When my order was ready it came in a cute reusable bag with their logo and info on it. The chicken and fries were hot, crispy, and well seasoned. It's easy to find. When you're driving west, just turn in at the several Krispy Krunchy Chicken banners on the westbound side of Baltimore National Pike just west of I-695 and look for Poblano. It's a little tricky coming east: you have to drive past Alexander Av, (no matter what your map-app says), and do a u-turn where you would be going into the Lidl - Home Depot parking lot.
