This was my first visit to this location. I did a mobile order with curbside pickup and service was quite fast, polite, and friendly. I had never done curbside pick up at a Chick-Fil-A before and they have a very efficient system. I hadn't eaten at Chick-Fil-A in months and I wanted to take advantage of the free small mango passion lemonade offer on their app. It was sweet and tangy. I also got a deluxe sandwich, free fries from my rewards points, and a small peach milkshake. I love that seasonal milkshake flavor. I don't know how crowded this location gets later in the day, but it was certainly a nice change from the always crowded Playa Vista one. I'd definitely come again when in the Marina. read more

All politics aside we can't deny Chic Fil A offers excellent customer service every single time and fresh tasting food. The only place to get a good "fast food" style chicken sandwich in my opinion! I am not a fan of their waffle fries, I wish they would offer regular and waffle. Their buffalo sauce is my favorite for the fried chicken nuggets, those alone deserve a 5 star review. The employees are always extremely friendly at this location BUT they have gotten my order wrong SO MANY TIMES. If they can just get it right they would have easily gotten a 5 star review. Night manager tonight had a trainee standing out in the cold taking orders (It's currently 54 degrees F with winds blowing at 8 MPH and humidity of 66%). When I complained it was too cold to have an employee outside she said "they only have them out there when it's busy" (it wasn't, no one was even in line when I rolled through). She then said she would bring him in. Well she didn't. Managers name was Lalilla. I've worked fast food and this really just set me off on another level. There was no reason to be having that person out there in this weather - the intercom worked perfectly fine (I asked). I work outdoors and was outside all day today it was really effing cold and that was when the sun was still up and I had wool on! I also want to add, the trainee was super nice and sweet and didn't complain at all which made the whole experience with the manager even more gross. This particular Chick-fil-A location sits in West LA, along the busy Lincoln Blvd. I was passing by the area, en route to meeting friends in Santa Monica. I was a bit famished, so I decided to stop here for a spicy chicken sandwich. This store is small, and has drive-thru. I opted for the drive thru, which didn't take long to process my order. Within ten minutes, I was devouring my chicken sandwich. The place has tons of parking, and an outdoor seating area. There are also order windows along the side of the store, facing the outdoor seating area and parking lot. Other patrons there at the time were local teenagers and transients. The store is located in a safe part of town, and I didn't see any shady characters while here. I ate my food inside my car, and took off to meet my buddies. I was satisfied with my meal here, as it had a good portion of chicken and was cooked to the right level of spiciness. Five stars. read more

