Mid service, extremely dirty inside and highly doubt I'd ever revisit or suggest this location to anyone else. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Sewell, New Jersey

ok, it's what it is and I have no plans to return that being said I really do not understand the never ending parade of cars that line up to eat an overpriced chicken sandwich with mediocre waffle fries. You can go across the street and get chicken sandwiches that are equally mundane without waiting. I obviously was cared for by a trainee. He didn't have that smooth processing quality of service that Chick-fil-A is known for Nice kid who got my order right. The dining area is remarkably clean and appealing. Tables had flowers of many colors bringing to mind a rainbow but then again that goes against their corporate culture. Nevertheless flowers are a very nice touch! I was "shocked" to discover only two tiny pickles on my expensive spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was moist and tasty though on a eh roll (This is fast food after all.). Went for the diet lemonade even though Splenda sweetens it. So I am sitting here knowing an outstanding Asian restaurant is less than a quarter mile away and their complete lunch specials are less than my fast food price and they serve me at a table with real food. Oh well I was hungry ...this was ok ... three stars for the flowers and cleanliness .... read more

Right now I am counting 11 people standing around talking doing nothing. I placed a mobile order 20 min prior to arrival and it was not ready when I arrived so they told me to wait. I have now been waiting 12 minutes for a singular chicken sandwich. What the hell. I'm usually not like this but this is crazy. Never coming here again oml. read more

When all else fails, CFA comes through with the win. While the items were consistent with taste n quality, the presentation was not appealing at all. French fries not filled in the box. Chicken breast broken in 2 parts. Milkshake sloppy and dripping all over from cup. From what was served, Waffle fries were seasoned and the chicken itself was good. Milkshake was on too, but not a personal fan of peach flavor. It doesn't seem like cfa uses fresh crushed peaches but probably some concentrate. read more

Horrible service. Waited at the speaker 5 min at the drive through. No other cars there. Finally went in to order, only to see staff just hanging out talking. read more

I just love this place the food sandwiches. Everything is delicious and fresh and I love the young people that work there they always look so nice so clean cut Professional. I wish I could find this in the other restaurants. read more

Literally the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Been there twice this month and was nothing but problem. The first time I was missing half my order. The second time the drive thru line was going so slow, waited over two minutes to one side while the other side was flying past. Then, I get to the window and they tell me I need to wait an additional 4 minutes for a sandwich......I only ordered two meals so I am not sure what needed additional time. All I know is I'm not coming back to this location ever again. Update- waited an additional 10 minutes to a completely wrong order read more

Food was ok as normal, drive thru was a cluster. Went into the right stall, which was much shorter than the left. All of a sudden everything on the left started moving and nothing on the right did, so every car that came after us somehow got to the window way before us. read more

Service is terrible. Why bother ordering curbside if i am still going to wait over 20 minutes in the lot? Absolutely horrible service. Never again read more

Every single chicken nugget biscuit minis for my breakfast were stale as a rock on the backs. The ice tea was warm. Not sure I'd get breakfast from here again. read more

Terrible terrible terrible Either get more people to work ot just close it Sitting in drive through forever!!!! Didn't even order yet!!! My kids are loosing their minds over here and so am I !!! Its a joke !! I know the line was long but its not moving and it sucks !!!!!!!! Zero stars or less if I could !!!!! read more

By far the slowest chick-fil-a. Drive thru is consistently backed up and disorganized. Employees are confused about orders and spend time chatting amongst themselves while the lines get even longer. They have given me the wrong order then provided the same items to the car behind me. Wait times are excess and it's 50/50 if your order will be correct. Go anywhere else. read more

I have been going to this Chick-Fil-A since I was very young and it is always excellent with the way the food is prepared and the way it tastes. All the employees are very helpful and nice to the customers. Usually I go through the drive-thru, but sometimes I like to head into the place. It is always clean and the food is brought very quickly. Don't trust the bad ratings, this is a Chick-Fil-A you'll want to keep visiting all the time. read more

Great Ad for the Maple Bacon Chicken Sandwich - HORRIBLE food. I do not go to CFA due to my long experience of dried out chicken, long lines caused by lazy workers taking lots of time to chat, share posts, etc., so that the lines do not move, but this ad got me. I gave it a re-try. This was an expensive mistake. As before , this was overprice dried out grilled chicken that was VERY spicy with misplaced sweet pickles that only added to the confusion of bad tastes. I threw more than half of it out due to inedibility, despite the cost. I do not recommend. read more

