I almost never have a problem at Chick-fil-A but the gentleman in front of me got his order and it wasn't right for whatever reason the a young lady and Kevin was using the same register as I walked up the young lady asked if she could use the register really quick to fix the problem ver nicely and he ignored her not once but three times so I said it's ok please take care of the gentleman he said he fine can I take your order and I said she asked you if she could fix his order and you ignored her and he said she is fixing it now witch she wasn't she was looking embarrassing and frustrated with him but I told him can you please help him first and he said we are supposed to help the guest first and I said he is a guest and he was before me. And he said can I take your order in a rude voice and he also was rushing me I couldn't really think of what I wanted when I Order one thing he kept say will that be all I ordered another thing and he like will that be all will that be all. I have never met such a rude person with a nasty attitude. Kevin is definitely not made to work at Chick-fil-A with his nasty un- Christian like attitude. I have never been so unhappy with service from Chick-fil-A. I have ordered here about 13 times since moving to TX in August and 12/13 they have gotten my order wrong. We always do curbside. This store has treated me with extreme disrespect every time I have been there. Gabby has been rude when I am there for dinner and she has scoffed at me multiple times for no reason at all. I just feel an overall feeling of judgement from her. The manager Deni also in the evening has treated me utterly horrible. One time I was asking for the 8 count nuggets that were forgotten in my dine in order and when I went to the front counter to ask for them, the manager Deni was yelling furiously at two employees and telling them to shut up with large amounts of profanity. This isn't how anyone should be treated and I am calling on this Chick-fil-a to fix such leadership. read more

Seem to have issue after issue at this location. The last 4 times we've been there had been something wrong with our order. Food forgotten is the usual issue. Which is such a huge inconvenience when you get home and discover the error. I ate in the restaurant today, went to leave and knocked over my bag of trash, an employee was sitting at the table next to me eating lunch with his gf who was all made up and everything and had come to join him on his lunch break and helped me pick up my trash. the last time i was in spring, my order was incorrect that time too. 3 times, three, they could not properly make my order. this visit, i asked for a cobb salad no tomatoes, no corn. i asked for extra egg and extra lettuce. they completely omit the bacon. so fine, they provide it in a cup on the side. i also ordered a grilled club. no tomato, no bun. they gave me a chicken filet in lettuce! no cheese. no bacon. they remake it and put cold unmelted cheese. what is wrong with this location?! it is terrible. i will be posting a review on google. as people need to be forewarned. i don't even live here and this is not the sort of service i'm accustomed to from cfa. in addition to the horrible service the "manager" i encountered last time was here again, except this time he has on a name tag and it was not the name he gave me when i called to complain about him to the customer service team. he told me his name was dante, yet it's actually terry. then as i'm at the window, he thought it'd be funny to share with his fellow coworkers that i "was back again." prompting multiple cfa employees to look, contemptuously, in my car..some laughing others annoyed. this place is not going to experience the same level of success as other locations that are actually following the cfa mantra and customs. your staff needs extensive training on customer service and following orders, without inserting their presumptions. completely. disappointed. read more

Sat in drive thru line for about 20 minutes after ordering because the car in the very front received a wrong order and a replacement took forever. Almost everyone behind the car was already handed their food so we were all just sitting there. I am not sure why the employees wouldn't tell the car to move up to the front while they prepared the order but they should understand people have extremely short lunch breaks and expect fast food at a "fast food" restaurant. Drive through worker was very inattentive I had to repeat my order several times just for them to still make my food incorrectly, fries were old and stale. Once I got inside I noticed an overstock of cooked fries. The workers ignored my presence and then finally the rude ass manager Cedric Magdeleno greets me. I stated my issue and requesting that my order be remade he blatantly ignored my request to have my order remade and hands me another box of fries. I told him his communication was service was unacceptable and this individual proceeds to trying to dispute. He then says there busy so I should wait in line for a refund. Of course this was an attempt to get a reaction. One of the customers noticed the unreasonable nature of this interaction and stated I could get in front of her. He then begins further attempting to dispute stated I was upset because I didn't want my food because he wouldn't remake my order. Which confirmed that he ignored the request. I stated it's the lack of competence and professionalism. I would highly suggest going to another Chick-fil-A. I've never had this issue before . read more

