What a mistake ... this particular Golden Arches dine in experience made me feel like they wanted to put a trash laden wall between any incoming customers and being served. And, they told this customer that one essential fast food item was OUT OF STOCK (I found out it was in stock but too late for me.) I don't know where to start ... ok, the food was slightly below fast food standards with a weird texture to the pickle but frankly it was fast food and it was a chain restaurant's fast food so never should one expect high quality. However, being forced to choose an unsweetened ice tea when other options existed well that's next. So, they want you to use their machines ... skip the human and even though you can use the human none seemed to be taking orders when I walked in because they seemed more interested in getting their friend an ice cream sundae. I chose the kiosk because I was in a hurry for a meeting hence the fast food choice for my meal. The kiosk lacks customer clarity and nowhere did it show that once you had your numbered receipt in hand that you had to pay for your order before the order went into the back to get worked on. So, I stood around holding my receipt with number 6 on it waiting ... waiting ... waiting for anyone to either ask "can I hope you" or to call my number out so I could go up and pay for it and then gulp it down. After what seemed to be hours and noticing that my number was not on the screen that showed orders being worked on I asked someone. She asked, "Did you pay?" When I said no, she said "You have to pay first" and pointed to the cashier who couldn't give a damn that a human was in front of him. But back to the kiosk ... I ordered my sandwiches but wanted a soda (For those in other regions of the country it was a pop I wanted or a coke.) for that sugary satisfaction that matches the culinary delights one finds at a fast food restaurant. The machine said OUT OF STOCK .... OUT OF STOCK Coca Cola, OUT OF STOCK SPRITE ... OUT OF STOCK ROOT BEER .... OUT OF STOCK of surgery beverages so I asked an employee who was near me ... what's up with this ... he looked, shrugged and said we must be out. WHAT OUT OF STOCK of SODA ... ISN'T COCA COLA a BLOOD BROTHER OF THE CLOWN? So, I ordered the higher priced ice tea because you can't eat this food without a beverage to clear your palette. To my surprise after paying and heading to sit down ... there in front of me were the fully operating soda machines and Mr. 'We Must Be Out" had what appeared to be a large Coca Cola in his hands. Too late ... I was already nearing the "late to my meeting" clock so no arguing and not back to the kiosk machine ... the ice tea would do. And, then ... amidst an overflowing number of employees everywhere I looked ,,,, I went to toss my trash away and the trash can was overflowing with refuse. Then I looked at the other two trash cans ... OVERFLOWING ... I wasn't about to ask and get the shrugging shoulders saying 'way it is man.' Now, I would suppose the drive through doesn't have the problems I experienced because you have to toss your own trash and don't have to use a kiosk. And, I"d be willing to bet the person with the microphone probably knows the soda machine is working so that drive through customers can get the lesser priced beverage that is never good for your health ... Ronald must be wiping his tears when he looks at this location certainly not worthy of his collective group of friends who I assume have to eat in because Ronald and the Hamburglar can't drive. read more

Dining room was fthy. Workers had a piss poor attitude. Fries were cold and stale. The service at this mcdonald's has gown down the drain.

I tried the chicken big Mac patties, they were very good and seriously taste like the nuggets. I got a 10 pc nugget meal and it was okay. The nuggets weren't as crunchy and just didn't taste as good. The fries (I got a large combo and a free medium fry) were amazing, Not over-salted and were fresh. My sprite was good. Food was okay. However, I ordered holiday pies, chicken nuggets, and two drinks. I didn't get any of the holiday pies, nor the straws or sauces. Horribly inconvenienced me. The store was dirty. The service at this specific McDonald's is absurdly bad. They prioritize drive thru and completely ignore everyone inside. Do not even try to pay cash here. Every time i do i stand at the register for 10+ minutes as every worker makes eye contact with me and then proceeds to ignore me and wont take my money. Last night i ordered at 8:30 and didn't get to pay till 8:55 so i didn't get food til 9:10pm. Its just absurd a spent 25 minutes trying to give them money and no one would take it. read more

Had a horrible experience at this McDonald's today. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with no onions, no pickles and an extra patty because I thought it'd be funny. I also ordered a chocolate milk for nostalgic purposes. The staff not only forgot to give me my chocolate milk, but they also forgot to put the extra patty on my quarter pounder, however they did remove the onions and pickles so at least they can follow allergy modifications. I then went back into the store and it took them 20 minutes to make a replacement and I almost missed work. Horrible place, but it was quite clean. read more

