We love this Chick Fil A every year. It's the only one we know that always has Xmas lights that are fully decked out. On Friday and Saturday nights they have Santa. We came on a Thursday night. They have extra seating and tables outside. It wasn't too crowded. We love seeing all the lights and feeling the Xmas spirit. They sure do it up here. Def visit it if you haven't already. I usually don't review fast food establishments but my current experience here was an eye opening experience....an example of how business go beyond the call of duty to help their customer. We ordered Doordash, Long story short... the order was screwed up never delivered to our home not sure if the driver just kept the food or dropped it off at the wrong home. I was definitely billed for the order and yet could not get a hold of the driver. Doordash does not take calls from customers during the pandemic , only from merchants. No way to be reached ! I then reached out to Chick-fil-A mainly to see if they can help me reach out to Doordash as a merchant. I understand this was not their problem since we used a third party service. Immediately , the lady who answered the phone offered to replace the meal for me at no charge if I come pick it up curbside. She gave me her personal cell phone number to text my order , she was the perfect example of what customer service should be so I asked for her name to put a good Word into the manager. She stated they were the owners of this establishment. Jodi said no need to come to the restaurant , her husband will drop off the order to our front door. To our surprise he arrived 15 minutes later with a free bag of cookies as well . My son was being a hangry home schooled pre-tween and I saw the first genuine smile in awhile . I didn't expect them going above and beyond for with a small lunch order , But it shows that they truly value their customers. This is our go-to Chick-fil-A because they are quick, the staff is friendly and the food is always fresh. My kids love their kids meal. I as a parent also love that instead of fries, we get fresh fruit and it's the kind of fruit kids like - strawberries, apples, oranges and blueberries - no up-charge! The kids toys are great too - always education based and fun to play together. I always get the market salad and this Chick-fil-A that has the highest standards in their salad mix. I have never been a fan of Chick-Fil-A and refused to do business with them in the past due to their support of certain hate groups. They have recently distanced themselves as a company, from those hate groups... so to be fair, thought I would give them another try. Location was clean, and always... busy. I am always amazed at the traffic they have. Girl at the front was friendly, and I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich combo with Kale salad instead of fries (I like Kale... and am trying to be good! ;) ). Sandwich was good... although I am still put off by the sweetness of the crust on the chicken (they have to be adding a lot of sugar for it to be so obvious). Kale salad was very good... Another member of the staff stopped by and asked if I needed a drink refill, and I told her no... so she asked if she could take my tray. Great service! I am beyond shocked at the lack of quality in my most recent order. I ordered two spicy southwest salads with chicken nuggets but ordered extra nuggs to be added (for an extra $6 each) and we received a bare minimum of chicken in both salads, it didn't even seem to have what they usually give for one. For one of the salads we also asked (and paid) for bacon crumbles and that was missing. The chicken that was added to the salad did not seem fresh either. The best service I've ever experienced at a fast food place! I'm from NY and I've never experienced such friendly and attentive service at a fast food place. They even came over to check on us while we were eating our food. We ordered the chicken sandwich, French fries, chicken strips and lemonade. The chicken was very good, fries are unsalted so a bit bland but crispy and lemonade tasted like it was made with real lemons. The restaurant is very spacious and even has a kid play area. This is my favorite CFA nearby. They always offer good food, great service, and a clean establishment. I really appreciate Hunter as he always greets and takes care of my family at every visit. This CFA should be the model of how a CFA should be run for every other store in the city. I really really appreciate eating here. Customer service is my number one priority when spending money at any place of business. I have never understood why anyone would spend their money anywhere and be ok with subpar or even horrible service. But, it all tastes good, the interior dining room and rest rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful and price point is decent. It's enough to keep you coming back for more. If you've ever been near one of these establishments during lunch hours, it is common to see the drive-thru backed up around the building, into the parking lot, and beyond. So, they must be doing something right. This visit, I had the grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato sandwich. The service at this location typically exemplifies ideal fast food service. However, the last couple of times I've visited here, I've come for the free breakfast item, and the lines have been extra long. On this morning, I arrived at 10:22 to find a line stretching into the parking lot. As we creeped closer, & I stared at the clock, I wondered if I'd make it. Alas, when I reached the speaker box at 10:32, I was told they were on lunch already. No, thank you. Seeing at least 15 cars in the two drive-thru lanes behind me, I can imagine most of these potential customers are as disappointed as I am. In fact the car behind me also declined to order lunch. To add *insult to injury*, the exit was blocked with cones, so I had to wait through the rest of the queue. BUT, it gave me time to write this review! Honestly this is a 5* Chick-Fil-A all the way! Yes it is one of the busiest ones I have been to but they are on their game always. They have workers working that are honestly very sweet and always willing to help and make everything the way you want it etc. They work hard to get the line moving but they get BUSY during lunch (I got between 2-3) and it's still a bit busy but not lunch rush! The restaurant in the inside is big, spacious, clean and inviting. I enjoy coming here because the staff honestly is one of the nicest staffs I've encountered. Update to my review. It's been just over 2 months. I went in to claim the free meal that I was promised tonight while also picking up a large order for my kids and their friends. When I was promised this compensatory meal, I was not told that there was any strict time limit for redeeming it. However, upon speaking with the manager tonight in store, she told me that the original order was too long ago. The manager went back and forth among a week, 2 weeks, and 30 days, and couldn't really tell me what the policy WAS. However, this was clearly too long and outside the policy. She was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Her name is Charissa. The first customer service failure was leaving out my sandwich. The second was how I was treated when I called to complain. The third was offering me a paltry sub-$5 in compensation. The fourth was failing to tell me that there was a time limit on this. The fifth was not honoring their promise tonight. The sixth was treating me like garbage in front of other customers. 6 customer service failures! No successful business should be allowed to operate like this. I am banning them FOR LIFE and writing a letter to Corporate. This is not my first negative experience with Chick-Fil-A. This company has gotten big to the point that they (especially this location) feel they can treat their customers like garbage without any ramifications. read more

This location often gets the orders wrong. When they do the solution is to come back in to pick up your food, or get a 30 day credit to return. No empathy for the customers when they have already waited in line to order and pick up, only to drive home and find half of your items are missing. The situation took nearly an hour of my day to resolve, when a simple refund over the phone would have made my day. I also do not like being greeted in the drive through lane by a representative and not being able to look at a menu. Not everyone eats at this chain often enough to have the menu memorized and showing me the order screen does not help make a decision. Even with the AC units blasting on them outside you can tell they are hot and aggravated. When I went inside it felt like there were way too many people working, standing around, or bumping into each other. Not enough of the team members are given the agency or trust to make a quick and simple customer service request and they shouldn't have to take 5 minutes to hunt down a manager to help out. ChickFilA has always been my go to spot for quick meals with chicken. Always fresh and never have any issues. It's a little more expensive, but is good overall. This particular restaurant, I've never gone inside; only gone through the drive through. However, I can unequivocally say that they are organized. Two drive through lanes, order takers in each, payment takers in each, and food delivery make for stopping during the busiest lunch hour very easy.
