ok, it's what it is and I have no plans to return that being said I really do not understand the never ending parade of cars that line up to eat an overpriced chicken sandwich with mediocre waffle fries. You can go across the street and get chicken sandwiches that are equally mundane without waiting. I obviously was cared for by a trainee. He didn't have that smooth processing quality of service that Chick-fil-A is known for Nice kid who got my order right. The dining area is remarkably clean and appealing. Tables had flowers of many colors bringing to mind a rainbow but then again that goes against their corporate culture. Nevertheless flowers are a very nice touch! I was "shocked" to discover only two tiny pickles on my expensive spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was moist and tasty though on a eh roll (This is fast food after all.). Went for the diet lemonade even though Splenda sweetens it. So I am sitting here knowing an outstanding Asian restaurant is less than a quarter mile away and their complete lunch specials are less than my fast food price and they serve me at a table with real food. When all else fails, CFA comes through with the win. While the items were consistent with taste n quality, the presentation was not appealing at all. French fries not filled in the box. Chicken breast broken in 2 parts. Milkshake sloppy and dripping all over from cup. From what was served, Waffle fries were seasoned and the chicken itself was good. Milkshake was on too, but not a personal fan of peach flavor. It doesn't seem like cfa uses fresh crushed peaches but probably some concentrate. read more

Literally the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Been there twice this month and was nothing but problem. The first time I was missing half my order. The second time the drive thru line was going so slow, waited over two minutes to one side while the other side was flying past. Then, I get to the window and they tell me I need to wait an additional 4 minutes for a sandwich......I only ordered two meals so I am not sure what needed additional time. By far the slowest chick-fil-a. Drive thru is consistently backed up and disorganized. Employees are confused about orders and spend time chatting amongst themselves while the lines get even longer. They have given me the wrong order then provided the same items to the car behind me. Wait times are excess and it's 50/50 if your order will be correct. Go anywhere else. read more

I have been going to this Chick-Fil-A since I was very young and it is always excellent with the way the food is prepared and the way it tastes. All the employees are very helpful and nice to the customers. Usually I go through the drive-thru, but sometimes I like to head into the place. Great Ad for the Maple Bacon Chicken Sandwich - HORRIBLE food. I do not go to CFA due to my long experience of dried out chicken, long lines caused by lazy workers taking lots of time to chat, share posts, etc., so that the lines do not move, but this ad got me. I gave it a re-try. This was an expensive mistake. As before , this was overprice dried out grilled chicken that was VERY spicy with misplaced sweet pickles that only added to the confusion of bad tastes. I threw more than half of it out due to inedibility, despite the cost. I do not recommend. read more

This is the worst one ever! Last time they delivered my food was ice cold. Called and complained received an email which I thought was for a free delivery because of the piss poor service from the prior delivery. But after placing my order I was charged the $5 delivery charge so I call to cancel it. But he tells me the delivery driver already left but that they would credit my order. They literally called the driver back to the store and there's the charge on my credit card! So OVER this place...DONE! read more

I had a mobile order which is supposed to make things easier, yet for the large amount of people working no one had checked me in. I showed up to the window not knowing I had to be "checked in" and then was told to park in curbside and wait for my order. It took atleast 30 minutes of waiting which was absurd for the amount of employees standing around and talking to one another. I asked about my order and was quickly given it by a rude employee. We were very surprised by the prompt drive thru service. Thought we were in for a wait with the line of cars... Courteous Staff take your order on one of two separate lines. They review your order. Next is the outdoor " pay" station.... Cash or charge. And then a short wait By the pick up area, where your order is delivered to your car. Very well organized! Very good choice of "entrees" . The chicken sandwiches were very tender as were the chicken strips. The waffle fries are a treat! Love the Chick-fil-a sauce. read more

Chick-fil-A is awesome. This particular Chick-fil-A has a lot to be desired though. Now maybe it's just the time of my day that I cross paths with this one but I got to say I've never had an experience where I didn't have to wait for my food. Whether it's in the line with the other cars just going slow because it's busy which is fine. Or that every time I order lunch right at 10:30 I have to wait 15-20 minutes for the food to come out in a parking spot. Every time I come to this one it never fails. for instance I wrote this entire review while waiting in the Chick-fil-A line. Maybe I'm just a b**** but I mean the people are pretty darn great here and friendly don't get me wrong. I might just be spoiled by the other Chick-fil-A I visit is all. We go to order delivery again because we received a coupon for free delivery yet now their app does not have a delivery option! The same app that says we have free delivery! We go to pick up our order and once again, they forget an entire meal!! Yet again we call (several times) and again they don't answer!! We called customer service and rather then getting a refund, they add a free meal to our account. Seriously?!? I don't ever want to set foot in that place again. Chick-Fil-A rocks! I have always loved Chick-Fil-A and was so excited to see this location open several years ago. The original chicken sandwich was amazing and then they added the absolute most awesome spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had. Add waffle fries on top - don't forget to order cheese sauce and chick-Fil-a sauce to dip - and fresh brewed sweet tea and fresh made lemonade and you have an amazing fast food experience. Oh yeah, and the service is pretty darn good, too. Be aware that the lot for this location is pretty tight and it is even tough to get across the driveway from the parking field for Lowe's. Although there is plenty of parking, navigating this obstacle course during peak times may not be for the faint of heart. read more

Once again this Chikfila disappoints me. Went for curb side last week got 3 strips instead of my 12 count nuggets. Called them up and they offered me a free meal in my name, ok. I go there today and they couldnt figure out how to do it and were very rude. After eventually figuring out how to do their job i waited for my food. And waited, and waited, and waited. Its a single meal shouldnt be hard to make. People behind me in line getting their food before me too. A good tip would be to stop taking orders and filling up the little standing room and start making more food. Finally got my food and they gave me the wrong sauce shocker. I have been to many chick-fil-a's many times. I have never had a problem at any chick-fil-a ever, in my life, until I moved to Glassboro and began using this store as my local chick-fil-a. Without fail, they have messed up every time I have gone. As I'm writing this, it's the third time they have marked my order as completed and brought out to my car without so much as starting the order. I always have to go in and remind them to take the sticker off their hot food warmer and actually start the order. This is by far my favorite Chick-Fil_A location. It's always clean, the play area for kids is well kept and there are always plenty of employees around to help you. There is plenty of parking as this place is always crowded no mater what time of day you arrive. The line moves fast and they bring your food to your table when its ready. This location is astonishingly slow. 30 minutes from entering the queue to leaving with my bag of food. We passed the time in the line by betting which line would go the quickest. My order was messed up. Wrong sodas. I paid for stuff I didn't want, and got some stuff for free that I didn't want.