Place was really nice a guy that works there his name is Pat he came up to my table and asked if my daughter or wife wanted a refill I was so impressed he had a really warm feeling to the place and my friend with me never ate here before and he said I will always want to come here now. read more

3 out of 5 times now Ive thrown my sandwich in the trash. The grilled chicken has a strange rubbery texture like theyre using that lab grown nonsense. You will never get my money again. read more

This is the worst one ever! Last time they delivered my food was ice cold. Called and complained received an email which I thought was for a free delivery because of the piss poor service from the prior delivery. But after placing my order I was charged the $5 delivery charge so I call to cancel it. But he tells me the delivery driver already left but that they would credit my order. They literally called the driver back to the store and there's the charge on my credit card! So OVER this place...DONE! read more

I had a mobile order which is supposed to make things easier, yet for the large amount of people working no one had checked me in. I showed up to the window not knowing I had to be "checked in" and then was told to park in curbside and wait for my order. It took atleast 30 minutes of waiting which was absurd for the amount of employees standing around and talking to one another. I asked about my order and was quickly given it by a rude employee. I am not at all blaming the employees but the management who should be keeping things in line better. The food was good however the service was something I have never experienced with cfa. read more

We were very surprised by the prompt drive thru service. Thought we were in for a wait with the line of cars... Courteous Staff take your order on one of two separate lines. They review your order. Next is the outdoor " pay" station.... Cash or charge. And then a short wait By the pick up area, where your order is delivered to your car. Very well organized! Very good choice of "entrees" . The chicken sandwiches were very tender as were the chicken strips. The waffle fries are a treat! Love the Chick-fil-a sauce. read more

Chick-fil-A is awesome. This particular Chick-fil-A has a lot to be desired though. Now maybe it's just the time of my day that I cross paths with this one but I got to say I've never had an experience where I didn't have to wait for my food. Whether it's in the line with the other cars just going slow because it's busy which is fine. Or that every time I order lunch right at 10:30 I have to wait 15-20 minutes for the food to come out in a parking spot. Every time I come to this one it never fails. for instance I wrote this entire review while waiting in the Chick-fil-A line. Maybe I'm just a b**** but I mean the people are pretty darn great here and friendly don't get me wrong. I might just be spoiled by the other Chick-fil-A I visit is all. Anyway great food great service just very very slow. Oh and the chicken is normally good here but today happened to get a tiny filet on my Chicken Egg and Cheese Bagel. Not really that big a deal it was still delicious. read more

Absolutely awful. Where do I begin... First we order delivery and they forget an entire meal. We try to call to see if someone can come deliver it to us and they don't answer. We go to order delivery again because we received a coupon for free delivery yet now their app does not have a delivery option! The same app that says we have free delivery! We go to pick up our order and once again, they forget an entire meal!! Yet again we call (several times) and again they don't answer!! We called customer service and rather then getting a refund, they add a free meal to our account. Seriously?!? I don't ever want to set foot in that place again. Oh and we waited over an hour for the meal we picked up!! At this point McDonalds has better customer service!! read more

Chick-Fil-A rocks! I have always loved Chick-Fil-A and was so excited to see this location open several years ago. The original chicken sandwich was amazing and then they added the absolute most awesome spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had. Add waffle fries on top - don't forget to order cheese sauce and chick-Fil-a sauce to dip - and fresh brewed sweet tea and fresh made lemonade and you have an amazing fast food experience. Oh yeah, and the service is pretty darn good, too. Be aware that the lot for this location is pretty tight and it is even tough to get across the driveway from the parking field for Lowe's. Although there is plenty of parking, navigating this obstacle course during peak times may not be for the faint of heart. read more

So I had an u we eats order today and since the apps didn't have an option for me to order a meal or add comments I called ahead to let them know I placed the order and asked for sauces and whoever picked up the phone said they'd let the driver know. The app also didn't give option of contacting the driver prior to picking up the order so extremely disappointing they didn't give me any sauces when I can't see why they couldn't of just set some aside for a call ahead order. read more