This is my favorite McDonalds from when I was young, and still a favorite! I was in yesterday with my dad and our Quarter Pounders with cheese were spot on. The freshest I have had in a long time (I no longer live in the area). Not only that, but the person on duty (manager or assistant?) was friendly and welcoming. Was coming to grab my crew a quick breakfast. I love coming to this one even though it's alittle outta my way but I know the food is always fresh and my orders are always right. But , today I break down in drive thru was so embarrassing but Harris one of the workers came out and tried helping me get my car moved. long story short it started. Harris and his crew went over and beyond to calm me down and just wanted to make sure I was ok. They also brought me out my food hot and fresh and gave it to me. I was in tears and so thankful. stressed with a young child in the car and my oldest it was a nice blessing to my crazy morning.. Order food. Get to the window. They don't have your stuff ready. They tell you to wait in 'Reserved Drive Thru 1.' 15 minutes later they come out with half your order. Half missing. And everything that you got is cold. Good times. read more

The rating depends on the day, It's McDonalds so you know what the food is like, I go here a lot unfortunately and the service is hit or miss depending on what time of day it is. They are bad at special orders so keep that in mind. It's not the best McDonalds but it's the closet one to me. If only they hadn't gotten rid of their GameCubes. read more

Was very disturbed by the employee in the drive through this evening. We placed our order and drove up to first window and waited a reasonable amount of time. When no one came we drove to the second window assuming they were short staffed. When we were at the window an employee spike very rudely to us saying g next time to stay at the first window to pay. They took our miney and walked away to get change. When they returned I told them that they were being rude. They abruptly turned and yelled that they didn't care because they only had two weeks left. We had to ask for a manager who was very nice and did apologize and we requested the name of his supervisor and owner. He graciously wrote that down. But sadly we have been going to this mcdonalds for 30 years but do not plan on returning. We hope that the manager sent that employee home. On a positive note the young lady handing us our food was very polite and offered whip cream to our dog. But like I said we will not be returning. read more

My daughter got sick on the breakfast egg, sausage, McMuffin. I had a sausage egg and cheese mcgridle, it was soggy but the egg was good and the sausage was good. The ketchup in the dispenser was orange, I had to ask for ketchup packs and I did not see anyone going to fix it any time soon. Won't be going there soon. read more

Rude employees! Made me feel as if I was an annoyance for ordering food. The employees mumbled, responded with "MmHhmm", and never once used any manners. My 10 yr. old daughter noticed the horrible service as well. She commented, "no-one here seems to be happy". "They must not like their job". The order was wrong, no napkins, straws or sauce given. This location is convenient because I'm on the road in the wee hours and they are open 24 hours. The service is very slow overnight, but it's not a problem for me because I can work in the car while I wait. It might be something to consider if you are in a hurry. read more

We just ordered two burgers with no cheese and said "No cheese" 478 times to the person who was taking the order. There was no cheese on top, we checked before we left, but then found a piece hidden underneath where you couldn't see it. Do these numbskulls know people have serious allergies? Probably not. They also don't know how to make a burger with "No cheese" without stripping it of everything else that goes on it. Lettuce isn't cheese...ketchup isn't cheese...sauce isn't cheese. This place is an average McDonald's. The fries are delicious. Great eggs and hashbrowns. Their southwest salad (without chicken) is amazing! No veggie burger yet, but that's true of pretty much all McDonald's in America. Never a problem with the staff. Pricing is good. Can eat healthily if one pays attention to the calories and nutrition info. Can get busy and then it's a bit annoying. Early morning hours they're understaffed. Usually can get service pretty quickly. Not a bad place to eat meals of any sort. read more

I will NEVER be back there again!!!!! I am going on vacation today and thought I could grab a "quick" breakfast to take home with me while I got everything ready. Well that wasn't the case,not by a long shot! I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino and the bacon,egg.and cheese meal on a bagel. I specifically asked for no butter sauce on the bagel because it makes it greasy. I pulled up and got the order and it was completely wrong. She handed me a small hot coffee...and the sandwich has the sauce all over it. I told her I asked for a caramel Frappuccino and no butter on it. She said "I could've sworn I heard you say small coffee..and it's not butter it's garlic sauce". I explained to them that in fact I did say CARAMEL FRAPPUCCINO. And I told her that if I asked for no butter on the sandwich they could've informed me it was garlic and asked if I still didn't want any on it. She was being argumentative with me on the subject which was extremely annoying. I didn't have the time to argue with her about it and I don't feel like I should have had to! We pulled up to the front and waited for the correct order and it took close to 10 minutes. We were really pressed for time so the "quick breakfast" turned into a never ending nightmare! So I FINALLY got home and opened up the breakfast sandwich..the bacon was 100% all fat...it was absolutely disgusting! And the bagel wasn't toasted..it was like eating cold white bread. So after that whole ordeal I ended up throwing the breakfast sandwich out! I just ate the hash brown and drank the Frappuccino! So needless to say I wasted probably a good 30-35 minutes that I DIDN'T have to get a "quick/easy" breakfast. I am still hungry and have to drive down the shore annoyed..rushed..and hungry.
