He even offered me to use one of my rewards. When I came up to the drive-through counter, Kassie had a smile on her face with the best Customer Service that I've seen in a long time. I haven't been to any Taco Bell in maybe 10 or more years. I've passed this one hundreds of times and recently said "why not" I was pleasantly surprised. The food I ordered was fast and inexpensive. More importantly the people were SO nice. All of them. Even the guy cleaning the front patio and tables at 7:30am. This goes a lonngggg way with me. This morning I was anxious to try the Cinnabon ice coffee. I loved it. My only gripe is you really need to order two because their "regular" is like a small at McDonald's. For me it falls short on that. I would love if the offered a LARGE. I'd be willing to pay more to have one colossal size. My food was very tasty. I'll be coming back. Nothing necessarily to write home about - it's Taco Bell! This was my first time at this location though since I'm normally in OC, and service varies from location to location. Honestly, I was actually pretty impressed by the service here. From the time I checked in with my mobile order at the drive thru speaker, I had my food within a couple of minutes. The worker at the window was also very sweet - she apologized for the delay when there barely was any. Food was standard - I just got a cheesy bean and rice burrito and a classic stacker, which tasted the same as everywhere else. You would think any place that serves hot coffee, also has cream to give on the side. Nope! Not here. The coffee was watery and gross. I also ordered the breakfast burrito combo. Not only is the burrito very small, but the ingredients (sausage, pico, potato, cheese) tasted terrible and are the lowest of low quality you could expect, even for fast food breakfast. Back in HS, we used to ditch class sometimes and go-to the Taco Bell up the street from school. It was a popular hang. My go to was always the 7 layer burrito. I stopped dealing with Taco Bell because Del Taco had my attention with cheap, Americanized Mexican food. But... Taco Bell's rendition of fresh guacamole is a true game changer. It adds a certain level of tastiness to any dish! I love theory nacho cheese fries! Delicious! I'm so glad they brought the Mexican Pizza back! I spent around 15 bucks and I am already stuffed! Oh my Gosh! Worst service ever!!! I ordered the #2, which is three soft taco supremes and a drink at the drive-thru. I asked for the sour cream to be on the side. When I picked up my food, the boy at the window forgot the sour cream, which is no big deal for me. I simply reminded him. He gave me a half full little container. I realized this amount wouldn't be enough for three supreme size tacos so I asked for more. Not a huge deal...I thought. His reaction floored me. He said "I cannot take your order for more sour cream. If you want more, you will need to drive thru again. We don't take orders at the window". I explained I wasn't placing an order. I was simply requesting more sour cream for the other two tacos. He then referred me once again to the drive thru line. "Ok then.", I said and drove off. HA HA! First time I heard of this. The Grilled Cheese Spicy Nacho Fries was what I ordered from here. I was excited to try it because I was craving some classic junk food. I just had no idea my junk food would be literal trash. Please explain why I paid $8 for something that was only an inch deep and the length of my hand (I don't have big hands). It had barely anything on it and it was cold and tasted weird. I just got Taco Bell delivered using DoorDash and I'm more than disappointed and furious and will never order Taco Bell using a delivery service ever again. We ordered over 24 tacos and received NO SAUCE!!! No napkins either! I couldn't believe they would let a dasher leave the restaurant without sauce. More than upset that your team members didn't take the time to ensure our order was complete with sauces and napkins. I think such an established brand would offer the same dine in experience any customer would expect using delivery. It's more disappointing to hear from the driver that they asked the team at Taco Bell if sauce was included and they assured her they did in fact they didn't. Customers know to complete an experience at Taco Bell sauce is needed. It keeps the flavor truly alive and without sauce it's not a Taco Bell experience in fact it's just a regular taco meal.
