I'm was blown away by the service as well. We were asked twice if we were doing okay. The lobby attendant dumped our food tray. My wife took some time in figuring out what she wanted and they were so patient. The dining area was very clean and had a cozy ambiance. The line was pretty long at this location, but actually moved along at a respectable speed. Start to finish I would say service was average. We did not encounter any rude employees but also did not encounter any who were overly friendly either. Our order was taken and filled correctly which is a major plus. Ironically, the worst part about the visit was the food. Fries were lukewarm, flavorless and went straight into the nearest garbage can. The chicken was super salty and tasted of old grease. Clean, amazing service, and phenomenal food - what more can you want? I don't live near a Chick-fil-A (I know, true heartbreak), so I'm always sure to stop by whenever I'm in Tacoma. Like any other Chick-fil-A, expect the place to be PACKED. It doesn't matter if you order online - it'll still take time, and every form of pickup will be slammed. Although the wait is long, the staff clearly does their best and ensure quality food. And in my opinion, the food is completely worth it. I'd never been here before and we didn't quite have enough time to eat in so we decided to go through the drive through. There was a few cars ahead of us but there were 2 people taking orders so that we wouldn't have to wait too long. The outside looked clean and well kept. The young lady that took our order was very friendly, helpful and funny. She even told us a joke about her almost being off for the day. I definitely felt very welcomed and happy to be there. It definitely didn't take long at all for us to get our order, I was surprised we didn't wait as long as I thought we might. The guy at the window greeted my husband by his name and was very friendly. For what I could see, the inside looked like a nice clean place. They seemed to be busy but it looked very organized and running smoothly. The employees looked cheery. Our food was at a good temperature when we got home and everything we ordered was there. Everything was well packed, our napkins and condiments were packed in a separate sack. I liked that the food was packed in little sacks then put into a big plastic bag. It made it much easier for us to carry, it helped keep everything in place and warm. Our food was delicious. I had a spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries. I liked that the chicken was juicy, crunchy and flavorful. We also ordered chicken nuggets, grilled chicken nuggets and a chicken burger. Of course I had a little of everything and I was very pleased with everything. I was definitely satisfied with this place. We all ordered lemonade and let me tell you! It was absolutely delicious. Download the app. This one in particular is my favorite, the owner gives free treats often (every week) that I can go get and I of course get more. Chik-fil-a never goes wrong with comfort food. I've never been inside so I can't speak on ordering in. Yet, I've gone through the drive through countless times. The ordering is very simplistic. I love how they confirm a name to ensure they have the right individual at the drive up window. Drive through time typically take between 5-10 minutes which is pretty fast compared to other fast food joints. I will say one time I ordered "extra pickles," they literally gave me one. This establishment has coke zero, so I definitely get my refills for drink. They serve crispy or grilled chicken choices! When you dine here, the staff bring you your food.