Really disappointed in this location. It doesn't live up to the Chick Fil A quality and standards that I'm used to at other locations. I tried to use the app for curbside pickup and after 10 minutes I still didn't have food so I had to go and ask for my food, which defeated the purpose of saving time by ordering ahead so I could skip the lines and instead I spent 20 minutes (!!!) trying to get my order. The drive through has also been pretty slow on other visits. They don't have your food ready by the time you get to the window so you have to just sit there while they fugue out what you ordered and then bag it. I gave it 2 stars instead of just 1 because at least the servers are still very nice and polite. read more

I've never given anyone or anyplace a 5. 5's indicate that there is no room for improvement and that's not typical. The young lady that waited on me today deserves a 5! I ordered and when I tried to pay, the chip reader kept saying chip malfunction. It did it like 5 times and reached over with her Apple Watch and said, " I'll take care of it for you today". My good friend and I love to come here with our kiddos, we usually get the table that's perfect for your to see your kids while you sit and eat. My 1 yr old spilled some juice all over himself and got the floor wet I felt so bad but they staff were so nice and not bothered by the spill, I felt horrible I was even willing to clean it up but they were so kind and nice from the moment we walked in and out! This is one of the worst Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to. I am a red member so trust me, I've been to a lot. This time i ordered a large number 1 meal. Everything seems fine until i get to the window. Then I'm given a medium drink with a large fry. You'd think it's a simple fix, right? Just change it out with a large drink! You'd be wrong. This Chick-fil-A said i hadn't ordered a large drink but a medium. When i said i ordered a large the employee said "sure" and then asked. "That will be .22 cents". So instead of just giving me my large drink they had the guts to ask for more money. I stated that i will just not come back and I'll take the medium drink. The service here is well below the expected Chick-fil a standard. To start, we asked a drink holder for three drinks. They gave us a holder for two. Why? That's just stupid. All together we had 4 sandwiches and we asked for 8 Polynesian sauces. They only would give us 6. That's never happened at other chick fil a restaurants. Always a fan of the company. However this location is NEW and still has adjustments to make . I rarely order food here I normally get just the iced coffee because it's in between work locations. My only issue is they often give me the wrong flavor and some of the staff member aren't really familiar with how to make it with the right proportions of ingredients. Had to leave a review because it's been consistent with the error. Overall staff is friendly and place is always clean. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Ordered delivery at 8:23 am food arrived at 850 which was lovely, however they forgot the drinks. So I called the restaurant to let them know this and they said they would deliver the drinks. 1 hour later still no drinks so call again and the sweetest lady says if they aren't there in 5-10 minutes call again and she "will see what she can do for me". I call after 15 minutes and a very rude man answers. He proceeds to give me attitude for asking about what they can do for me after waiting 1 hour 15 minutes for drinks to go with my meal that I haven't eaten yet because I was going to eat it with my drink. He catches attitude instantly and says nothing can be done unless I bring back all the food. I say I will give the food to driver when he brings the sodas for order for them to remake it and send it back. He gets aggravated that I said such a thing mumbling his responses to me clearly showing he wants off phone. Driver arrived at 10:20, 1 hour and 30 minutes after I called to say they forgot my drinks, which was too late for me to give the food and receive breakfast back before 10:30 so I chose not to make the sweet drivers day worse. 1 hour and 30 minutes for drinks they forgot the first time and there is nothing they can do for it????? The worst chick fil a I have ever been too. The service is so slow every time. I regularly come here considering it is only a couple minutes away from my home. Tonight, I was in line for 15 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. They skipped over me once, and they messed up my order. The guy gave me a medium sized drink when I asked for a large. After he filled up my large drink, he continued to talk to one of his co-workers for about a minute with my completed drink in his hand. And then after his important conversation about "how a car makes noise," he gave me my drink. I rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the chick fil a on Sawdust then come to this one again. read more
