Fix the calibration on your soda machines. Something is off. Not sure if the calibration is off on the syrup or if your ice machine hasn't been serviced and it's full of mold and mildew. Regardless. Doesn't matter if the cups are bigger because your soda just tastes like brown carbonated water. They have no flavor. If you want to figure out what soda is suppose to taste like goto McDonald's. They never mess it up. It always tastes good. Normally I don't buy your combo meals because I already know your sodas suck!!! $3 for carbonated brown water is unacceptable. I see a lot of bad reviews for any Jack in the Box, but they seem to miss that this is cheap, junk food, and it is great for what it is. If you want a huge burger with special meat and all sorts of fun stuff, go elsewhere. Although I have to say they have the best shakes for any place, pricey or otherwise. We love this Jack in the Box. It is always clean outside, we use the drive thru, and the service is super. They get your order right the first time. If you want to eat there you can, they also have free parking. Right now, I am hooked on their breakfast items and their tiny tacos. Their croissants are so good. Now, this is not some huge thing from a pricey bakery, but it is tasty. It has egg, ham and cheese and it really hits the spot. The tiny tacos are so yummy. They come in a little box and are deep fried. Their shakes are the best. I don't care where you go, you will not find better. Oh, and the machine is never broken. For the first time in a long time, I had tacos that were actually filled with meat...really, really good. The service, though, was slow but the people were nice. They took my order twice, once at the speaker and then again when I pulled up to pay because they hadn't put it in. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes, which felt long for drive-thru. I've been coming here a few times lately, mostly because the McDonalds down the street is closed for renovations. Every time the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and got me my order quickly. It's fast food, but everything by was hot, fresh and tasted fine. This was the worst Jack I've ever been to. My order was fulfilled wrong, when I took it to the counter the lady gave me attitude and demanded my receipt. It then took an additional seven minutes to get the rest of my order. The tables weren't too bad but they also needed to be wiped down. First time going to Jack in the Box. I read online about some recommended things to order. I also perused reddit to be fully briefed on what to order. From the suggestions online, I decided to order curly fries and the tacos. I ordered the Bacon Smash Burger #5 as one of the employees there recommend this burger. The curly fries were not bad. They were a bit too crunchy for my liking, but not bad nevertheless. The tacos were pretty dang good for price point. One of my co-workers was mentioning that Jack in the Box use to charge $1 for two tacos. Not sure how far back that was. Dang Inflation! I would definitely order the tacos again if I'm low on cash and want some decent cheap tacos. The Smash burger was too salty. I was completely overwhelmed by the sodium content in the burger. I was not impressed. I'm not in a rush to eat here again. Perhaps, I will swing by sometime for those French toast sticks. This is a good place for young people with little money in their pocket, but want to eat some fast food. P.S. I can still taste the saltiness of that burger over a week later. read more

I remember I worked down the street from this Jack n the box location like 20 years ago. I remembered after I had placed my order why I had actually stopped coming here no matter how many times I drove by. They used to screw up my order so much. Now it's a new day and I stopped by and I can see nothing has changed, they still screwed up my order. I just got back from a trip to New York and wanted to get a meal to thank my husband for picking me up from the airport. I hadn't eaten much since breakfast east coast time, so I was looking forward to it too. We ordered two burgers and two orders of churros. When we got home, there was only one burger. My husband didn't notice, and I didn't tell him because it would have broken him to think that the first thing to happen when I got home was messed up and upsetting. I'd give this place zero stars or no stars at all. my friends and I almost got kidnapped tonight on May 22nd at around 10pm-10:30pm because a woman that was working in this jack in the box kicked us out for "staying too long" we stayed there for only an hour, that is the worst customer service, who does that to their customer that did nothing to your store and paid for their own food. This Jack in the Box has always been a 'interesting place' inside, so I always go through he drive through. The inside usually has unsavory characters and that's that. It's been like that for years. What I'd like to say is that I tend to get the Chicken Fajita Pita sandwich/combo and am a creature of habit so that's my JITB thing I do. Recently I noticed they are x10 better than they used to be. They hold together, have nice, delicious chunky pieces of grilled chicken. It is so delicious and it's preparation is much improved. They all got their foods before I went up to ask if my ONE small order of chicken strips were ready. FINALLY I got my chicken strips but they were so salty that they literally burned the inside of my cheek and tongue.. Ack!
