I love Chick-fil-A's ice cream cones. That's typically when I come here for. I am on the app quite about so I do get a lot of rewards. I do love their chicken nuggets and my son typically gets the breakfast biscuit all the time before school. Service is pretty much good. You can tell when you get new people. They're trying to get it together, but they typically do a good job. I never like to go inside. I think it's too chaotic and full of tons of kids so I typically like drive-through or just go in and pick up and leave. Restaurants typically look clean. read more

The food was very good here but the staff was 50/50. They weren't warm or super accommodating. There was only one worker that was kind. I do not know if people check Yelp to decide on which chik fil a to go to. But if you're someone who does, stay far far far away from this one. It's easily the worse chik fil a in existence. First and foremost they are not as pleasant in the customer service realm as any other ones. And more importantly they NEVER get orders right! Everytime I go here they mess up something. WORST chick fil a I have ever been to. Usually chick fils service is so quick and diligent.. but this location is completely lacking. The worker at the window completely reflects the manager Shannon's attitude and example. I was waiting to order in the left lane for awhile (and I mean awhile) and no one was taking my order. Meanwhile 4 cars in the right hand lane had their orders taken. So I assumed maybe their equipment wasn't properly working in the left lane.. I drove up to the window and asked to place my order. The worker at the window gave me attitude and told me to wait longer next time, I asked to speak to her manager and she quickly tried to make excuses and talk herself out of me speaking to a manager.. so I asked for the manager again. When the manager Shannon came over she did not even apologize for the inconvenience and told me I quote "if they think it's a mobile order they take longer, so I'm going to ask you to pull around to the front" She did not even ask what was going on and modeled a bad example of costumer service for her employees by having an attitude with a costumer and making excuses for their mistake. I hate that I have to even give a star to comment on my experience. September 5,2025 around 11:42 I placed an order and asked for the meal to be fresh. I ask this because this location has a habit of giving out hard fries. If I'm paying $12 for a dang sandwich meal, I should be able to enjoy it. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by a young, blonde Caucasian woman. I asked her if the meal was made fresh. She peeps her noggin IN THE BAG WHERE IM SUPPOSED TO EAT FROM and says "um our food is always fresh." I kindly informed her about previous visits and NICELY asked for fresh food. She slightly rolled her eyes as she walked off and mumbled "I guess." I told her not to even worry about the order and I drove away. well this store is awesome!! I order from them all the time!! I did a delivery and I was having trouble with the redeemed rewards. I ordered my delivery and the rewards didnt go through! The staff at this Chick-fil-A location needs more training on how to communicate properly and repeat orders. My order was wrong today, so I drove back through the drive-through, and instead of apologizing and saying she would fix it she told me I told her wrong with an attitude. It was an easy fix and I know people make mistakes but it could have been handled differently. In addition, many times when I come to the speaker, the order taker takes a while to take my order. We love that it is clean and there are never a million cars or people here, but with that being said, it takes FOREVER to get your food and everyone seems confused. I recently tried their Cobb salad and looooove it. I order it every time to save for later. There was an internal battle of whether i liked it fresh or refrigerated because they are both equally good. I got my husband on them and now he orders them all the time. This is my fist time having to write a negative review about a company I love. Today I ordered food on the app for curbside. I went in and instantly you could tell the energy off. I was asked was my order door dash or Uber eats to which I informed them that it was curbside. I al currently almost 9 months pregnant. There's an area for pick up for Uber eats and door dash, it's a shelf with 3 rows, my food was at the bottom. Due to pregnant it's challenging for me to bend down. We love this location. The people are so nice and always clean. My kids love to play here and is not crowded like other locations. Natalie is so sweet always making sure if we need anything.
