I like that they can your name and walk your food to you making the delivery and retrieval a team effort! Don't let the drive thru fool you, the line was wrapped around the building when I got here sand completely empty when I walked out. If that's not efficient, then I don't know what is!!! read more

The food quality is consistent, so everything tastes fine and the service is good. However, the accuracy (especially at the drive thru) is not good which is why I'm docking off 2 stars. Twice now, I've gotten my order wrong. I always order a wrap with avocado lime ranch dressing. The first time, I got the wrong dressing and since it was from the drive thru, I had to pull over to park the car and walk inside to get the dressing. The second time they screwed up was when I got no dressing. I contacted corporate, who claims that the manager of this location was contacted, but still received no response. If just the wrap plus fries didn't cost over 8 bucks, I probably wouldn't be complaining as much, but it was not a cheap purchase. Accuracy is more important than speed, so please tell your employees to double check the orders before handing them off to the customers. read more

Ok so Chick-fil-A isn't fancy food but they are almost always on point. They are our go-to "fast food" establishment. We go here at least once a week for my toddler and for the lemonade...I'm not gonna lie. The employees are always pleasant (my pleasure!) even if they're standing in the rain! One tip - no matter how long the line is, Drive-thru is quicker than going inside. Every time I have gone inside I wait foreverrrrr and the whole the drive-thru completely clears out. So just stay in your car and trust me! Also, if you haven't downloaded their app you're missing out on a ton of free food each year. Even if you rarely go they give you free food just for the heck of it at least a few times a year. read more

Cashier Nicole is a ray of sunshine! From the moment we stepped into the restaurant to the checkout line she repeated our order and made sure we had napkins and sauces. After sitting down, I realized my drink was too sweet and they had no issue getting me something else. This place is SPOTLESS. Every table is clean and orderly. I just went to this Chick-fil-A and have frequented often but this is the last time I will be going to this location. I spoke with the manager Jamie regarding a free Brownie sign that was posted in the drive-through. they mentioned several times that the sign had expired and that if I wanted the brownie I would have to pay. I felt however that since the sign was still up that it's the least they could do would give me a free brownie. Anyway, after going back-and-forth with her I explain that this is not the Customer Service I'm used to experiencing at Chick-fil-A and she slammed the window shut. You would think for a Chick-fil-A manager they would be better trained to handle situations like this. Why do I usually crave Chick-fil-a on Sundays? I've been a fan of Chick-fil-a. Their waffles fries with the Polynesian sauce is money! The mini hash browns on the breakfast menu is game as well. Now that I have a toddler, they never disappoint me just because they're baby/kid friendly as well! The kids menu saves our lives when we want something quick, somewhat nutritious and affordable for our toddler. It also comes with a toy, activity or book. The play area is also great for kids to expend their energy and meet other little people. This location is clean, CLEAN, friendly, quick and efficient, and homey. Love going to this new Chik-fil-a! The staff is attentive, friendly, and it is always their pleasure to ensure you have what you need! I wish the parking was a little easier since it can be very crowded during peak lunch/dinner times. The drive through is made so you have to make a U turn of a sort in order to get in. That means you have to deal with cars pulling into and backing out of spots as you want to get away quick! This can cause for a bit of a traffic jam, but luckily the drive thru service is prompt. read more

Unfortunately I made a so called common mistake of not picking the correct location So the manager told me she would contact the other store for me and have them cancel the transaction so I could be refunded. I went to the lunch here since it is very close to my job and I went in the drive through. The line was very quick! When I got back to my job I did notice my sandwich was wrong so I called to see if they could do any accommodation. I believe one of the mangers is who I spoke with and told me I could get one delivered ( which I was really impressed by) or get some rewards added to my account. I chose to get it delivered since I was really hungry and they gave me a extra side of large fries and a chocolate chip cookie! And it got here very quickly! Thank you!! read more

I specifically told her to put in my bag while she was taking my order and then you know my fat ass had to go back in through the drive-thru line to go and get my sauces that I asked for and she was completely rude. Chil-fil-a's are generally a solid choice. Granted we came off peak lunch and dinner hours as we needed to grab a bite to eat before going shopping at Wegmans. I'm not going to lie I was a little concerned about putting a chick-fil-a in an already crazy shopping center occupied by Wegmans. And I'd advise if you don't feel like dealing with the mad frenzy of either place go off peak. Overall a nice location it looks like all of the ones I've been to around here have gotten a bit of a face lift. The staff is always courteous and do strive to make it an enjoyable experience. The waffle fries were nice and hot, and the food was tasty as always. We ate inside and the dining room was clean and they had someone going around and tidying things up. Great food, but unsure what the deal is with the prices? Why is grilled chicken more than fried chicken. There is no way a press and some marinade/seasoning(if any) costs at least a $1 more than breading and oil. Even more the manager nor corporate could answer why this is. Wow, this Chick-fil-A location is awesome! Best experience in a fast food restaurant EVER. First off, the place is immaculate. Spotless through and through, anywhere you look. Counters, floors, doors. It looked as if the place was built yesterday. So clean! The best part is the service. First of all, they bring the food to your table. Then some of the staff comes and clean up your table if they see some of your stuff that's ready to go. And that's not all, they also go around and offer mints and hand wipes for everyone. WHAT?! The whole time we were there, we couldn't believe that we were dining in at Chick-fil-A. It was surreal. The whole experience was nothing like any other fast food chain. Gather all of your experiences dining in at a fast food joint. Then throw it out the window. Then go out side and find that pile, and douse it in gasoline and let it DIAF! Yes that's right, this chick-fil-a location has reinvented the way we dine at fast food joints! First off, they have workers at the drive thru to take your order. I looked at them and then felt the sun's heat but then I saw they actually had these water fans blowing on them and they were out there enjoying themselves! Then we went in and ordered out food. They actually bring it out to you! No waiting around and coming up to the counter and causing a clutter around the pick up counter. They even have someone going around offering mints and hand wipes. Then after you're done, someone comes and asks to throw your food out for you! It's almost like a restaurant but no tip needed! It was an awesome experience. Food wise, it was just perfect. The fries were perfectly fried and the sandwich was good. Nothing looked sorry! This is the BEST chik-fil-a place I've ever been to! read more

I'm a chic fil a fanatic:) however this is not one of my favorite locations to visit. It's one of the newer chic fil a's in the area-which I typically equate with better service. This is the only location in the area that consistently gets my order wrong. They are always busy-which is good for their business-but I always feel like I'm just rushed through the line without even double checking for basic things (I have to remind them to give me straws, my son's chocolate milk). We went for their Halloween event yesterday and that was so unorganized. After being their for 20 minutes we had to finally ask if there was an event happening. Outside of the fact that we were charged for the "free kids meal", the Craft was in a small back corner table with room for 2 children at a time. By the time we were able to get a seat-the lady in charge of the event left. I had to pull through supplies to figure out what materials were needed and helped my son and other children with the craft. Wasn't a big deal given that the craft was small-but it was obviously just thrown together. Typically not being prepared doesn't bother me-but last night the missing food, wrong order, and disorganized event really left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

This is a relatively new location and it was OK for a while, lately not so much. Got chicken tenders, had to pull over and wait in the parking lot for them to make it, like it was some special order they rarely get. Then when I got the order, even though obviously it was a fresh batch, the chicken was mostly mushy, crispy on the outside edge, all mush in the center, not a great texture for fried chicken. Not sure how and why but lately Chick-fil-A manages to turn everything into mush, including their Waffle Potato Fries, which must be some kind of achievement.
