I do not frequent this location much anymore but it was on the way to an event and needed to pick up dinner for 2 people. It took about 20 minutes to get through the line and i'm not sure why. The order did specify fries to have no salt but that couldn't possibly take 20 minutes. And once i get to the window, i feel so rushed when i try to make sure the fries had no salt and ask for a few sauces. *sigh* and i regret in the past not speaking up and calling when they mixed up my own breakfast orders... twice. read more

Long waits unorganized staff management is not effective. Visited this chick fil a today to grab dinner! I've been here before and depending on the time you go, it can get backed up as this spot is mainly a drive thru spot. Personally, I think lunch rush hour is busier than dinner time. My sister and I placed two separate orders. At the window, we received only one order, but they couldn't find the second. At their request, my sister handed the employees her phone to look through her order details, though they still could not find it in their system. Employee Jazmine first claimed it was ordered to the wrong location, which was not true. Then Jazmine continued to scroll through her kiosk without explanation, leaving us waiting while our other order got cold. We waited at the window for about eight minutes with no explanations. There was a growing line of cars behind us who were being hand-delivered their orders while we all waited. My sister asked for a status update, and I asked for a replacement for the now-cold items, which prompted Jazmine to snap and refuse to assist us. She yelled at us, told us she would not be serving us, and that she did not care what we wanted or needed. A nearby manager, another young woman, remained silent despite our pleas to intervene. I believe she was intimidated by Jazmine. My sister apologized in case we had offended her, but again explained we were just trying to get our issues fixed, and eventually Jazmine came to her senses. She said that she was sorry she was rude to us, but we had been demanding and rude first, so she said she was justified being rude in return. I've worked in service, and I know what difficult customers are. We were not that. Our expectations were to simply receive our items in a timely manner, and once that didn't happen, have the cold items replaced. The missing items were a sandwich and mac & cheese. How hard would it have been to bag those items and send us on our way? All in, it took 25 minutes to get our food. Jazmine held up the line, wasted so many people's time, humiliated us, and provided us with horrendous service. I will avoid this location like the plague. read more

This review is long due! I love Chick-fil-A. Ten years ago, I lived in the south (Louisiana). I used to get Chick-fil-A almost every day. I was so happy when they finally opened up a location in Cali. This location is always fast and friendly and makes it an easy experience. This place is good if you want something quick and easy. It is a bit expensive compared to other fast foods. But they try to make it up by having your order ready ASAP with excellent service. No indoor or outdoor seating. read more

Yes.... the lines can be long during busy hours, but one hack seems to work for me all the time. GET THE APP and order ahead! To date, even as short as 10 minutes, I'll send an order it, and it's ready by the time I get there. Added bonus: the owner/GM of the place always sends out freebies as a thanks for business. I've gotten free sandwiches, nuggets, etc, and it's always been a good experience. Not going to lie, the worst possible time to go there during the week is around 3pm, because every parent that just picked up their kids from school is in line here, so I just grab it before picking them up. Ordered on Uber Eats. 4 meals with no condiments delivered when condiments were ordered. 1 order was incorrect all together. Food is extremely bland without their condiments. Didn't even finish a boring chicken sandwich we overpaid for. The only solution the manager gave was to reorder after we paid $15 in service charges plus a tip for literally not even doing the bare minimum of checking to see if the employees at chick fil a threw the correct food in the bag. This is literally the worst Chick fil A experience I've ever had. The kid asked me 4 times to repeat my order at the order mic and then got it all wrong anyhow. I went and ordered two Chick-fil-A deluxe, and the woman asked me what kind of cheese I wanted and I told her pepper jack and then when I checked my order, she gave me American cheese. Why would you ask me what I want and then give me something else??!! And the staff there is always rude, Chick-fil-A is supposedly known for giving good service but all the Chick-fil-A's that I go to, especially this one, they have rude people working there. To start off my review, the person taking my order, Alex kept leaning onto my car which i normally dont mind, only if im receiving great customer service. However, thats not the case. Alex kept sighing and had no enthusiasm once again, leaning on my car and the atmosphere was just awkward. Moving on I had ordered an unsweet tea but instead received a sweet tea. Next up are the fries. It was more crumbs than actual fries which is disappointing. My husband and i had just left the beach and were really looking forward to some chick fil a. When I sat down to eat the food with my co worker, we realized our sandwiches did not even have chicken inside of them. Only the bun, lettuce, tomato, and one with bacon. I called and the kind lady explained that I would have a month to come back and get the food replaced. My co worker and I returned 5 days later to get the food replaced and the on duty manager turned us away because neither of our names were on a list. The only on- duty manager did not give a welcoming or apologetic tone towards the entire incident. Not a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend going to a different Chick Fil A if possible. read more

So I'm a big fan of chick Fil A but I was so disappointed by this new branch. It might be that the employees are still being trained and that's why it a disaster. I stopped by twice so far and both times, the sandwich was super soggy. The last time though was different because not only was it soggy but it tasted like chemicals. Maybe the cleaning solutions are close to the food prep area. I'm not really sure. The one thing that they have in common with other branches is the customer service. They are super nice and never fail to say welcome and thank you. I will give them more time to train and bring this branch up to the same level as other branches then I will visit again. read more
