Today September 29th at 2:59pm I visited this Chick Fila location at 249-23 Rockaway Bivd in five towns (rosedale, Ny) and as I got home while eating my food I found this DISGUSTING dead fly. I went through every emotion possible because I just couldn't believe the one thing that could send me into a panic, the one thing I'm most disturbed by was in my food DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. The guy in charge of operations there Mr. Miles handled my situation very poorly to where I left in tears.

I used to frequent this location for breakfast.. Portions vary, I guess it depends on who's in the kitchen.. Service also varies, depending on who is at the take out window..some employees here are very pleasant..others not so nice. I don't know who the manager is now..but the last Manager I encountered at the drive thru window several months ago was very rude, maybe she was having a bad day, because she's usually nice. I nicely let her know I didn't appreciate her attitude and she apologized. The drive thru line tends to be long most of the time..if you get lucky you might not encounter a line here "Once in a blue". Service is usually quicker if you go inside, but the doors are locked most of the time during the breakfast rush, so you may not have a choice but to wait in the drive thru line..

Love the location to pick up food after a Costco run. The review will be top notch....clean, efficient, and customer service is impeccable. I see the staff constantly cleaning and the managers continuously monitoring the cleanliness of the facility.

How long I waited in the drive thru on a friday night

2.5 stars...I've been to this location 3x since it opened. The situation with the drive thru is always the same - long and slow lines. No way to really leave the line unless you drive over the curb. Mobile ordering does nothing to help you bypass this line either. My past visit on a Friday night at 9:30pm took about 45 mins on the drive thru line. Grilled chicken sandwich tasted good like other locations. But the fries were extra crispy. Almost like they over battered it. Some other review said the same thing about extra crispy fries. My half sweet and half unsweet tea turned out to be an arnold palmer (eg with lemonade) but this has happened to me at other locations too, usually mall ones. Hit and miss whether you'll get all your sauces if you request more than 4. So check your order before driving off! Overall I would still come back just because I love chickfila and if I'm not in the mood to drive the extra half hour to westbury.

Close to JFK but still a great safe spot if you have your car. Also perfect that it has a drive thru so you don't even have to get out of the car. Usual chik fil a menu. Side of fruit cup was nice and fresh. My chicken nuggets came out hot and fresh too!

When is this location going to start delivery options such as DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, PostMates, etc?

Won't be for a while. This location is WAY too busy to start taking online food order. Try the app and just go pick it up. Check out my tip on how to save time!

Looks like it got pushed to September?

The hostess greeted me warmly and allowed me to browse the menu at my leisure without feeling rushed. The seating was spacious, and the self-serve bar area offered plenty of room. The decor and vibe evoked an early 60s charm, though the playlist featuring early 2000s hits was a quirky mismatch, yet, honestly, it grew on me and seemed to add a lively edge to the meal. The menu was straightforward, offering a tempting selection of chicken sandwiches and biscuit dishes. After some thought, I settled on the chicken ranch, it was ready in less than five minutes! The "Porch Sipper" drink was delightful; I ended up ordering a second, as its flavors transported me to open Kentucky fields, sitting on a wraparound porch on a warm summer day, savoring the music and gazing at the blue summer sky. The experience was truly immersive. And I must say, the staff radiated positive energy, they seemed genuinely happy to be there, which makes a difference when dealing with thousands of travelers daily. Jacob's Pickles is definitely a must-visit spot when passing through JFK Terminal 5.

The fried pickles were so doughy that you could barely see a pickle, the waffle fries were undercooked, and the pickle slaw looked like you could've gotten it at Stop and Shop deli counter and added pickle chips. It was also drenched in so much mayonnaise that I couldn't eat it. Get yourself a turkey and cheese sandwich from the grab and go and be thankful that you did.

07/17 Searching for…read morea Gyro in St. Albans, I found my myself at Halal Grill Eats. After reading all of the reviews in its entirety, I strongly believe that the 5 starts are based upon their signature dishes. I really need to start with the customer service, it was trademark level, the gentleman taking my order, exceeded all of my expectations and delivered exceptional customer service and engagement. 5/5 and I would love to stop here, but I have to proceed with the entire visit. Walking in, the atmosphere seems pretty neat, offering countertop dining by standing and I discovered a very small cozy dining set-up on the Merrick Ave side entrance. There is not much to their decorations but the restaurant was bright and stocked well, more on that later. I ordered the Lamb Gyro to go, with the appropriate toppings and sauces. When I returned home to enjoy my lamb Gyro, ooohh boy ooohh boy, what a let down. The lamb Gyro was dry, salty, and very spicy. Who in the H. E. hockey sticks puts spicy sauce on a freaking Gyro. It was the worst Gyro ever. It left me with bubbly guts. I know TMI !!! I also ordered the cherry cream cheese cake and a carrot cake. THE STOCK** The cakes were intentionally stocked to the max and merchandised well. I think to well. I say this because the cakes looks like no one touched them. So when I started eating the cherry cheese cake, it was warm. I started feeling nauseous after consuming it. I prayed that I could hold it down. I ate the carrot cake the next day after taking it out of the refrigerator. I threw it away after a couple bites it was not to my liking and I love cheese cake, but this had an awkward taste. So I'm led to believe that the cakes are one or two things. 1. Left in the cooler and not disposed when they are older than shelf life, or 2. Ordered from another facility as is, (old). I do need to mention the serious concerns for improvement, like when you are making the food and you leave it out on the counter waiting to add topping etc ... Make sure you don't have flies flying around landing on the food. I saw a fly do a touch and go like it was performing for an air show. See video! I won't be back to get there significant dishes or the burger as one Yelper advise. One star rounded up to two because of customer service but the other things mentioned kept it a low star review. In conclusion, I really didn't want to be that guy to give less than 5 stars, so I'll give mercy and say that this review is on the Lamb Gyro, Cherry cheese cake, and the carrot cake. I wish I had more to give, still... Inspire more, Yelp more!

The service was also slower than expected, it took around 7 minutes before someone came by the table. The chips and dip trio was another miss, and even the drinks weren't served cold, which didn't help. With the prices being as high as they are, I expected a little more from both the food and service. Nothing was terrible, but overall, it didn't feel like great value for what we paid.

Customers are expected to order via QR Code and then the kitchen delivers the food. But they will add a 20% gratuity for service automatically. What a joke. My $21 burger was dry. Bacon was $4, and you get one slice of bacon. Value is of absolutely no concern to them at this store. If this were my first experience with Buffalo Wild Wings, it would for sure be my last. Fortunately, I know many of their other stores are really good. With fresh food and good service. The wings looked and were extremely dry and overcooked. See photo. Wings are $1.81 each if you order 20. Way overpriced. $5 for a soda. And for some reason they have a service charge (not a tip). Our bill had a $2.05 service charge added to the bill.
