During our journey home yesterday, we visited Chick-fil-A. While the quality of the food was generally satisfactory, the visit was somewhat disappointing due to the level of customer service encountered. The environment did not appear as warm or welcoming as typically experienced. The staff members did not seem particularly congenial, and there were indications of disagreements among some team members. This situation fostered an uncomfortable atmosphere and detracted from what is ordinarily a positive experience. The food itself was satisfactory and aligned with our expectations; however, exemplary customer service constitutes a significant component of the Chick-fil-A experience, and regrettably, it was deficient during this specific visit. I am providing this review because Chick-fil-A generally upholds a very high standard of service, and this particular experience did not reflect the level of hospitality we have become accustomed to. I usually don't come to chick fil a, but I really fell in love with the Chicken N Waffle sandwich. These 3 last times the "waffles " tasted and felt like I was eating a soggy regular bread. 2/13/2026 Came here with drive through just to pick up my vday brownies. Overall a pretty easy process to get my brownies just let the person know your mobile pick up and your name. When I initially got my brownie I did a quick double check and noticed that they only gave me 10 brownies. The promo was 12 small brownie for $16. So I informed the worker and they brought it back. I heard them talking "all for two more brownie". Like really making the order right isn't hard. And yes two more brownie for my 11 coworkers for the vday. Unfortunately, this location isn't as good as others in the South Bay. For starters, the parking lot and drive thru is extremely congested on a Saturday evening, which makes sense, but definitely not worth the hassle. I ordered two meals with large fries and an order of fries was missing. The fries we did get were undercooked so we didn't end up finishing. For the chicken deluxe, the tomato they used wasn't good anymore and I could immediately tell it was bad. Overall, I would not be back to this location. Ordered ahead on the app and walked in to pick up my food. It's a two part ordering system where you put in the order but then still have to let them know you've arrived, so I ended waiting another few minutes. I get that they like to make the food when you get there and so it's warm and fresh but the point of ordering ahead is so you can walk in and pick up without the wait, right? Anyways I was greeted when I walked in, provided my name and they checked and made sure it was in progress. Then my food came out a few minutes later. I got a chicken sandwich and a brownie dessert. Pretty solid chick fil a - they are usually standard across the board. It was my first time having a brownie. I think it was warm when I got it but I didn't have it till I was home so it cooled down by them. I think it would've been better warm so next time. But it was a pretty good brownie. I was extremely overwhelmed with my three children, and he immediately calm me down made me feel so at home and help me with my children. He made my experience amazing and honestly went above and beyond. He even went to everyone around asking everyone if they needed any help and telling the parents about the cow hide and seek game. Its a corner building on the signal of wls fargo, patel brothers and panera and its convenient for drive thru from 2 sides of the road. Loved how quick it was with 4 order in lanes and it took less than 10 mins from start to pick up in drive thru during lunch hour. They were generous with sauces and fries :) i wish the patty was slightly fatter (just comparing as i recently had "the melt" but definitely good for the price and offering drive thru facility. I ordered a sandwich and fries on line, thinking a nice, quick light supper. First mistake, I went into the drive through line (it was after 9:00 and I thought the dining room was closed. Plus after an 8 1/2 work day, I just wanted to sit in the car.) I was stuck in the left lane. Fortunately (or so I thought) there were only 2 cars ahead. We'll, the front car had a huge order of 20-30 big bags plus who knows how many drinks. All at once, here came the runner with my food. A lot of good that did, I was trapped in line! They next brought the food to the car in front of me. Once again, we were both still trapped. When they finally finished loading up the first car, with its massive order so that we could leave. I stopped the window and asked to speak to the manager. I asked why they didn't have the first car park and then then take their huge order out when it was ready or have them come in to get it so that the other cars could leave. Her answer was she only had one runner and the had 20 bags of ice (What???? Why would you go to Chick-fil-A to buy bags of ice anyway?) and they would be too heavy for her one runner. Never mind that I counted 8 or 9 other workers standing around inside. They couldn't have helped? Heading home, extremely frustrated by the experience and the way they chose to handle that situation, I arrived home to find a stone cold sandwich and fries! I've been seeing