First, the service is getting slower. I had to wait 20 mins for food and then had to go up and get condiments because they don't have any out. Secondly, I am concerned about the waste of paper. If I am eating it in the restaurant why put it in a bag? Waste of resources read more

Once again this Chikfila disappoints me. Went for curb side last week got 3 strips instead of my 12 count nuggets. Called them up and they offered me a free meal in my name, ok. I go there today and they couldnt figure out how to do it and were very rude. After eventually figuring out how to do their job i waited for my food. And waited, and waited, and waited. Its a single meal shouldnt be hard to make. People behind me in line getting their food before me too. A good tip would be to stop taking orders and filling up the little standing room and start making more food. Finally got my food and they gave me the wrong sauce shocker. Have fun cleaning up the trash on your floor. read more

We stopped by this Chick-Fil-A on the way to Wheaton Arts Festival. It's SLOW and fairly dirty. We chose this over local options here because we thought it would be consistent with our positive experiences at other locations-not so! And, the cup I was given for the lemonade had a mouse-chewed edge that allowed the lidded drink to leak. Haha. read more

This might be one of the worst Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to. Getting into the drive through is terrible. The parking lot is terrible & the curbside pick up is ridiculous. They are extremely slow. Not sure what the issue is but this Chick-fil-A needs major improvement. I've never been disappointed with a Chick-fil-A before but this one is terrible. Also, they ALWAYS forget the sauces. read more

Worst Chick-Fil-a out there. They pride themselves on fast drive thru service but with minimal cars in this drive through it took 20 min to place my order. Be prepared to sit. Then they skipped me and placed 3 orders from the other line. Skip this location and opt for another fast food place read more

This is the slowest chic fil a you will visit. Once you're in line in the drive through, you're trapped. I have spent 30 minutes in line here with maybe 8 cars in front of me. When living in the city, I've seen chic fil a's with triple the traffic work at a much faster pace read more

sat at the drive thru line at the speaker for 20 minutes and got 0 response and the lane next to me got helped the whole time. unacceptable

It's just not as good as everyone thinks it is and Popeyes chicken sandwich is way better in every single way.there's too much good food in Pitman and Sewell and mantua to spend money on fast food that is unhealthy for you. The lines here are always huge and the food just isn't good enough to wait that long in line. read more

Came to this story a couple days ago to just go through DRIVE through yet it took 20 min to get to the window. Then at the window they told us to go PARK and wait till our food is ready. Again I thought this was a drive through. Have had awful service before. And this establishment still has awful management who can't control the store. read more

I've never been to a place that called itself fast food, yet took 20 minutes to go through the drive thru. That's not an exaggeration, either. Absolute standstill for 20 minutes, and this is a normal occurance. Its honestly a waste to even try and go there because the service is so slow 90% of the time. Dont waste your time trying to come here if you dont have an hour and a half to waste. read more

I have been to many chick-fil-a's many times. I have never had a problem at any chick-fil-a ever, in my life, until I moved to Glassboro and began using this store as my local chick-fil-a. Without fail, they have messed up every time I have gone. As I'm writing this, it's the third time they have marked my order as completed and brought out to my car without so much as starting the order. I always have to go in and remind them to take the sticker off their hot food warmer and actually start the order. If you're taking the time to read this, it might be worth your time to drive to a different chick-fil-a. read more

This is by far my favorite Chick-Fil_A location. It's always clean, the play area for kids is well kept and there are always plenty of employees around to help you. There is plenty of parking as this place is always crowded no mater what time of day you arrive. The line moves fast and they bring your food to your table when its ready. Nice location when you just want to relax. read more

The nicest Chick fil a I've been to. Most Of these have standard rules and cleanliness but this one goes above and beyond. Someone brings your food to your table, or walks around asking if you'd like another drink. The play yard is super clean. I know employees are supposed to be friendly but the workers here are super nice! My favorite Chick fila in the area!! read more

This place sucks. You have to wait in line for damn near an hour to even get to the order speakers. And half the time you don't even get the right order. DONT COME HERE. Worst service you will ever get. read more

Terrible service. Ordered food for curbside pickup. There were no available spaces for curbside pickup. App said to park and put flashers on but did not confirm I was there. WIted 30 minutes.
