This Chick-fil-A is pretty clean, spacious and the seats with plushy and comfortable. It didn't feel worn down or anything. The service was quick despite so many people coming in and out to pick-up orders or dine-in. My friend and I ordered via the App and we got our food in 5 minutes. I got the 8 piece grilled chicken nuggets with waffle fries and a small half lemonade/half unsweetened tea for my drink. The grilled chicken nuggets were fine (just wanted a healthier option) and the waffle fries hit like it usually does. They were hot and well-salted, but wish they were crispier. Got here right before closing and was surprised to see people still seated eating. The cashier was pleasant and patient. Used my rewards for two sandwiches but only ended up getting one of two sandwiches. Also ordered a medium fry. Got the medium fry and sandwich. Fries were piping hot and salt evenly spread. Here the location is insanely busy, and it's not easy to get in here. Tysons Corner area is a nightmare. It is traffic land, and with many entitled folks, you might as well hit the gas hard in and out of here. They won't allow you to merge. This one has no traditional drive thru. I wish they could do it, but my guess is no room in this dense shopping center. If anything a lot of folks get delivery here. That can tie up orders considerably. This place is efficiency at its finest. Even at 11am this restaurant was bustling with people. Tjere were less customers dining in the restaurant than actual customers who were waiting in line to place their order. The line speeds thru though, simply bexause of the efficient operation and service. My giess is that there are at least double the number of employees working on any given shift, compared with that with your average fast food restaurant. I was in line for about three minutes, and my oder was ready for pick-up about two minutes after that. I went for the tried and true Combo #5 grilled chicken combo, which always comes with an order of their potato fries and a drink. I wanted to take my order to go and finish this off at work. Food - Great, would highly recommend their original chicken sandwich, and their chicken nuggets are good too. Service - Fine Parking - Don't come to a Chick-fil-a on Saturday, as they close on Sundays so it will be more jam-packed than usual, so parking will be more difficult to find. Regularly come here and despite always being busy, this Chik Fil A does an excellent job in taking orders efficiently and keeping wait time short. Today in particular there was already a line when we walked in, but a staff member was taking orders throughout the line, so by the time you get up to pay your food is ready! Friendly staff and service. Only thing I would say is that the fries gets cold pretty quickly. Tip: If they are busy, make sure you double check or ask for the sauces. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this location has greatly improved its curbside pickup service. It has 12 designated parking spaces on the right side with red signs (#1, #2, etc.) for curbside pickup. You can order in advance through the Chik-Fil-A app (with your credit card), and when you arrive, just text your parking space number for curbside pickup. After 3-4 minutes, a staff person will come out with your order. They will use masks and gloves. Alternatively, you can pickup your food order by going inside the restaurant, but it may be crowded at certain times. Especially nowadays, there's something quite satisfying and comforting about a Chik-Fil-A sandwich for dinner. I sincerely hope that better days will be coming soon. read more

I was in the area doing some shopping and stopped by for lunch today. This location was pretty busy. I got my usual original chicken sandwich meal to eat there. The cashier asked if I was eating there or if my order was to go. I said I was eating there and was given the beacon cone to place on my table. I sat close to the front door to the side and after a few minutes I heard what sounded like my name being called. I used my app and I think the employee thought I was picking up my order as my food was put in a bag. I never paid attention but I thought that if you get a drink and if they put your food in a bag that they would provide you with a straw and some napkins. Fortunately I checked as I was eating there. It would have been inconvenient if someone wanted to eat in their car and started to drive away. The chicken and fries were soggy and not as crispy as I would have liked them. Since almost all the tables were filled it is convenient that they have patio seating outside. The only downside of this location is that they only have an individual restroom and not multiple stalls. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to do their business. read more

It's really nice having a chick fil a in Tyson's since the nearest one would be in Fairfax. Unfortunately, lately there has been a lot of issues with orders. Sandwiches missing when you do pick up, not getting the dressings with salad, to not having straws when ordering drinks. I live 5 minutes away from this chick fil a, so I do a lot of delivery. I try to split between delivery, to curbside pick up. But like I said it's becoming frustrating. Today I did pick up, they forgot to give me my sandwich and the chicken strips were scrap sizes. 12/27/19 Chick Fill-A, is very popular in Vienna Tyson's Corner area. Walking in I was greeted by the sight of a line nearly out the door. Since the toilet is what I need first I proceed there. The bathrooms are devided by sexes, but I really think they should be unisex since they are both private bathrooms. Steeping into the men's bathroom I saw right away that the urinal had been removed, but the urinal mattress was still there underneath the Dyson's Airblade DB. I like the Dyson's V Blade better because there is no touching of the sides in a narrow opening. The sides are loaded with other people's grim. After drying my hands and getting the door open with little touching as possible, I saw a woman waiting to use the bathroom and told her she could use the men's. She had just that amount of hesitation that told me she wasn't use to that kind of thing and would be willing to do the pee pee dance before using the men's private bathroom. She was lucky as the woman bathroom door open just as she might have used the open bathroom. Once again, if I come across two private bathrooms and one opens up, I don't care if one says woman or man's bathroom. I then waiting in line and got my order taken by a cute high school girl (I think) while standing in a long line. One of the cool new things Chick Fill-A does. The food was hot and fresh and I couldn't be more pleased. Good job Chick. I will return. read more

Anyway, the key point here is location. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites in McLean, this location is next door and quite walkable. Which was fine with me because Chic Fil-a is the only fast food chain that serves good gluten free food. We were hiking at Great Falls Park and decided to take a little break. I was looking for the closest chick-fil-a from the park and this was it. First of allllllllllllll I have never seen a chick-fil-a that did not have a drive thur. I was taken all the way back. LOL... It wasn't so bad I was the only one in the store when I first got there but before I left the line was out the door. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. My wife and I came here with the family and we had a great experience. We love chick-fil-a, the food here is great! The cool thing about chick-fill-a is that everything you order will have chicken, there is no beef on the menu. Whether you order a crispy or grilled chicken sandwich, the food is delicious. We also really enjoy the chicken nuggets! The cookies here are really good too, they are better than subway cookies and potbelly cookies, the cookies are warm and the chocolate chips are chunky.