the new Banana Pudding Shake all over my IG feed so I decided to try it for myself. I'm generally not a huge fan of Chick-FIL-A but it was lunch time and I was hungry so I grabbed some chicken nuggets too. Shockingly there was no line at 12:45pm on a Tuesday so yay for that! I do love their double lane drive through. I've never seen that before and thought it was kinda brilliant. Each employee I encountered was super friendly so their customer service was spot on too! BANANA PUDDING SHAKE - it was good but not crave worthy. I did like the bits of cookie in it but those kept getting stuck in the straw. Maybe a boba straw would be better. Over all the shake was a little too sweet for me. CHICKEN NUGGETS (12 piece) - these were way smaller than I expected. Probably the size of a tater tot. Again, good but not OMG good ya know? My partner and I decided to do a date night here since we love CFA. We live 12 minutes drive away and they don't deliver to our location (we have no car) so a date night here was a great idea. It was not super crowded and we waited roughly 5-8 minutes for our food after finding our seating. You are given a little seat tab and your food will be brought out to you. All the tables were decorated with a vase and fake flowers (cute). The place was clean and the tables were cleaned down. I have no complaints. The food was great per usual. There are days when I feel like getting expensive fast food and Chick-fil-A is one of them haha. I love all kinds of fried chicken and Chick-fil-A offers one of the best chicken strips, chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. I really love all three especially the chicken nuggets and the chicken strips. The chicken nuggets are dinky/very tiny and it reminds me more of popcorn chicken haha. Get it with the Polynesian sauce and you'll thank me later. Actually ask them for two because you'll want more. This particular location offer two drive thru lines and the lines move pretty quickly. The staff is really nice and whenever I wanted to change my mind on something, they were able to quickly change my order. The staff at this location is very nice compared to some of the other locations I have been to. The staff brings out your order, up to your driver side window even if you're in the drive-thru line. Oh and you cannot forget adding the ice dream cone to round out your meal. But yes, even after ordering a four piece chicken strips meal and a cone, it is already past $15. But oh well, I'm sitting in my room happily eating my Chick-Fil-A. read more

they started strong, and like many places, start going downhill after awhile. did they just get lazy? or perhaps they're short-staffing because of wage hikes? whatever the reason, the shine has worn off. general feedback: management could stand to work with employees on reading orders carefully. rushing leads to errors. nobody wants that. I went for a late lunch today and had hoped it would be quick... it wasn't at all. they're doing this 2 lane thing on both ends of the drive thru. first end is fine. but on the receiving end, omg I don't know what the method is supposed to be, but it's messy at best. multiple cars in one lane got orders, but the other lane got none. then finally we started getting orders, but not in order. so I got my food, but the guy in front of me didn't. so then I'm just stuck. so I get back to my office with my order, and it's wrong. receipt lists the sauces to include, but they weren't provided. super. seems like that was the easy part to have gotten right. add to that the sandwich bun was soggy. shame on me that I forgot to say no butter. shame on them for adding a gross amount. I'm not one of those "I'll never go here again" people, but dang... please do better. if you could do it in the beginning, you can do it again. or at least I hope so! read more

My friend and I always go through the drive thru for the convenience. When we do we normally order the spicy deluxe chicken meal with the sun tea or a milkshake. Been here multiple times from the time they opened even during pandemic... always had good service here. Have tried salads, soups, sandwiches for lunch/dinner and breakfast . It's been a while since we tried ... Wanted to grab couple of chicken sandwiches quickly so thought of this specific location. It was little busy here by the time we reached but ordering was quickly taken care off at the drive through... We ordered Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich & spicy deluxe grilled chicken sandwich with medium fries & coke. It was pretty warm by the time we reached home. Sandwiches were good we both liked the quality & flavor given it's still fast food. We love their breakfast sandwiches with tater tots that's our favorite. From the cleanliness of the restaurant to the freshness of the sandwich & excellent customer service I am stunned!! Completely.. This location has any fast food spot BEAT! And maybe I just don't go out enough but they had electric garbage cans sanitizing wipes plenty of napkins straws and anything else you'd need handy & available. They even had someone walking around with a bucket full of dips if you needed any. I mean blew me away!! Everyone looked as if they cared about their job & appearance.
