Exemplary costumer service; constantly packed and yet they maintain a high quality and pacing of food output.

Ugh. Craving chicken minis so I settled for the on campus Chick-Fil-A. Positives the team members were polite, there was no line and my hashbrowns were hot and crispy. The chicken minis however left much to be desired. The chicken nuggets were small and cold and the rolls did not taste fresh. Super disappointed since I was craving these. Needless to say, I'll think twice before returning to this location. read more

do not come later than 6:00 pm they do not change the oil they fry food in, so everything tastes awful. workers are so rude and lazy.

This is the absolute worst chick fil a ever. The works are rude. They take forever to finish your order. They won't even serve customers a grilled chicken cool wrap. I now refuse to come to chick fil a. These people are the scums of the earth. Get it figured out with the cool wrap or I'm suing. I wish I didn't have to put that star but it has to be posted so ZERO STARS read more

Honestly appalled by the service I had at this establishment. Chic fil a is known for their amazing customer service and experience and the chic-fil-a on Tennessee st upholds these values, unfortunately this franchise did not. I arrived at chic at 10:15 am and upon ordering chicken minis and hash browns I was rudely told there were no more hash browns. I was confused because it was only 10:15 and while I know they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 I was not expecting them to stop at 10:15. I was confused and the cashier yelled to the employees behind her "What about the people in the streets who want hash browns?" And the employee bagging the food up responded "What about them? " My jaw dropped. I couldn't believe these employees passed any sort of interview because they were completely rude and decided they didn't want to make anymore hash browns because they were tired? a few customers ordering, including myself were very confused why we couldn't order hash browns at 10:15 am and one customer asked to speak to a supervisor. They finally gave her hasbrowns but told everyone else tough luck. Not only was that an issue but it took me about 15 minutes to order alone after repeatedly giving my order because the cashier was not listening to me. I then had to ask for a few items she forgot as well as sauces multiple times, because she wasn't paying attention. This specific establishment is an actual joke. I will absolutely never return and they are lucky their client base is students because not many people would put up with that atrocious behavior! Whoever is managing / supervising / owns this franchise should be very embarrassed, ashamed, and disappointed. read more

This is the only location that I've ever truly felt was an embarrassment to the brand. Long wait times, wrong orders, downright POOR customer service Seems like it's run by disgruntled former McDonald's managers, and I can't imagine CFA Corporate has any idea how bad things are here. read more

Everyone knows that college students are poor. Therefore, why would a Chick-fil-A on campus not accept coupons for free items?? It doesn't make any sense and is very frustrating I can't use my coupons from the app on campus. read more

This establishment is ass, I have to scream to get my order, the traditional my pleasure workers do not work here. Got the wrong order and they simply did nothing. I suggest just order thru GRUBHUB to get the right stuff read more

This Chic-fil-A is a Chic-fil-A Express and is run by Seminole Dining. They have a limited menu and the employees are not Chic-fil-a employees. The line can be pretty long during lunch hours, but it moves very quickly. You shouldn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to order, typically. The employees here are not the stereotypical Chic-Fil-A employees with that "the customer is always right" attitude. Almost every employee I've interacted with here is down-right rude and careless. read more

Love having a Chick-fil-A on campus. Even though it is an express Chick-fil-A w a limited menu they sill have all the staples.. It's located right by Landis so it's pretty central. The line gets pretty long and crazy during times in between classes, but the staff is efficient and the line moves pretty fast. read more

Disappointed in the service. It definitely doesn't meet the standards other Chick-fil-A locations have set. I ordered a normal chicken sandwich meal with a large fry and water cup, and I quickly received my order but I was charged for the water as a normal and received a look like I was stupid when I asked about water being free. It didn't help when I got my order and they gave me a medium fry instead of the large I ordered and was charged for. All around not happy with the experience and I plan on going back to the Tennessee st location for my meals from now on read more

Just want to clarify for people, this chick fil a isn't ran by CFA, it's ran by Seminole Dining. These aren't CFA employees, hence the different (poor) service. Chick Fil A isn't to blame, it's Seminole Dining read more

any redeeming qualities that a normal Chick-fil-A has are absent from this location. The wait times are absurd, the service is very poor, and they do not except gift cards, coupons, or even the Chick-fil-A one app. The only redeeming quality of this location is that the food tastes decent. I doubt that a normal Chick-fil-A operator even runs this location, it must be Seminole dining because the service is terrible. read more

I can confidently say that this was my worst fast food experience in the past ten years. Chick-Fil-A has a breakfast menu that they serve from opening to 10:30, similar to what McDonalds does. I get to the campus Chick-Fil-A at 9:30 so that I can go in, get my breakfast, and go. The doors are locked and the employees ask me to wait as they are still "setting things up" The store hours were listed on the door as 7:30 to whatever, but I accepted as I didn't really have anywhere to be, just class at 11:15. Over an hour later, they finally let me and the other people waiting in, and lo and behold, they were no longer serving the breakfast menu. I asked "What's the point of having a breakfast menu if you aren't going to serve it?" the guy gave some ham-fisted reply and asked me if I wanted anything. Because I was hungry, even more-so than when I first had arrived, I begrudgingly ordered literally the most basic item on the entire menu, the number 1. For those who are unfamiliar, it is a piece of chicken with a bun. Over fifteen minutes later, I was now getting worried that I might be late for class as I had in no way accounted for this level of gross incompetence. I finally got my food, which at this point didn't even matter to me. It met my expectations as a fast food chicken sandwich. I received nothing from this experience, and I overall feel that I will not be going to a Chick-Fil-A again for a VERY long time read more

waited over 20 minutes for nuggets.. when i got my food the fries were cold .. just a joke .
