with the service at each if their locations. There was an employee taking orders from the customers in line, so we only waited for about three minutes for food for four people. While we were eating, another employee came over and made sure we had everything we needed, and took away trash. I love Chik Fil A, and am a satisfied customer each time I eat there.

Wow! Gotta say I'm a little disappointed @chickfila. I feel like Goldie-locks. The first Mac and Cheese (Panera) too cold, the second Mac and cheese (Chick-Fil-A) too hot! but I hope the next location will be just right. @popeyes be prepared for next Tuesday, because you will be seeing this beautiful face on you property ordering a small Mac and cheese to go. As a Mac and cheese fanatic, I feel as though it is my duty to recommend the best Mac and cheese suppliers. This is not the first but SECOND time I was made fun of for my name. I walked into Chick-Fil-a this afternoon (November 3rd, 2022) ordering a large Mac and cheese to go. First off, I didn't know large meant GARGANTUIC. When the cashier asked for my name, I then stated my street name, "Jessica the Coolest". (which is what my friends call me). I have now been a victim of the gender inequality taken place in my local Chick-Fil-A. I was told that could not be my name because I don't "look the part" whatever that means. I'm sorry LASHAWNA, but does your job description entitle getting personal with customers? What really threw me over the edge was what she said next. A wave of homophobic slurs were thrown, launched and shot out of a cannon at me. Not to mention that the service overall was awful, with hundreds of high school students fighting in the dining area, and my TUB of Mac and cheese took almost 10 minutes to get. Due to the fight, my Gallon of Mac and cheese was almost KNOCKED out of my hands. I will never be seen there again, due to the poor service and my explosive diarrhea. What a great team huh? Half of the staff was standing around in the back acting like they didn't know where they were. I'm sorry but this is a place of BUSINESS and FOOD. Grab a pair of gloves and give me my damn meal. Lemonade was bomb though.

I was craving kebab and this unfortunately did not hit the spot for me. We got lamb and chicken kebab combo (#5) and ghormeh sabzi. The meats were bland and very dry. Usually when I order lamb kebab I expect full of flavor and juicy, but this lamb was TOUGH like I had to really chew and there was no flavor. Ghormeh was bland too and not that many cubes of beef. Pita bread and rice were both good. The staff were friendly but not really helpful...we asked what ghormeh was and he just said it's "beef." I would say gourmet bazaar (Rockville) is much better.

The entree was a bit of a cafeteria style thing, but it fit the bill; the menu says it offers not only tofu but some red kidney beans in a stew of greens with lime flavor, and while I can't think of any similar combination I've had in all my travels, it works. The yogurt they offer on the side is a Persian staple, but what really shined was the fresh bread whose odor wafted through my vehicle as I drove my takeout elsewhere. A delightfully thin and browned creation, it was 100% worth adding despite the fact that they already gave me a massive pile of rice (with a bit of saffron rice on top of the plain white rice). This isn't high-end cuisine, but they delivered distinctive flavors in a timely and convenient fashion, and with a good range of vegetarian choices. Of their other locations in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, some of them offer these stews with tofu mixed in and some do not, though falafel and a few other options remain available.

I immediately had a snap a picture! Early as usual, I started off at the bar where they have a nice HH menu. I tried one of the recommended cocktails that was very good. The calamari was BANGIN! My friend schooled me and said it was tempura style which was why it tasted so good. Well, other restaurants need to take notes.. For real! Once we were done at the bar, the lovely hostess led us to our booth for dinner. We kept it simple, I had the Delmonico Ribeye sliced and she had the Branzino. I remember seeing this restaurant when it was being built and even went there with a colleague some years ago. I was in the area and knew I needed to get something that was not too heavy, so I said I decided on "Taco Bamba". The menu had changed a lot since the last time I was there, and I had the hardest time deciding. So, I ordered the "Its Chiko (Not Cheeko) Taco and The Noodler (Crispy Catfish) Taco". When I took the first bite of the catfish I was like "what in the shamrock tastes like this". Fortunately, it was the same reaction when I took the first bite of the Its Chiko. I tasted every ingredient, every sauce, every cut-up vegetable, the taste of how they cooked the catfish and shrimp, how they cooked the tortilla, the presentation, and how fresh everything was. It was all intermingled together so well to provide you the best tasting meal. Who does that; okay, many places try to imitate. However, these two have my vote today. It was funny listening (after I ordered my food) to some young male co-workers in line looking at the menu trying to decide what to get; hearing their reactions to all the titles along with the descriptions of dishes. Through the years one thing I've noticed is that for you to give a review you don't have to stuff yourself full of food to be able to articulate whether a restaurant food is good or not. It's not the quantity of food; it's the quality of the food. I'm looking forward to going back and trying some other things on the menu. The restaurant was clean, bright (not sterile), friendly staff, with a pleasant atmosphere.

It was really not at all what I was expecting, especially considering the chicken was remarkably dry, bland (I only noticed salt and pepper), and pan-seared/grilled instead of cooked on a spit. This would probably rank among the worst shawarmas I've ever had in DC. My partner got the greek salad with chicken added, which was also not at all to her liking. It had spinach, white onion (why not red??), cherry tomatoes, and minimal feta. It really wasn't a proper greek salad like she was hoping for. On top of all of this, this place was not cheap. The shawarma pita and greek salad with chicken totaled nearly $30. The workers were kind, and the inside had a hole-in-the-wall feel, which I normally expect when going to good greek/mediterranean delis, but the food quality was just so bad. Overall, I was super disappointed with the quality and authenticity of the food and will not be going back to Byblos deli anytime soon.
