Taco Bell is good for nostalgia purposes. Spent my formative years eating nachos supreme, and some unique burritos back in the day. Definitely miss the odd blue tables. On a plus note good staff here. They are both polite and efficient. Also this one is quite clean, which is always important. The tacos are fast food type. My favorite meal is the chalupa one. Nachos supreme occasionally is decent. I wish they would add desserts more, than the somewhat edible cinnamon sticks. Good eat in or drive through experience, and my teenager likes this location. The manager said she was sorry that Hubby came home without the REQUESTED sauces and NO receipt. "Do you really want to drive back here just to get a receipt?" No. I'll have to trust and hope. Then the manager reiterated the current and real reasons we often hear. I can't get employees. No one wants to work. Our supplies are behind, etc. Goodness! ;) Are you out of sauces and receipt paper for the register(s)? The food was good Taco Bell. Waited very long for a food. Ordered tacos and quesadilla, wasn't even sure if there was meat in it, but tasted good.

The drive thru is decent, and the place is well cleaned and well organized compared to most others. Overall, it gets 4 stars.

While I typically think its a waste of time to bother reviewing fast food slop shacks, in the interest of health and safety I had to warn the public about this place. It would take a good scrubbing, steam cleaning, and disinfecting just to bring this place up to ghetto standards; it would take a major renovation to bring it up to dump standards; and finally, if the owners moved out of there all together you could probably call this dump a business. Upon stepping in through the doors your senses will be assaulted with the reek of vomit. You wouldn't expect to find a place with this much "urban charm" nestled in the heart of Ashburn. The service is horribly slow and the managers are incredibly rude. Expect drive thru waits of 10+ minutes and lobby waits of 15+ minutes. The food was the worst I've ever been served at any Taco Bell. But don't take my word for it, many complaints have been lodged with Loudoun County's Health Department. I have been to this location plenty of times. It's always the same story. The people working here are always friendly to me. The speed of the service is on par with other taco bells. What makes this place horrible is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables and floors are always dirty. Tables are sticky and trash is all over the places. This last time, all the trash cans were full and you could barely get anything inside. Food wise, I haven't had any issues. Typical Taco Bell fair. So, I pulled up in the drive-thru and the line was not moving for 2 minutes, so I parked and walked in. I noticed there were a lot people standing around and waiting. While in line, I watched the employees in the kitchen working and they were moving slow, and people's orders were coming back incorrect. They walked extremely slow, they worked slow, and just looked like they hated being there. After 5 minutes of waiting, I got to the register and asked how long the wait for food was. The employee quietly said, "It's a while." I told him that we're not waiting and we'll just go some where else and we turned around and left. I couldn't tell if they were having an issue or not, but regardless, they should be telling people that they are backed up and that there is a delay. The staff said nothing. This is the worst Taco Bell/KFC. In Ashburn, Moe's is a better option for fast food Tex-Mex and Popeye's is a better bet for fried chicken. read more

I haven't thought outside the bun in years and it was late...I was hungry...feeling vulnerable...and it was the only place open. It was 1AM in the morning People! I didn't go for the cheesy gooey what the hell is that in my burrito concoction. Instead I went for the Cantina Menu and just had some plain tacos with cilantro and onion and it was good. The simpler the better in my opinion and that doesn't stop with fast food. The beans and cheese just sit inside your stomach for a year or two and it was just nice to eat something on the lighter side...for Taco Bell Standards. The speed at the drive thru was fine (probably becuase it was so late to begin with) and I gave the person there a little tip for hooking it up with 500 packets of hot sauce (secret ingredient for my Chopped competition against myself). I frequently visit this location for the value. Way cheaper than overpriced Chik Fil a right next store. Giving one star in hopes that they speed up their drive through! On average it t takes anywhere between 5-10 min to get your order! I usually get a breakfast burrito for a $1.06 Depending on my schedule I'll put on my makeup or lately just go to chick fil for the quick drive thru with 6 cars than wait 10 mins with no cars at Taco Bell. This location is absolutely grotesque. The drink fountain has a pipe running underground featuring "delicious" black mold surrounding the pipe, trash cans are always overflowing, floors feel like I stumbled into a porno theater with its extreme stickiness (yuk), and one of the younger staff always calls me "bro." Honestly, I've been wanting to write a horrible review for this Taco Bell. The restaurant is always sticky, the drive-thru takes an extraordinary amount of time, and only about 50% of the time my order is correct. However, I spoke to one of the employees Nadeem yesterday. He was kind, polite, and conversational. He even caught a mistake from another employee making my meal: he was professional and courteous as he explained the mistake to the other employee. He apologized for the delay and even threw in a free cookie. It is very apparent how much he cares about his employees and his position within this company. This is the type of customer service I expect and enjoy. It is the only reason (besides pure convenience that is Taco Bell) I will keep coming back to this location. I just left the drive thru where I ordered 2 beef mexi-melts with added sour cream and a Diet Pepsi. They didn't hear me say Diet Pepsi so it was left off the order. I asked to pay cash for it at the window and they agreed. Once I was several blocks away, I realized that's neither of the mexi melts had sour cream , even though they charged me for it. This place is a stones throw from my house but from now I'm going to the location in brambleton because this place is absolute garbage. The staff simply doesn't give a damn! My wife and I went to the drivethru today. There is horrible service. They don't even ask you what drink you want. The cashier we had today (Belkys was her name) was extremely disrespectful. When my wife went inside to talk to the manager, the manager wasn't even there. To our suprise, Belky was the one in charge at the time we were there. I belive that the customer is always right but she didn't agree. She was hispanic just like us, and when we spoke to her in Spanish, she told my wife to learn English before we order next time. This is the most unorganized, rude and slow Taco Bell I've ever been to in my entire life. Every single time I come here, I have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes just for a couple of items. I order the same burrito here and they ALWAYS mess it up, always...and then when you try to show them your receipt and tell them, they yell at you and refuse a refund. I wish that was the only thing I could complain about, but let me not even get into the rude, unfriendly and disrespectful employees that work here. I've had one of the managers here slam the window in my face because she rolled her eyes when I asked her why she huffed and puffed at me while I was ordering, when I wasn't being rude at all. They're always so rude and they never look you in your eyes when you speak to them and it's always an issue. First time ordered chicken tenders, they were really slow and the food was not even fresh. the potato wedges were warm, chicken tenders were cold and rubbery. The drive-thru is almost always full of cars and the wait can be up to 20-minutes to get through the drive-thru. Even when there are only two other people in front of you, you're looking at at least an 8-minute wait. I have decided to stop going because the orders usually are not correct. The person taking the order will ask you five questions confirming what you'd like, and reading it back, and then the person cooking it will just give you what ever they feel like making - has been my experience the last five trips. Any special requests like no-meat, no sour cream, etc., will not be honored. The crew at his Taco Bell is probably the worst I've ever come across. read more