Our office frequently orders from this Chick-fil-A via Postmates. Yesterday, we received chicken nuggets which included a hair. Chick-fil-A also neglected to follow our instructions to kindly make sure to include Chick-fil-A sauce for each of the orders. Lastly, the restaurant failed to get our orders correct: we ordered chicken minis but received nuggets. I phoned the restaurant and spoke to an employee named Matt, who assured me these problems wouldn't happen again. He also advised us to use Doordash, rather than Postmates. Today, my office decided to order Chick-fil-A again. Following Matt's advice, we attempted to use Doordash, only to discover that Doordash does not deliver to our office building. We went back to using Postmates. I made sure to specifically write in the instructions "DO NOT FORGET CHICK-FIL-A SAUCE!!! :)" We eagerly and patiently awaited our Postmate, excited to begin our Tuesdays strong. However, it was not meant to be. Not only did we receive just three Chick-fil-A sauces, two honey mustard sauces, and two honey roasted barbecue sauces, but Chick-fil-A failed to prepare one of the breakfasts we ordered again. We ordered a total of three chicken biscuits, one of which should've had egg and cheese on it (which we paid extra for). We received three plain chicken biscuits. I am extremely disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. I hope that this review inspires the team to practice better customer service and to follow through on what it promises. The Chick-fil-A Corporate Purpose is: "To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us." I can't. I just can't. I'm a born and bread southerner from Georgia. Chick fil A was a staple for me growing up down south. So I KNOW about Chick-fil-A! I LIVED Chick-fil-A. Friends worked at Chick-fil-A! There was a little store right by my high school and we all hung out and got our breakfast biscuits before school for years. So I'm sad to write that I really no longer frequent here. First, there were some menu changes and removal of some of my favorite items including the lemon pie, carrot salad, and strawberry or chocolate toppings that go with the icedream. Come to speak of it - what happened to their icedream/ soft serve? Another fave of mine that went by the wayside! I tried the shakes but to no avail. They are so heavy I feel like I have a mac truck sitting in my gut afterwards. This alone is almost a deal breaker for me as I've never been a fan of their waffle fries. I just don't care for the bit of skin on them and I simply prefer thin cut fries - crispy on the outside and mealy on the inside. So it's hard to get a sandwich and not enjoy any of the sides. Also, I make a TON of salads at home and their side garden salads seem tasteless to me - UNLESS I pour a ton of some sickeningly sweet dressing on it. The wraps are also tasteless unless copious amounts of sauces are used. I actually tried vegan chicken bites and strips from the store with sauces and found the taste to be comparable to their wraps or grilled chicken sandwich. Next up is this location. I literally live 2 miles down Lincoln from them near the beach, and it's difficult to get to due to traffic and the long drive through lines. Please know that there is no sit down inside which adds to the congestion. So too much of a hassle for me to get to. This review is also preCOVID. So unlike many reviewers here who got incorrect orders, my orders were always on point. And the customer service is always fast, friendly and efficient. But I'm afraid that their menu changes are deal breakers for me. There are other restaurants that have many Items I enjoy. Perhaps I'll try again if they adjust their food choices going forward. Sitting at that drive-thru window and watching them not going about their business was almost as impressive as it was frustrating. Every move was done with the deliberate slowness of a performer. I tried Chic-Fil-A once years ago, ordered a regular chicken sandwich, and was thoroughly unimpressed. For a long time I refused to go back because it wasn't worth the cost to me. This sandwich was fire!! Loved the slightly spicy kick and the taste of the whole meal. I found myself going back a few days later (I work around the corner from this location) and every few days had a craving for it. Since I'm now doing the keto diet this is a great place for me to get a quick meal if I've forgotten to pack my lunch. Their grilled chicken nuggets and side salad are perfect. came here on a wednesday afternoon around 6:10 p.m. for the first time, and parked and then walked up to this i guess exterior-window order line. i guess this is a new system, like an "Express-Stop" of sorts where there is no interior seating, just a drive-thru, and ordering windows that are like a drive-thru except you walk yourself up to them. sure. all fine and dandy. the food was ok. i ordered the #1 combo meal with like extra or whatever so a regular chicken sandwich but with tomato, lettuce, and a slice of cheese. came with waffle fries and a beverage (coca cola for me). it came out super quickly and looked pretty much exactly the way i expected it to look, which is like the photo. the service was good, as it always is at Chick-fil-A. the problem was that there was absolutely no seating! i get that this location has no interior seating, which is odd but understandable, but no exterior seating is an oddity. there was a raised platform patio area that looked like it had at some point had some tables/chairs or might have some in the future, but on the day of my visit it was bereft of any furniture and was closed off with a crudely written cardboard sign indicating that the patio area was closed. for a national chain with the kind of reputation this establishment has, i find it pretty nuts that the walk-in patrons are forced to sit on the curb of the parking lot and set their food and drinks on the asphalt like peasants. i mean, i SUPPOSE we could have eaten in our cars, but the reason why i and likely the others walked up to the restaurant was so that we could sit down someplace, and not have sauce and lettuce dribbling all over our clothes and seats. anyhoo, please put in some seating and tables so the patrons don't look like transients loitering in the parking lot. it makes us feel bad and probably isn't a good look for the area as well. read more

I work down the street and love Chick-fil-A breakfast but these past two weeks have been a let down. My order was incorrect, I asked for two #7 chicken egg and cheese bagel but instead I got two bacon egg and cheese which I don't understand how that happened because I never mentioned bacon and it's not an item on the menu. But I guess what's really upsetting is the bread has been burnt, not toasted but burnt the last THREE (not two but three) times I've ordered. I began to eat my fries as soon as I received my food, and suddenly, I stopped chewing my fries because I felt a thin, light hair strand that looked white/blonde. It was so thin. I pulled it out of my mouth disgusted and went back to talk to the manager, but she denied that there was an employee with white/blonde hair working during that shift. It's not about finding an employee of my description during that shift, the fact of the matter is that THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD (and it could've been an employee from a different shift). Both lovely faces with big smiles and great attitude. I love to let people know that if you come here to get some grub these two people will surely make your day. Most often times when you go to get food you're more likely to come repeatedly to a place when there's happy people who gives you excellent customer service. As for the food can't complain love Chick Fil A!! I travel everywhere and I come here mostly for their lemonades and yogurt with granola.
