Fried evenly, seasoned nicely and it had a little kick to it. I enjoyed it. The sides though were a different story. I had the collards and potato salad. Both were seasoned, but not to my liking. Not to say that they were bad, as everyone prepares their sides a little different. But the collards had a hint of sweetness and it just wasn't for me. The potato salad as well was missing a little something, in my opinion. The meal also came with a slice of bread but I didn't use it. Kind of felt like a waste. When we went, we first ordered the 2x3 tender-wing combo (Level 2 heat) w/ side of Mac & Cheese and Chuck's sauce/Honey Sriracha Aioli; and also ordered the Chicken Sandwich (Level 3 heat) + coleslaw w/ side of French Fries and Chuck's sauce. First piece of advice I would go up with the heat level, we overestimated the level. For someone who wanted heat but not too much heat, level 3 was too mild and could have done level 4/5, same for level 2 could have done level 3. For the chicken sandwich, I wish they could have put full cuts of cabbage rather than minced pieces in the middle; I also think the sandwich could be little more tender but flavor wise, the sandwich is not lacking at all (rating 7.8/10). But they absolutely LOADED me with fries in my box so I appreciate them for that (rating 8.6/10). For the 2x3 combo, it was actually 2x4 (gave extra wing), I personally recommend the Honey Sriracha Aioli with the chicken (rating 7.5/10). If you are a honey mustard lover like me, then Chuck's sauce is perfect, its a mix of honey mustard with dash of BBQ sauce. The side of mac & cheese was above par in my opinion, could use a little more seasoning but I liked it nonetheless (rating 8.1/10). They also had frozen lemonade that can be mixed (strawberry lemonade and lemonade flavor), definitely recommend especially during this summer heat. Overall, I enjoyed my visit here, the service was timely and the lady at the counter was very polite. They give you a little pager to let you know when your order is up. This is a solid option, especially compared to other franchises like Dave's Hot Chicken. They also are on DoorDash if you wanted to have delivered.

Also, it tasted more ranch like than Caesar, but the croutons were good! As for the nuggets, wow! They blew me away by how fresh they were. Everything about them tasted so good! If I had known they would be that large, I would have prepared myself. They're pretty filling, so I was only able to eat a few. Overall, I enjoyed the nuggets more than the salad and next time, I want to try the Brussel sprouts.
